[Resolved]  Chevrolet — defective car delivered by Chevrolet Padam motors Chandigarh

Dear Sir I had purchased a car Chevrolet Sail LS diesel sedan in the month of march 2013 when it was launched and I am having following complaints:- 1. I booked the base model of the car and I was given 15 march as delivery date but did not got the delivery on the said date, then after repeated visit's and calls i was given 20 march as delivery date but again did not got the delivery, then I was forced to buy upper model of the car and end up paying 35000 extra that too after heated argument's as i had sold my old car according to the delivery date given to me and i was suffering without car. 2. Then got delivery on 28 march that too without proper documentation and got documents after 2 weeks which resulted me paying another 25000 extra as there was registration fee hike and this was already known as it was in news with effect from 1 April 2013. 3. The car delivered had many manufacturing defects for which I have visited workshop 11 times in last 5 month's of buying the car and still going on and of no use as they are not able to eliminate the defects as defects are repeating after repairs. 4. Because the car/vehicle/product launched was faulty the company Chevrolet stopped production and bookings of the vehicle after few days of its launch and still not re-launched till date, that I want company to replace me the car with a defect free one and if they can't then refund my money and also refund me the money that I spent extra because of delayed documents on part of dealership and what company has to offer me on part of all the harassment that I suffered and still going through after spending such a huge amount. Padam Motors Chandigarh gives very poor service on Chevrolet Cars. I have Chevrolet Aveo UVA LS. I went to Padam Motors Chandigarh for the service of my Car. They made huge bill but delivered the car in very bad shape. Carpet was made totally black. After service, they cleaned the car with very poor quality polish to make it shine, that it started attracting the dust and surface f the car and wind shield became very rough. Engine was making sound, but adviser refused to accept it. The same was reported to the lady who rang me up next day for service quality followup, but after that no body contacted me. GM Motors should appoint another service center in Chandigarh.

I Totally agree with you. Please appoint another service centre in Chandigarh. They don't have any spare parts and we have to wait almost more than 10 days for the same. Very Poor service and am not happy with them at all.
