Carrier Airconditioning & Refrigeration Ltd — A/c after being purchased is yet to be properly installed

I have purchased the carrier kurve a/c 1.5 ton 5 days ago. The same has been installed on the same day. But the a/c is not working properly. We are constantly pursuing the same from the place and the service people. But there is no say. Everyday someone comes gives their opinion and goes away without doing the needful.

This is a very bad experience for me.
