[Resolved] Citibank Credit Card — Reversal of Amount | |
Hello, I have one credit card of Citi Bank since month of May 2009 I am chasing them for some fraud transactions which were never done by me, for a couple of month these guys removed the charges but after that again they put it back on my card, now all my complains are falling to deaf ears and instead these guys don't fail to call and harras me. I have also lodged a police complain with the details provided by the bank but we all know how the Indian Police system works. Please Help !! Was this information helpful? | |

Credit Card — REVERSAL OF INSURANCE AMOUNT
Dear Sir,Sub: Reversal of Mediclaim Policy amount
Before renewal the policy you have to intimate through proper channel. Without my prior permission or approval either by oral or writtern communication insurance policy amount has been renewaled and it was credited to my credit card bill.
Kindly revert those amounts asap.
