Dear Sir,
I became member of CASA RETREAT (by paying Rs.15000/-) to provide accommodation for 9 nights and 12 days (for 3 years) in 3 Star Hotel in selected cities in India as per Plan. According to agreement with CASA RETREAT, i need to pay regular charge or Peak Season charge during stay in Hotel provided by CASA RETREAT. I planned my trip to GOA from 22 november to 26 morning November,2010. The company provided the hotel with extra charge of 2200/- per day which is not mentioned in the agreement. and again he is providing hotel for 3 nights and 4 days only.
You are requested to guide me what should I do at this situation
