[Resolved] Carrier Air Conditioner — Warranty Servicing | |||
I, Genelia's Father have purchased Eight Carrier Air Conditioners from Croma, Bandra vide Invoice No: SLF02A[protected] dt. 15.5.2011. We had requested them to send Carrier Technician for installation. The Technician came across and said that they are very busy and can only install the ACs after 15 days to 30 days. Since it was very urgent and we had some important guests coming over to stay I brought my trained technicians from my office and we installed the ACs. Now, after 6 to 7 months one AC is not cutting off. The Unit is remaining in an "On" condition and Ice is forming. I registered a Complaint No: MUM1003 dated 15.12.2011 with Carrier. Till present date my problem has not been resolved. Over the phone the Carrier person Shrijat says that they are not going to do the Warrant rectification since they had not installed the ACs. This is not the way a reputed Company like Carrier holds his esteemed customer to ransom. Firstly they are not abiding by the Customers request to install the ACs urgently. Secondly, they are not giving the Warranty Service when required. Was this information helpful? | |||
