hi... i had booked a domestic ticket thru them. (1) they bragged about 1000+ discount... which turned out to be 1000+ extra as compared to the actual airline fare. (2) i had asked for non-smoking window seat. their exe. rahul said that it is confirmed, but when i called the airline... they had no such notification. (2) at the time of booking, rahul had also bragged about complimentary meal... again that was also a bluff. all u guys out their DO NOT BOOK ANY TICKET THROUGH CLUB MAHINDRA. They will cheat u and make your trip a horrid experience right at the start.

Dear Editor:On the 7th of September 2008, I visited the Club Mahindra Outlet at CSM, NOIDA or I should say I got a call to collect free holidays vouchers of club Mahindra and I showed interest(because they offered me some attracting false commitment) in becoming a member of the Club. I was told to submit 15% of the membership Fee as Down Payment and was assured that I would get laptop as free gift for that. I made a payment of Rs.33725/- vide my credit Card on the spot. I was allotted a membership ID number of 1371733 .

However after 30 days, I didn’t get my laptop delivered, I contacted the persons [ Mr Rajiv Verma [[protected]] and Ms Neha Kaur [[protected]] ] who actually had deceived me via offering me some false commitment like cash back of Rs. 5000/- as member referral and laptop, withdrawal of membership if not satisfied etc. They didn't tell me that you can cancel the membership within 10 days from the application and this is what that i got to know after one month when i received my booklet of terms and condition.

I enquired for my laptop and all but they did not handle it in a way it should have been. i was in shock how come these people do it with me . Then I made call to customer care regarding my free laptop and cash back and they said you would get your laptop and cash back after clearance of 2 EMIs, this made me really shocked again.

I dropped mail to sanjeev.[protected]@clubmahindra.com and kept [protected]@clubmahindra.com and dilpreet.[protected]@clubmahindra.com in CC where as Sanjeev is on higher post in club Mahindra . On next day I got call from Ms ISHA / Meenakshi Saxena regarding the same, they said it has been escalated to higher management and they would get this case in my favor and would deliver laptop to me ASAP and they did that.

In mean while of this all, My first EMI day had come and I made it bounced intentionally as I had a very bad experience with Rajeev and Neha or I can say Club Mahindra representatives as I neither had my laptop in my hand nor the cash back .

Isha / Minakshi asked me to pay the EMI and collect the laptop . As I wasn’t carrying that much of money with me at that time so gave them the approval of EMI amount via my credit card impression . I did this because if I don’t receive this laptop I would be in loss of Rs. 33725/- and if I agree to pay EMI amount I at least would get laptop as recovery of money which Club Mahindra Representative deceived via making false commitment to me.

However on returning home, I got to see the laptop is a defective and outdated [348 MB RAM, 75 GB HDD without Operating System ]piece of HCL company and this is what Club Mahindra have given me. I really did not have any more interest to remain the member of the club Mahindra (Where such people are working who even doesn’t have work ethic). I immediately sent mail to withdraw from the membership and effect immediately.

I requested to refund my money and take laptop back . Then i received call from Shikha Vohra Assistent manager, Club Mahindra, Delhi . She told me that they would not return my money as they have can return money only within 10 days from application and not after that. She clearly said this is not possible to refund my money. She insisted me to continue the membership, But so far i had very bad experience with Club Mahindra so i am not in mood to continue this membership . She denied to retun my money.

I seriously doubt the intentions of the officers
club mahindra has hired and the business model they have started following .

Hence want the intervention of "publishaletter" to get my refund released at the earliest . Also, the errant people should be taken to task for their negligence in causing an issue where none existed resulting in loss of valuable time and effort. You are requested to take immediate action.

I fully agree with sanjeev satsangi, ClubMahindra's are cheats... i was also promised to buy a membership worth 2, 70, 000 and then after 6 months to get it downgraded to any other membership that i needed...

i even got an email communication from "sushrut tripathi" from mumbai area who is their "fradulent salesman". but now they dont agree to do what was promised by their salesman.

they are cheats...
Sanjiv Kumar is the bluddy culprit of club mahindra holidays. he doesn't pick the phone once u r through the membership. He asks his employees to make lot of fake commitments. Even i missed my honeymoon because of that . He is not a human being actuually he is a devil... I have taken red-1-bedroom membership on the commitment of goa booking and the branch manager of bhikaji cama place, new delhi Sanjiv Kumar himself confirmed the booking but at the end they were not ready to fulfil their commitment. This all happened beacuse of one Sanjiv Kumar, he is a bludy greedy person who can [censored] his mother to achieve his targets. Shame on man...

I am a member of Club mahindra. My membership no. is 1444996. I took this membership in february 2009. I want to cancell my membership now.
But now I am feeling cheated by club mahindra.
While selling this membership, the club mahindra executive’s misrepresented the facts and hides some facts to sell the membership.
They told us (me and my wife) that I won a lucky draw . the fact is they never conducted any lucky draw. They call all the persons who fill up their coupens.
Secondly, they misrepresented us that the offer was available for only that day and we had to choose at that particular time.
Thirdly they told us about ASF, but never told that this charge will be increased every year.
Forthly, they told us that only some families have been chosen by their centre for availing this offer.( Centre is situated at metro walk, rohini, new delhi).This is again a lie.

They never told us that 60 percent of the cost of the membership is towards the admission fee that is not refundable.
This is clear case misrepresentation and hiding of facts.

I have paid Rs. 58000/- and now they are telling that if you cancel your membership, I can get nothing as my balance will be negative after deducting admission fee.

They never told me how they calculate the admission fee. If one person have not paid the full amount of membership, how can they calculate admission fee on full amount?

I want to tell you some facts about my membership. I have taken blue studio. I have paid Rs. 58000/- (approx) till now. I have never availed any facility from club mahindra.

I mailed to club mahindra on 10th march 2009 to [protected]@clubmahindra.com to cancel the membership and to refund my money.
After one day I received a call from club mahindra that I can cancel my membership but I can not get any amount of refund.

I further mailed to them but I received a call that I can sell the membership to any other person but if I opt to cancel I will never get anything from club mahindra.
I am very surprised and confused for which I am paying so much when I am not interested in their membership at all. I have not taken any facility from them then why I cannot get my amount back.

The way the club mahindra get its client is highly objectionable. As per the contract act also, if an agreement is done by misrepresentation, it is voidable at the option of the party who has been misrepresented.
The agreement entered into by me and club mahindra is the outcome of misrepresentation of facts and fraudulent activity ( referring lucky draw, whereas there is no lucky draw etc.) of their marketing personnel. Thus it is not valid in law itself.
Please help me to get out of this agreement and getting my money back from club mahindra.

1. I Arun Kalia was declared winner of club Mahindra holiday and provided a coupon to this effect. Howevre, when I contacted them for booking, they did not even bother to respond to my request.

2. I personally visited their office in sector 35, at least thrice, call on this number[protected], however each time their attitude was evasive and finally. I have been flatly told me they can not give me any booking.
3. I fail to understand, if they cannot honor their promise, why do they cheat innocent people, by mentally harassing them. I am very upset, and disappointed.

Booking date are following period
• Jan 20-march31st
• July20-sep28th
4. kindly intervene, and save me from harassment.

Club Mahindra's representative misrepresents things and then the Club says we cant do anything.. nor refund even after you are cheated by them.
As if the company are not bound by their representatives...
I suggest never trust this representative unless they give all things in writting on the letter head of the CLUB MAHINDRA.
No one is trustworthy in club mahindra.
Potential Customers beware.

You are absolutely correct.Club Mahindra is the biggest cheat I have ever seen.The same thing happened to us also. They have applied the same technique to cheat thousands of people.They even refused to accept legal notices send by our lawyer.Is there anyone who got at least part of their money back?? Please help...

the club mahindra people are really cheat, they invite people, and give them fake information & offers ( free gift and movie voucher etc ) and ask them to join the club, and if you dont join the club they will never complete there commitment. i was also cheated by the same manner. they invited me & my wife on 25 dec 2010 for one hour demonstration and wasted our 3 hr, and promised for 2 movie passes and a gift( maharaja toaster) to be sent on my address, which we never received inspite of many calls & reminder to there representatives( ms pooja ) who invited us .
