Chevrolet GM motors Dealer Shreyans Talera, Pune backtracks on Gold coin offer: I booked Spark LS when the scheme of gold coin was existing as advertised by Chevrolet in print as well as electronic media. Dealer promised me that the coins will be given. However now even after 20 days of delivery of my car the coins are not given by him. Today he offered me to give cash in lieu of coins, which is clear cut noncompliance of promise by the company. The services of the dealer are also very poor. I have to go to showroom for five times to get my refund of Rs 17000/-, which I have not received till date. Was this information helpful? | |

Dear sir,
As per your offer of giving Rs.47000 discount and gold coin in various news papers, I have booked my chevrolet spark LT ( Black ) with SC AUTO CORPORATION, Naupada Thane on 13.10.2009 by giving Rs.8000 cash. Receipt No. SS-0700.
As per quotation Mr. Asif and Mr. Vishal agreed to give delivery of car within two - three days ( which are required for RTO passing ) after giving full payment i.e. Rs. 3, 74, 491.
On 24.10.2009 I have given DD.No. 951603 DT.23.10.2009 state bank of india worth Rs. 3, 74, 491 to SC auto corporation, Thane Receipt No. SS-0791.
On 28. 10 2009 I have spoken on mobile with Mr. Asif about delivery. He told me that, We have no black color car. Today it will come from GM chevrolet
( bhivandi ) and 2-3 more days will require for RTO passing.
On 31.10.2009 I have spoken on mobile with Mr. Asif about delivery, He replied that, yet they have not received the car from GM chevrolet (bhivendi)
After that, Everyday we were discussed about delivery for four more days and I replyed In Hindi ( mai abhi thak gaya ap ke sath bat karte karte ap kuch na kuch bahana bana hare ho pl. tell me the truth. aur jab car ayegi tab ap muze phone karna mai ajke bad apko phone nahe karunga )
On 14.11.2009 Mr. Asif phone me that car is ready for despatch. but 15 and 16 .11.2009 days were not good for me so I tole him that i am coming on 17.11.2009. And I received the car on 17.11.2009
At her time of delivery I asked for gold coin and RC book. Mr. Vishal told me that they have no stock of gold coin. within 3-4 days he will received the gold coin from Gm. and he will contact me for gold coin delivery. RC book will be given within 40 days as per govt. roul.
Now one fine morning I have received coll from SC Auto corporation Thane, that my gold coin is ready for giving me and within 15 minutes second coll received from SC auto corporation that they are not giving gold coin to me as the car delivery is given in the month of November and the gold coin offer is valid upto the cars delivered in october.
Respected sir,
I want make it clear that I have made full payment on 24.10.2009 but SC auto corporation had no spark ( black) for delivery. If they had no car why they accept my cheque? Now I want to clame on SC motors for 8% interest on 3, 74, 491 for 21 days ( from 25.10.2009 to 14.11.2009 ) and why SC auto corporation is not giving me gold coin.
What next step should I take? Kindly advice.
