Dear All.. We all know that they are cheats and they still continue to cheat and thats why they have not shut shop.We need to act beyond narrating each other's story to get refund and recent protests on gangrape and lokpal gave us the courage that its possible to get justice in India.
1st Step - Register your camplain in Jago Grahak Jago ( Minstry of Consumer Affairs ).Keep the registration number.
2nd Step - Send written reminer notice to Casa at their registered address only through spped post asking for refund and damages for membership violations several times and cheating.
3rd Step - If they dont reply call JGJ and they will tell you where in Bangalore to register the case against Casa
Believe me if we all do this we will get our refund, if Sahara is bound to pay what is CASA .
Also write to Bangalore PC asking him to take penal action under IPC 420.
Lets form a group and press for this refund otherwise individually its difficult and will be delayed. Other ways like get local papers, channels to report this case to gain attention from Police and other law makers

i enrolled into this company under the package (4days 3nights)/yr for 3 years ; i paid Rs 16, 000.
i havent used the package till now and i thought i can use it now and i am keep on tracking for 40 days till now and the attender is giving a lame excuse and manager Ravi is least bothered about the customers but conscious in adding new members into there cheating game,
i was promised for the booking this week end but i havent even got a call confirming or mail if i try to call they are not attending the phone ;
i dont know what tol do, , , i dont want any tour package i just want the money refund .. because after reading about them in websites many innocent people have written their sorrowful stories, and the way they r behaving i am dam sure they r cheater and they will turn the cur-ten on me tooo.
