[Resolved]  Central Bank Of India — recovery of money

i lost my 5000/- during the transaction with bank of maharashtra atm .during 26th of july my money is deducted but i dont get the money 5000/- my account is in the central bnak of india sinhgad college branch
till now i donot get the money so please recover my money as possible as u can. otherwise i have to complaint in the consumer court because o[censored]r careless and dull work.my acc no-[protected]

I had lost 5000 Rs(debited from account but not received in cash) during a ATM transaction on 27 th Sept 2010 from Union bank of India ATM, Kunnamangalam, Kerala. Its been more than 24 days now and I have lodged numerous complaints and requests both at the bank and online.Nothing has happened.
It is hard-earned money and there is no way I can leave it.
If immediate action isn't taken about it then I would need to take an extreme step of approaching CONSUMER COURT. The bank response has been extremely lethargic. Is there any hope for me ?
