I want to use cibil site for self informatioon. Can I di that ?

As per the above subject I ( Sanjay Peter ) am applying for Car Loan from State Bank of India. For this my Credit information is needed by my Banker.

Sir my Date of Birth is 15.01.1962. ( Sanjay Peter)

As per your information provided by you by your site My name (consumer's name) appears as Stella Peter Sanjay Peter and My date of Birth shown is 23.06.1962. and also shown as female, Which is Wrong.

A consumer Loan having proposal no[protected] with Bajaj Auto Finance had spoiled & set my credit as "defaulter". Inspite of a letter received from Mr Ravi Jain, Assosiate Manager - Credit that I never belong the product for the said proposal no. further i would like to mentioned that :
1.) Residence Address & phone number mentioned in the proposal is differant from my past credit history
2.) I have not any account in Mehsana Urben Co op Bank, Bhuyangdev Branch
3.) Signature not found in proposal form and also on the delivery challan from where the product has been purchase.
4.) The Bajaj Auto Finance Officer had not take care to verify the proposal form & sanctioned the loan to some unknown person who might be in relation with any of the staff member or officer.
It seems that the some Officer or some of the staff members are involved in the said fraud case, because they are already familiar and are aware of my previous credit history. They have planned a racket to satisfy their dear ones.
I had already describe the above details to Mr Jaspalsingh (Fraud Control Unit) pune on 21.05.2008, 03.06.2008 and irrespectively telephonic talk with the deaf official of Bajaj Auto Finance, but in vain because no one has shown a courtesy to respond. Because they all might be involved in the said fraud. On 20.05.2008 I have got a report from Mr Ravi Jain - Associate Manager - Credit mentioning that i never belongs to the said product, Bajaj Finance has never tried to solve the issue and inspite of they are harrasing me for settelment of the proposal on 22.10.2009. At the time of meeting with the official, Mr Shailendra Vaghela has issued me a letter that my papers were lost and misused by Mr Anil Dhirubhai Shah.
My other loans which are already sanctioned, are declined only because of my credit history has been black listed by Bajaj Auto Finance because they have put my name in CIBIL. I want NOC from Bajaj Auto Finance and removal of my name from CIBIL. If this will not happened, i'll take this matter to local news paper and lodged a legal suit to BAJAJ AUTO FINANCE, PUNE & AHMEDABAD ALSO.

I need my credit history and how do i need to improve my credit history

My father is govt.servent & I need education loan for study of Bsc Nursing from SBI, but my loan rejected due to wrong entry in cibil report. My name is Laxman Singh s/o Mohan singh & my voter id no.is wfw/0530535 and date of birth is[protected], my voter id alloted to me on 9/11/2008 but in cibil report somebody named Laxman singh s/o Doulet singh taken vehicle loan at my voter id no. in Oct`2007.

Please look into the matter & correct entry from cibil as early as possible.

I have applied for Housing loan transfer from ICICI bank to IDBI bank. the bank says ur defaulter in CIBIL report. when i ask to agent who was collect my document for Housing loan . he say you are credit defaulter in[protected] which u have made a transation of Rs.72140/-. As per my knowledge i am sure i have not doing any transaction of this amount. even i am not applicable for this much amount to use at this period. i dont know how my name comes under this list.now i have apply to CIBIL bureo for details of bank which i was defaulter. so i can clearify to bank for my home loan.my personal details are as follows.

i never take any loan in any bank but still my name is in defaulter list made by cibil, i dont knw what ot do now???? where should i launch my complaints???

i apply for home loan in lic housing financeltd .as per the cibil report got by lic, i have a loan or guarantor for educational loan issued in the year 2003 . acctually up to my belife i did not get or guaranted any loan for educational purposes.please sent the details if any loan or other interlinks related to the educational loan is penting . please inform the bank and date

I completely agree with whatever you have mentioned here. There needs to be a fast acting anti-CIBIL body out here who can challenge these a*****holes.
My name has come on the CIBIL report for a time period during which I was not even earning and did not even have a credit card!! what kind of crazy committee is this that does not verify with the consumer before filing his name under a list?? This is very depressing and a harassment to the consumers. We should all get together and kick this of a committees .
Can someone from the Consumer court please help in this regard?

cibil has classified me as a defaulter on the complaint of ICICIbank which was settled in 2008. amount is just 10000. i have availed and closed lot of loans after that. i have not cheated any bank but only banks have dissapointed me by their inefficient service. So kindly remove my name from defaulter list.
