[Resolved] CIBIL — defaulter classification

cibil has classified me as a defaulter on the complaint of citibank which was settled long back in 1997. amount is just 12000. i have availed and closed lot of loans after that. i have not cheated any bank but only banks have dissapointed me by their inefficient service. i was informed that even if i settle this amount with citibank, there is no surety that cibil will remove my name from defaulters list. i am a victim o[censored]njustified business practices of this foreign bank for which cibil is a accomplice.what is the remedy iam having. CIBIL — Wrong entries in my Cibil report

I wanted to apply for education loan for my younger brother. But in my CIBIL report, it showed that I have three address, three different email IDs, 2 phone numbers out of which one address, one email id and one phone number is mine. rest is all wrong entries. What should I do? I need that loan in one month.
