The Citibank People Are frauds no-1,As long As we ahve a relation Of Account With them They Are Very Polite And Nice to Us ,But once We come out of their Service They try to Extract All that u have inur acct And more than that also,the mental tensionThey Give u is immense,Please Find the Below Mail Where They Have Converted my Corporate Suvidha Acct to Indivual Acct Without My Concern And my Acct Runs in the -ve Balance And when I Redeem My Mutual Fund Acct they Hold my Mutual fund reedemed Acct Aganist my -ve Acct,I[censored] read the below Mail they State That ; > As the required balance of Rs.25,000.00 was not maintained in your Acct-Well please tell Me if A person Who IS Drawing A salary OF 10000 pert month How Can they Enforce A rule to Maintain A minimum Balance of 25000 per month,This is illogical,Please Dont Have any Sort Of Banking Relations With Citigroup,As they Will Loot U o[censored]r Hard Earned Money,For My person Experience Please See the Below Mail Sent By Ciitibank Fro my Queries

This is with reference to your email dated October 14, 2011.
We confirm that, Suvidha Corporate account will be changed into a retail account if the salary credit does not happen in the account for a consecutive period of time.
This is available in the Terms And Conditions mentioned in the account opening form.
Our records indicate that, a letter confirming the conversion of the account from an Active account to an Inactive account has been sent twice to the mailing address maintained in our records on June 04, 2009 and on September 20, 2010, prior to the account conversion.

CITIBank Suvidha Account — Remuneration against the cheque not credited on time

Hi Team,

This is the 4th incident happened with me since the account opening with CITIBANK.

I have dropped a Cheque at the ATM center here at the Citibank ATM, PALM BEACH GALLERIA, Vashi (W). The Cheque was dropped on last Friday i.e. on[protected] at around 09:15 IST hrs.

The detail of the Cheque is, Cheque Number: 236202 dated[protected] amounting Rs. 46500.00 of HSBC bank, Pedder Road branch.

Now, after 7 days CITIBANK team has sent me a letter stating that they have not found any cheque similar to above details & request me to do the stop payment on the same. (which is done).

Now, very next day i have received an email stating that the cheque has sent for the credit purpose ( through citibank Email alert ).

Now i need the advise what is the action and remuneration i can get from the bank for not finding my cheque in time not giving me the credit in normal working days which has forced me to take the loan money from other source on high intrest rates.
