[Resolved] Chevrolet Beat Petrol — Autocop and Central Lock Malfunction since purchase | |||
Hi Team, I have purchased a BEAT-LT (PETROL) on 29th Dec. 2012 from Mumbai Nikhil auto’s showroom in Prabhadevi. I have been facing recurring problems in my Car. Within 2 months of its purchase, the autocop is not functioning. This issue has almost occurred more than 4 to 5 times in a year. It was replaced by the Company which took almost more than 1-2 weeks to follow up with them to get the parts and replace it. Even after, the representative also informed me that most customers were facing the same problem in new purchases and the company is not considering the seriousness of this.Even he asked us to complain to the company as their bosses are not considering the engineers feedback as well.This is also effecting the “Central Lock” attached with the Autocop. Also the wiring of the music system gets detached even if the car is not in motion this has again reoccured the 3rd time. I have not received any permanent fix for the same and again this issue has reoccured yesterday.Kindly take the necessary action, as I'm really fed up with this kind of service from Chevrolet side. This is my second purchase of a Chevrolet Car, I also have Chevrolet Spark purchased with similar issues and this is my second vehicle.I have also referred many of my friends and relatives to purchase Chevrolet Cars.Being a loyal customer of Chevrolet, I expect some good service from you end and if these issues are not fixed permanently, it would be difficult to stick to Chevrolet brand Cars and I would advise everyone never to buy any car of CHEVROLET.
