I've ordered the ipod touch 3g lcd replacement screen on 24 oct 11. On 14 nov 11 its was delivered to me. I opened and embarrassed to that the product was damaged. I've called them and asked about the damage, they told me to take pictures of that product and send that product back via postal services. So i did as they mentioned. It took a week to reach them, after they got the product they told me that it might take 2 weeks for replacement O i waited there is no reply after two weeks i've called them, they told due to some technical problem we are unable to do it quick so it will be resolved soon. So i asked them when can i get the product they told it will be resolved soon, the same story was told for 3 months. After 3 months i've called them and asked about the product they told it cannot be resolved and they will refund the money. But i didn't get any of my money back. I've asked them to show the proofs that they've refunded it... They didn't. Was this information helpful? | |||
