I have paid casa Rs 28,000 for the ‘vacation’ package.
I recently had been on my third ‘vacation’ thru casa. The booking was made at hotel Ginger at Pondicherry. When I went to casa office to collect the voucher, I was told by Mr. Ravi said the breakfast is compulsory and I need to pay Rs 560 per day for this as per the hotels CP package. We were contacted by a lady claiming to be from Garuda Administration, saying that we had won 8 free gifts in a lucky draw. All the gifts were described over the phone. We were then told to collect the same from an address on Castle street.
We repeatedly asked her if this is part of some promotion for resorts / clubs etc or any other kind of promotion, and we were told that that is not the case, and it was simply...

We became a member of casa reteat in March and paid 28000 as membership fee. They promised holidays for 3 years, 7 days a year. However now nobody from the company picks up the phone. Their office is always closed. I got in touch with a Manager from the company. She just makes several excuses and says office is closed and hangs the call.
I am really not happy wit the service. I want my 100% money back with interest from the company.br...
