CESC Ltd — BILLING PROBLEM
I am Dibyendu Das. My consumer no [protected].100 units extra which are adding my bill. I am already complain to CESE ltd on 07.09.09 ( complain no LT/13/20995 ). but till now it is not solve.
Pls do the needful asap.
