DEAR CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER,
I HAVE LODDGED A COMPLAIN VIDE COMPLAIN NO.GHZ-0178 TO CUSTOMER CARE .DURING THE SECOND SERVICING TWO SERVICE MAN HAS COME FOR SERVICE AND DAMAGED THE INTERNAL GREEN PADS DURING WASHING AND PROMISED FOR REPLACEMENT BUT STILL IT HAS NOT BEEN REPLACED AND THE SAME HAS BEEN INFORMED TO CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SO FAR.
SORRY TO WRITE WHY DURING SERVICING UNSKILLED SERVICE MAN HAS BEEN SENT. WHO DOES NOT KNOW CLEANING PROPERLY.
DO THE NEEDFUL AT THE EARLIEST.

Carrier AC — some damage
I had send my AC for reparing perpose when i cam that i found some damage init ....Asked the service center to look into the damage and do something regarding it they refused to do so../the AC is still nuder warranty period..
So pls take quik action....
