[Resolved]  Centurion Bank Of Punjab Ltd (HDFC Bank Bank) — form 16 issue

sir i was employee of CBOP and joined in july2007 and left june 2008. my employee id was T-18766. because CBOP has merged with hdfc bank so no person is not taking responsibility of form 16 o[censored]s. no one tell who will issue form 16.i contacted many times and request to hr but they are not issuing form 16. i have to fill myITR so i need form 16. pls help in this regard.pls take it on priority basis. i will thank you by heart.pls solve this problem as soon as possible.
