I had ordered a Imate jaq phone and it was through the offer from sbi card(www.sbicardoffer.com). My order no. is[protected]. The order was placed to the online shopping company Deals4all (Compact International ). In the features, 1.3 megapixel camera phone was shown in your website. But there is not camera in this phone. I had already talk to your representatives Newton, Pritam & Zunaid about this & requested them to reverse pickup my phone & refund the amount back to my credit card. After that the phone was reverse picked up by your courier company AFL. After few days, again the phone was delivered to my address. This is really harassing. Now this is my humble rquest that you please reverse pickup the phone & refund the money back to my credit card account. Otherwise i will be forced to go to consumer court. Waiting for your reply. I have purchased one camera model Poloroid X530 digital camera SR.@ Rs. 3685/= through S.B.I Credit card from Compact International. Unfortunately the same was received in non- working condition, hence it was sent immediately, for replacement by courier on 23/4/2008 at my own cost i.e. Rs.416/=.
Since two months did not get the camera back. No reply, response or anything.
Also the instalment for the above purchase has already commenced from my credit card. In short I’ m paying for the goods which is not with me but with them.
SUE THEM FOR MENTAL HARRASSMENT AND REFUND OF MONEY WITH INTEREST. THATS THE REMEDY. AND ALSO AWARENESS BE CREATED FOR OTHER PEOPLE. SBI CREDIT CARD OFFICIALS SHOULD ALSO BE NOTIFIED ABOUT THE DAMAGE CAUSED OF THEIR COMPANY NAMES BY THESE SERVICES.

I am the latest victim of these frauds. I had purchased a so called Swatch watch. The watch is a cheap imitation of the watch and even does not look like a real watch to me let alone Swatch.

my order no[protected] for tcl digital handycam. i'm not happy with this product. as per company's return policy on their web-site i request them to kindly arrange for taking back and refund my money. i spoke to their customer support but not good response i got. I have purchased 1 mobile and 1 camera through Citibank offer of Compact . I have recd. the same in Jan 09 and it works fine for next few days. Since last 15-20 days it has some problem and I am contineoulsy following the matter with them. Each time the call is being transfered to their Sales Department so they have made arrangement like that to cheat each time to people. Hopless company and I am surprise still CITIBANK is promoting them.
I was planning to buy a Polaroid camera...But after going through these feedbacks, I have dropped the Idea...I think now its better to purchase a branded camera from market or showroom.
