[Resolved]  CIDCO — Unauthorized construction

JMD/CHAIRMAM/ADMINSTRAR/MD cidco ltd. As per the allotment letter CIDCO/ADM/NSH/2004/1376 Dated 9/12/2004 by this letter cidco m angement offer me the bunglow plot no 21 in sector p 13 NH margashirsha at new nashik of area 3770865 sqmtr for total considertion of vrs 604962/-.As per the condition of allotment letter i had made full &final payment in the momth of jan& feb 2005 .But still today cidco is not hand over the posses of the said plot to me.I had personally various time visit to cidco office nashik but every time cidco officer is giving reply to m, e that your file is under process.From last two year cidco officer is telling me that due to sme problem cidco is now giving you another plot which i agreed to take and i had aslo giving letter to cidco that i am ready to to take another plot But still today after the period of 8 year cidco is not giving me the possesion of the plot after taking full &final payment.Please do the needful . Reg-Power and Water issues @ Kalamboli Sec-14

Dear Sir/Madam, There is a frequent power problem at kalamboli, sec-14 near to D'mart every day 1-2 hr power cut is there and now recently even water problem also arises. So please try to address the issue at the earliest.

We hereby register our complain that there are illegal construction done by local goons caused
troubled for nearby societies. Illegal construction are opposite to Keshar Harmony Society and beside
West Wind Residency, sector 4, plot no.41, Karanjade, Panvel 410206

Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and take immediate action.

Sir, I am staying at Ghansoli, some one behind SUNBERI Building at Sector-8 Ghansoli towards Ponds Side, after destroying Mangroves has build some kind of pavement .
You are requested to look in the issue and remove unauthorized construction near Bank of Pond, behind SUNBERI tower at Sector-8, or opposite to Megh Malhar Society of CIDCO.
