[Resolved]  CESC Ltd — BILLING PROBLEM

Dear Sir,

I am Dibyendu Das. My consumer no [protected].100 units extra which are adding my bill. I am already complain to CESE ltd on 07.09.09 ( complain no LT/13/20995 ). but till now it is not solve.

Pls do the needful asap.

Dear Sir/ Madam, My consumer No.is [protected]. I got bill for the month of September 2011 amount 3970/- consumed Units 578 as on current bill. How it will be possible for a meter of one house which never consumed such in life. just check out back side of the bill with 6 months consumption, it never been happened. How it will be possible a house consumes up down reading, yes a minor updown is possible but not highly as shown in this bill.
Today till 11.00 A.M meter reading was 28941 on 2/10/2011. Previous reading as written on current bill of September 2011is 28781 but previous reading not mentioned. just you calculate the reading with consumption reading so you can understand. So kindly re-correct it and not send estimated bill. kindly reply me at email: [protected]@india.com.

For almost past 4/5 months( since April, 2012 ), my "Units consumed" is extremely high and absolutely disproportionate as per my observation. May be the meter installed against that consumer no is faulty. Kindly look into this matter. Matter seems to be serious.

I, Nusrat Imam Khan s/o Anwari Khanam, consumer no. [protected], of 9/H/4 Sharif Lane Kolkata. 700016, am highly perturbed to find the abnormal escalation in the bill for August, 2013. My average consumption is around 220 to 250 unit but this time 518 unit charged, In the Last 20 years if you calculate the highest unit is 280 . Nothing extra equipment increase in my home. The bill for the month of August 2013 has been wrongly generated and it has gone so high that it has almost become impossible to pay The total meter unit consumption has been shown in the bill is 518 which is unbelievable and it can not be. It seems that either the person taking mete reading is not reading properly or meter is malfunctioning. I request CESC person concerned to either correct the meter reading or change the meter so that the bill being generated by CESC come down to actual.

I, Subhas Ch Datta, consumer no. [protected], of 7A Akrur Dutta Lane, Kolkata - 12 am shocked to find the abnormal escalation in the bill for SEPTEMBER 2013 which, you will also appreciate, is quite absurd in comparison with my unit consumption in each & every previous months/ years.

My average consumption, you will find, remains within 65 - 96 unit which has become 339 unit - bill Amt INR 2580.00 without any reason.

I Tapan kumar Banerjee, bearing the consumer Id No. [protected], meter no.0226996, residential address: 56 G, Shyampukur Street, Kolkata-700 004 already have made payment Rs. 1020/-(Rupee one thousand twenty) for the month of September-2013 at your payment receipt counter of Shyambazar office.Where in your charged bill previous month reading was marked as ******* and current month reading(i.e. in the month of october ) also highlighted as ********.and against that sort of bill the amount as cited above was paid. Recently, I have received your bill to be paid for the month of october is for rupees 2330/-(Rupees two thousand three hundred thirty). Wherein, the previous reading is highlighted as ******** and present reading is highlighted as 8180 and total unit consumed 378.Hence, requesting you to clarify that how could you arrive in to such type of erratic consumption figure? which I never had in past, second is, even after making payment in the month of october as amount shown above this type of bill is not expected by me as I am a retired person and it is not reasonable also.I think some records are mismatching between you and your Shyambazar office.Please do check and send me feed back at your earliest, failing which, I will not respond to your current bill.Await

I Mrs. Rupasree Roy, on behalf of my landlord Subrata Chatterjee, residing at 7H/1, Kalicharan Seth Lane, Kolkata-700030 would like to bring your kind attention that I am staying in the said premises about 3yrs. The avrg consummation of the electric is in & around Rs. 900/- per month. Last month I have paid Rs. 1900/- and this month I am shocked to see the bill amount of Rs. 3250/- which is beyond my imagination. I do stay out of city very frequently, and I do leave my home 9:30am in the morning & returns after 10pm. Over 12hrs I do stay out of my home for my work. I really do not understand that without using so much of electricity, how come the consumption could be over 440 units!!! I am sure there has to some problem with the meter reading or may be something wrong is happening out of my knowledge. Please help me and resolved the issue immediately.

My consumer no-[protected], I got electric bill for the month of June, 2014 is Rs.800, unit consumed -134 which is abnormal in compared to last 7 months consumption but usage mode is same as that of the last 7months . This bill amount is more than doubled of the previous .So it causes a serious overburden to me .Please reduce my bill amount .
