[Resolved]  Cleartrip — Money Refund not provided

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have bought a couple of domestic tickets for my wife Mrs Anna De and miss Rania dr from a company called Cleartrip.com. It was a retrurn ticket from Kolkata-Delhi with the trip ID :[protected]. The following are the details:

Now I called the cleartrip on the 14th Sept 2011 and cancelled the return trip from Delhi to Kolkata and they promised a payback of the fare ( after deduction) within 5 to 7 working days- now 2 months went by - i still have not recived the money back. Whenever I call them they give us false promises that someone will contact me with 48 hours and nothing happens. I called them at least 5 to 6 times.

Please kindly help in in fighting this fraud..

Dear Surja,

We are extremely sorry for the inconvinience caused to you while getting your refund for Trip ID [protected].

Since the booking was done using Cash, refund is always processed via cheque. We are checking on when was the cheque sent to the address given by you to our team on 13th October'2011 and will come back with our findings within next 24 hours.
