KHARGHAR HAS MOSQUITO PROBLEM. SO PLEASE LOOK OVER IT, IT WILL BE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE FOR US TO SURVIVE IN THE MOSQUITO ENVIORNMENT

CIDCO - Belapur Staion Complex — Lifts are not working

In belapur station complex @ tower no 10 three lift provision is made but out of three only two are working
currently. since now a days new offices on every floor have started & population have also incresed. Cidco should start this 3rd lift.

I am placing this issue out here since i donot know where to give this request.

Anyone who knows where to bring this issue please let me know or send it the respctive authority.

NMMT CIDCO — poor service and irresponsible

Dear Sir/Madam,

Last weak i saw in loksatta newspaper that due to price hike of fuel, travelling charges also going to rise. I travel everyday by NMMT bus from thane CIDCO stand. whenever the bus arrive at bus depot it stands there for 10-15mins keeping the engine on. Once i asked the driver why your are not keeping the engine off, he told me that its not my money so let it be on. Please take some action on this immediately. I will be thankful if i get some feedback from you.

nearby our shop situated at 2/10sarai jullena a illegal fast food joint owned by some person name kishanpal and his father has encroched upon adjacent road and are throwing their waste on the roads despite sevaral reminders and speakrn for this he has not done any thing in this regard . if we show him he just says do what soever you want to do . he says i pay bribe to mcd and police . you are requested to take strict action against this and oblige

There are so many complain registered but nobody take any action due to corruption. Everybody have their chains. In our apt. so many complain registered in CIDCO against the land owner. regarding illegal construction in the parking area but nobody take any action. Land owner told us CIDCO person take bribes from him.

This is going on every where. So don't think about this.

There is one question on every Navi Mumbai resident and its alarming that neither CIDCO'S nor the Central Ralway Harbour Line want to go record to say that they have miserably failed and did not deliver. And what is that they have failed about is only a shy at the large picture which most o[censored]s Navi Mumbai resident do not see but can be fealt and dillisioned to feel the shame except those who are literally concerned with that renovation and painting of the navi Mumbai stations till date.

We are an everyday commuter on the Harbour Line and everyday there is only one question troubling us all is that why is not CIDCO'S or THE Central Railway's Harbour Line vouch for the renovation and painting of their stations and our stations as a commuter. We see those diapleted interiors of every station from Panvel to Vashi in such a bad shape that one inquires why have these stations not been renovated, painted or at least (WHITE WASHED) with choona (lime) to give them all a cleaner and a better look. Every time there is a guest from Mumbai visiting us they appreciated these mega structures and comment why is'nt the Mumbai stations too built like them. But, the moment they see the interiors of every stations that they are passing they feel ashamed to tell us that its in a very bad conditions and possible by the next rains they may beging crumbling downand creating a major ruckus for all o[censored]s to stand spectators. Thus when is the right time to renovate and paint these structures is now, just now because no one knows what tommorrow will hold for all o[censored]s Navi Mumbaikars which station will come crumbling down and which one will stand.

Please if the CIDCO'S and Central Railwy's Harbour Line are reading this article and assuring all the commuters travelling that it will soon begin the renovation and painting will be highly appreciated. Other wise all this hype of we the Navi Mumbai being a satelite city and CIDCO'S adage of we built cities is only a short sentence and it does not make sense till all these structures are renovated and re-painted to look its original ganduer.

We are travelling everyday to and fro from Khanda Colony to Khandeshwar station by and autorickshaw and almost everyday we have the same feeling while crossing the Sion Panvel highway to go to Khandeshwar station. The only thought that crosses past the mind is, what if there is a major accident and the entire vehicle is smashed with the out come flow of speeding vechicles running helter skelter on that Sion Panvel highway which is till date without a signalining system and zbra crossing or footpaths..


There is a traffice police kept there to man the cross road and sometimes there are even two of them controling this haphazzard traffic. Why is that these traffic police man never realise that there is an urgent and priority need to errect a traffic signaling system with all the possible zebra crossing and proper dividers to keep every vehicle in proper track and line while crossing over. Secondly there are no footpaths on either side of road which makes is even more accident prone for all who either stand waiting for the NNMT / ST bus passing and going towards Thane / CBD Belapur etc. Why has it taken CIDCO'S so long to phatom this requirement and get this done on a priority basis. Till date the traffic Police standing and trying his best to controll traffic physically if too wayward and seems stupid when we consider ourselves Navi Mumbaikars living in a satlite city. With this common and basic need of asignilling system and commonly use zebra crossing tracks painted to safe guard one and all crossing this highway. All this under wraps ideology seems to be of the big wigs who are ruling this small city called Khanda Colony (New Panvel) and are only interested in thier illegal functions and vested intrest in all the possible projects that they undertake and priority ones shunned off for less vested interest.


The CIDCO'S Authorities Official are not hands free of all this, so please can the CIDCO'S take up this poject on an urgent basis and plan it up with the concern traffic police official who are the concerned authorities to get this fulfilled as soon as possible. It will be a landmark project and the highlight of the new year 2012, and possible there will be discipline of vehecular traffice in the near future and all thiose crossing this Sion Panvel Highway either on foot or by vehicel will be over vehelmed by this creation..

We have all lived in this Navi Mumbai city for long enough to judge the functioning of each and every node and how they run according to the dictat of some one who is on the higher up. Either CIDCO'S ot the local goon or the MLA's who throw their weight arround to organise many illegal activity of which even the Navi Mumbai Police are helpless about and co-operate with them to give them all adequate security. Then where will the common man approach when he is treathned with someone taking over and disrupting their day to day from home office and back home routine and his liesure walk on the reserved footpaths for pedestrians..

When we move out of our homes we first encounter that the footpaths are so full of encroachments with all types of stalls, stores and road side vendors who are doing brisk business. But, wait a bit at whose behest are these illegal stalls, shops, and road side vendors carrying on, its obviously some big hand in CIDCO'S, or the local goons or the MLA's who are hand in glove with all this activity. For example the "Wednesday Bazar" of Khanda Colony sector-9 is a famous episode to highlight the major functionaries who themselves are minting money on their vested interest. Leave alone that and take a quick walk intering Khanda Colony from the Sion-Panvel highway and you will notice all the pedestrians entering there walk on the main road with speeding vehicular traffice to dodge from. Secondly the entire market place is full of encroachments that it becomes difficult for the elders to walk leave alone senior citizens and small school going children. All this is going on and on without much oppoition or even someone getting up from the CIDCO's Authorities and those we have appointed to safe guard and protect our entire society the MLA's ministry level authorities. We all now feel helpless and fustrated that no one is taking up this initiative to clear this Khanda Colony of all these illegal incroachments and free the entire footpats and all the possible nodes of these illegal structures.

If CIDCO's is listening and reading this in print media article please do something to this Khanda Colony encroachment before it becomes another Dharavi of Mumbai which now even the Government can't shift. So please take this in the right spirits and concern about the well being and comfort level of all Khanda Colony residence and give them their due peace of mind and footpats to walk upon rather than the main road.

the quality of water at Kharghar especially the region of sec13 and nearby areas is very poor.This water has even caused hair-fall at all ages, hair fall patterns varying from minor to average.Kindly look into the matter and improve the quality of water.the present one seems as dirty as if taken directly from a pond.

Dear Sir,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards encroachments in terms of slum pockets mushrooming up at CIDCO Property adjacent to the playground in Ghansoli Sector-6.

Few people are developing illeagal huts and shops just adjacent to the playground in Ghansoli Sector-6. These people have started setting up of 'jhuggi-jhopadis' with a temporary structure and now from past few days they are constructing permanent structures as well.

It is very important to take early action so that encroachment of the CIDCO land can be avoided and cleanliness and law and Order can be maintained in a good residential area developed by CIDCO.
