[Resolved]  CIBIL — how to remove from cibil

Sir,
Sub: removal of cibil report (Loan account no. LTPGT[protected] icici bank, Palakkad)

I have availed a two wheeler loan from ICICI palakkad branch on said above account number dated 1/1/2008 for Rs.42760. This two wheeler loan has been closed 21/1/2010.
My loan status is: installment overdue-0.00
pre-emi overdue-0.00
other overdue-0.00

But when i enquired it was found that there is a balance of some amount.
ICICI palakkad representatives told me they are not authorized to remove cibil report

You may kindly look into the matter and please remove the cibil balance.
