[Resolved] Clay Telecom — Wrong Billing on International SIM card | |||
I purchased an interantional SIM card for Thailand and Malaysia around 3 months back. When I received the bills, I found out that the company (Clay Telecom) had charged me a mot more than what they had advertised (and mentioned in the user manual). Despite several calls and written complaints, my concerns for correct billing were not addressed. Was this information helpful? | |||

“I completely understand your problem, and I have also once faced a similar situation. What I did was contact the company representatives at [protected]@clay.co.in and someone got back to me pretty promptly. They also have a form at http://www.clay.co.in/enquiry.html. I travel very frequently, and have used their services. They are not the best, but they deliver.”
