Chevrolet Aveo — Rusting on whole body and worst service of shiva motors | |||
I have aveo 2009 model and its getting rust on whole body of the car when i complained they took almost 1 month to rply after that they said your car is under warranty and we will solve ur problem and it will take 4 to 5 days to repair it and they have taken 13 days and when i saw my car rust was still there and they have also damaged my car interior and now they are saying that your car is not under warranty and we cannot do anything. And the behaviour of whole staff was very rude. I am very dissappointed with chevrolet services and there staff behaviour because at the time of purchase they promised me warranty for 3 years. Chevrolet Aveo — Poorest Service
I am the owner of chevrolet aveo . I faced problem of high rpm on my way. I immediately next day went to Chevrolet Service Center in Jalandhar at BMC Chowk, Punjab. They after checking it said that it has problem in sensor which checks the accleration power. So I told them to fix it . They said that we have to put a new sensor .Then for getting sensor only they took 2 days as it was not in stock . Then after 2 days I inquired about it . they said the sensor is OK but the whole part that has more than 3 sensors is in which it also is integrated is not working properly. I calmly admitted it as they said that the spare part would be available after few days . I as per earlier agreeing that after 7 days my car would be ready . But this is the 10 th day in which only i got the confirmation that the part has just been dispatched today itself from Gurgaon . I would like u to take strict action against the GM and the customer dealer Yuvraj of Chevrolet Jalandhar as they didnt took any sort of responsibility .Mail me arashdeep.[protected]@rediffmail.comchevrolet/aveo — worst behaviour with the customer
I have booked a new aveo from triumph motors,wazirpur ,delhi...but when i reached there to take a delievery,i found a scratch at the drivers side window...when i asked the regarding person,she told me that it will not be rectified and you have to take the vehicle at any cost..later on Mr. P.K. tiwari and Mr. naresh of thetr showroom behave with me and my friend like that we are nothing for them...They screamed on us,produces bad behaviour and even screamed like we are the thiefs...When i told them that i will complaint to the customer care,they told do whatever u want,we will see everybody and you have to take car at any cost...Even mr. naresh jumped on me and told that i will see u...i nwver expect such type of behaviour with such a brand people.....Please take necessary action so that this can be eliminated in future....48%

Chevrolet Aveo — Service flaws.
I bought Aveo 1.4 from talera in November 2008. I have been regulary serviceing the vehicle from Talera only, and never ever gave the vehcile to service outside other than these guys. I have also been replacing the parts which were normally suggested by them. One day, my alternator belt broke on the Road and becasue of this all the sixteen valves have to be replaced costing me close to Rs. 30, 000/-. After Enquiry, I came to know that, the alternator belt needs to be replaced after 30000km. My car has been servicesd at 42000Km and even by that time, Talera has not suggested me to replace the Belt. I checked my vehicle records and found that, there has been no suggestion from talera to do this.Its purely the talera Mistake and they are not ready to this hit on them,
I am very upset and I guess, G.M. should do something in about this.
As it is this is a dyeing time for G.M. so G.M. guys... take a call...
