CBIL — NAME IN CIBIL

I just want to know that my name in CBIl list or not bcoz bank rejecting my loan request.

I had also suffered problem similer to you in 2008 and suffered lot. Having suffered due to credit cards and CIBIL in 2008, have decided to help those who are also suffering due to such problems. In last 2 years I have gone through CIBIL Act, Rules and Regulations, severla other RBI guidelines as well. I am personally aware about Standard Chartered that they are doing lot of illegal activity and have already made complaint with RBI. But I want several complaints directly to RBI so that RBI is forced to issue inspection of Standard Chartered, which will bring out lot many surprises.

I have paid & closed all the loans, although my SBI credit card application was not approved due to CIBIL defaulter.
It is kindly requested to recheck & update the CIBIL DEFAULTER List as early as possible.

I have paid & closed all out standing amount of HDFC Credit card, i have also recived NOC letter from HDFC bank. I just want to know my Status of name on CIBIL list, I request you to please remove my name from CIBIll defaulter list

I had a standard charterd credit card, Now the bank has done a full & final settelment and the amount has been paid two years back. However my name figures in the negative CBIL report ( loan written off). Is there some way I could have my name removed.
