[Resolved] Club Mahindra Holidays — Non Refund of the downpayment despite opting for not to purchase the same well within the free look period | |||
I was called & invited with family by Club mahindras office at centrestage mall at Noida, U.P on 17/02/2012. After a luring session of courteous display of hospitality and impressive display of the club mahidra ownership benefits we were asked to opt for purchasing the same on the spot in liew of an attractive early bird prize. We paid a downpayment of Rs. 27500/- through our debit card. but back at home when I searched for the pros & cons at internet I was shocked to see enormous no of complaints regarding non availability of rooms and so many people virtually cheated in the same way as we were, We decided not to purchase the said membership and submitted our written request on 22/02/2012, well within the freelook / Rescission period of 10 days. But since then we have not received our payment back despite several mails and sending copy of our purchase letter and Account statement clearly showing the payment from our account to clubmahindra's account. is it possible that If i not satisfied with the terms and conditions of holiday company so i can surrender my membership with in 10 days when i got kit. If option is available then whats process

i paid club mahindra holidays rs.15564on 14/9/09,which i was assured would be returned (within 30 days) if i discontinu within 10 days in writing,i did so on 17/9/09 in writing on which i have stamp of company n signature of mr.vishwakarma ,then sales manager(who assured). till date (13/11/09).i would like some action been taken n my be refunded
