I am yet another victim of Club Mahindra, Being robbed by my hard earned money by the GANG OF THIEVES named Club Mahindra. Now no one in the gang even willing to listen to me. I am enclosing the correspondence I am having with them for past Two year with no Results.

In response to your specific queries, allow me to address them

a) I am sure you have received your membership kit and my team would have contacted you at the time of joining to take you through the details of your membership. While it is true that the membership fees are what you pay upfront, we have an Annual Subscription Fee to ensure all our resorts are maintained to the highest standard through your 25 year association. This is a standard norm in the timeshare business worldwide. This is also explicitly mentioned in the Application Form and the Welcome letter sent with the membership kit to you. Even with this fee, the average room rate you would effectively pay per night is far lower than any competing brand in the country and we have consciously maintained that to give your membership that value

b) As regards your membership being in the White season, while you wish to holiday during the Red season, if you can confirm it to me by mail, I will have my team in Ahmedabad get in touch with you and process the upgradation request to a Red season to ensure your holidays are in the season of your choice. Charges as applicable will be communicated to you.

c) It is true that december is a peak season in most of our resorts as it follows the normal holiday pattern in our country. We do however have a couple of white weeks during early december and mid jan

d) The least I can do is work on giving you a first holiday. If you could give me a couple of dates / resort options of where you are looking for a holiday I will have my team work on getting you that first holiday. That's a promise.

I look forward to your confirmation and basis that I will have my team confirm your first holiday at Club Mahindra.

a) I understand that ASF is an annual fee but at the time of selling me the membership I was told that it is included in the package & I do not have to pay any thing again. Secondly I have been trying to contact the sales person who has sold me the Membership from the time I received all the documents but not able to get him as he never attands my call & every time I get the reply that he is busy & will call me later but never called back.

b) As I have received a call from your Ahemdabad Branch for upgradation of membership in Red Season, But I think it is going to go out of my Budget.

1] Had requested RCI to speak to you regarding your cancelation request. Understand that Ahmed from RCI has got in touch with you and explained the cancelation norms of RCI applicable for complimentary holidays.

2] The difference in upgradation from a white studio to red studio works out to be Rs.65071/-.. We shall get back to you about the exact amount to be paid once we get status of the December emi from the bank.However, I have already given you an approximate idea about the monthly EMI outgo.

We shall be in a position to provide you with the foreclosure amount alongwith the emi amount should you opt for this option around the 20th of December by which time we expect to have received the status from the Bank. At the moment due to system restrictions and the reason mentioned above, we cannot arrive at the exact amount.
Should you require any clarification/information, do let me know. It shall be my pleasure to assist you.

I think it seems that either I have to keep quite & forget whatever I have lost or go for seek some legal Advise. Hi, This is Sanjay Chandani. Currently I am holding the Membership with you (Member No. 339311). As you can see in attached copy of mail regarding discontinuation of membership. As at that time I did not want to continue my membership due to misguidence of your sales person at time of selling me the membership I had stopped My EMI since Dec.07. Now again I was Contacted by your Local office here in Jaipur that If i want to Transfer My Membership I have to pay minimum 6 EMI's out of that 4 had been paid already and if I pay remaining 2 EMI's my Membership shall be Transfered & my money shall be refunded after deduction of the Scheams received by me. As I have already made payment of Rs. 11578.00 by Chq. Vide your office Receipt No. 2620 dated 19/01/2009, Now I see that I am again not getting any responce from your Jaipur office & also Again you have started collecting EMI's from my bank account through ECS from Feb.09 Onwards.

This entire process is making me feel that I have been victim of a Fraud made by such a Reputated Organisation like You.

mem has opted for the cancellation in 2007, but later on he was suggested that if he pay 2 EMI's they can transfer the membership & he can get refund, so he paid 2 eMI's by cheque but still after that his ECS are getting deducted so he is getting angry of this, he wants a CB As soon as possible & wants to stop deducting ECS.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Will I ever get any positive response as till date I have not received any positive responce. Today I called at [protected] for reply. I got answer that my request has been forwarded to Jaipur office & they will contact me either I can contact Ms. Shalini Singh on [protected]. When I called up on said number I got the similar response that Ms. Shalini is not available for 2-3 Days & I person in charge is busy in meeting & can not take my call. In the mean time another payment of Rs. 5789/- is deducted my account through ECS. Please either let me know whether I will ever get any response or I will be continually robbed by MAHINDRA without any outcome. Now as I am quite frustrated by the response I am getting from Mahindra I have no other choice but to seek legal help in the matter .
