[Resolved]  CITIfinancial personal loan — Talking rude and Threatening on phone

I Sandeep Kumar Puli, availed a personal loan of Rs. 80000. i am constantly paying all my EMI's promptly every thing except couple of EMI's which were delayed for 4-5 days. i got a call from one of CITIFinancial Customer care from delhi and he informed me about the bounce chargers, which i was unaware of paying. However i told him that i will pay in the bank after some days. Despite having this conversation the same person calls me daily and talks in a very rude manner. when i asked him to transfer he call to concerned manager, he argues with me and says there is no manager here. i finally said him that i will pay the bounce charges after speaking to your manager. He threatened me saying that he will put my name in CIBIL despite of paying my EMI's regularly. i get the call from this number[protected], he doesnot even say his name. i am really very hurted by the kind of behaviour on the phone. My Mobile no. is [protected]. I want an apology from that concerned person and donot want to spoil the realtionship with the bank. Hoping for a soon solution.

Puli Sandeep Kumar has borrowed Rs. 41, 500 from me as a personal loan in July 2009, and has not paid a single penny in interest until now (Mar 2010), nor does he ever want to pay the principal amount. I think Citi Financial is fully correct in sending his name to CIBIL.
Its all trash...some bleady cheap beggar is doing all this.
