MANDATROY Responsibility of the JOC issued Applicant:
CEC mandatorily requires JOC issued applicant to make Security Deposit for procession –stage security reasons.

The Security Deposit Amount is Euro 1490.00 (One Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety Euro)
The SECURITY DEPOSIT is refunded to the applicant upon the initiation of the duties.

SECURITY DEPOSIT GUIDELINES

1. Don’t file the CEC JOB Application if you can’t pay CEC SECURITY DEPOSIT.
2. CEC Security Deposit is 100% refundable.
3. You MUST attach CEC SECURITY DEPOSIT payment confirmation issued by your bank, along with the application and other documents (as required and mentioned above)
4. Receipt will be issued and sent to you by email.
5. CEC SECURITY DEPOSIT is MANDATORY and it is NON-NEGOTIABLE.
6. CEC SECURITY DEPOSIT is accepted ONLY through SWIFT/TELEGRAPHIC/ELECTRONIC Transfer only. No other form of remittance will be accepted.
7. Refer to INVOICE provided below for Security Deposit Remittance details.
8. CEC SECURITY DEPOSIT collection services are outsourced to Thailand.
9. IBAN number isn’t applicable.
10. CEC SECURITY DEPOSIT will be refunded if the procession fails or applicant fails to get the visa.


PROCESSION PROCEDURES DETAILS : ( How it works)

1. You receive JOC from us notifying you that you have been offered job.
2. You acknowledge the CEC rules, terms and conditions and send the required documents along with the Security Deposit Payment confirmation issued by your bank. (By email as attachments)
3. CEC receives your documents + Security Deposit Confirmation and notifies you and issue Official Receipt confirming the receipt of your Security Deposit (send to you by email)
4. Documents Filings begin
5. Official Approvals acquired ***
6. Employment Contracts and other documents are prepared and endorsements acquired by the related government agencies.
7. Interviews / Interaction arranged with the employer
8. Contracts and other documents dispatched to you by courier. Copy sent to related embassy in your country.
9. Appointment arranged with the related embassy for visa attachment after filing.
10. Visa received from the related embassy in your country. ***
11. You finalize your arrivals at your job destination with CEC.
12. You arrive at your job destination. CEC Staff receives you at airport.
13. You start the new duties. Your Security Deposit refunded.

*** (In case of failures to acquire approvals and visa, CEC informs you with official reasons and explanations. You may order CEC to apply again or seek the end of the process. If you opt to end the procession procedures, you are refunded your security deposit)

15. There will be no disclosure of the details of the documents-handling immigration experts or lawyers.
16. Details of the employer will be provided only at the later stage.
