Club Mahindra Holidays — Horrifying experience becoming a member | |
Dear Sir, I have a membership from Club Mahindra in my husband's name. We got this membership in 2007 and instead of the free handycam, we availed of some 15 days of free holidays and food vouchers worth Rs. 3000. We were paying the regular emis for the same but after trying 4-5 times for the booking, there was no availability. Sowe stopped our monthly deductions and told them to book a holiday first before paying further. Everytime, we were promised of a holiday but nothing was done and only the collection guys called for payment. Out of frustration, we asked them to cancell our membership. After a few months we came to know that the membership is terminated and there was no communication from them regarding this. Now, if we want to continue or want a refund, they are asking us to buy a new membership. The Guest Relation team is pathetic. They accepted that there was no communication whatsoever between the collection and guest relation team. Request you to take stringent action against them on the same.
