I had bought a carrier airconditioner in 2010 december and have been facing constant problems since then,
1) poor cooling effect
2) creates moisture in the room
3) ac has stopped functioning 3 times in 2.5 years
4) worst is the extremely poor customer service.
Their call center is dismal and has untrained and lying staff members who do not give you any resolution and treat you poorly.
Officer manish and supervisor iqbal khan are the worst customer service representatives i have ever spoken to.
I advise everyone to never buy a carrier ac unless they want to go through mental torture.

carrier — service after sale
purchased A/C of carrier from startrek electronic in nov 2009 & installed in Dec 2009, after that there was a problem of cooling or we say cooling is not proper, not better than desert coolercomplaint register many times to customer care center in ahmedabad tele no 26304898,& at startrek electronic
unexpected reply from customer care that Mr Zaveri is on tour you have to wait till his arrival ( this is of 18.08.2010),it is better to lock that center if compnay un able to solve the problem without Zaveri & my problem is from Dec2009. this is my advice not to buy a carrier A/C in future.I had decided to dispose this A/C to Kabadiwala at 50/- per kg .
