[Resolved]  Consumer Court — MY AIRTEL SERVICE HAS DISSCONECT I WANT REASON WHY A DISSCONECT.

MY COMPLAINT IS I GIVE A NEW AIRTEL CONNECTION & NOW MY CONNECTON CURRENTLY DISCONECTED SO PLS GIVE ME THE ANSWER WHY ARE DISCONECTED MY LINE.
SO PLS INFORMED URGENTLY BECAUSE SO MANY PROBLEMS FOR DISCONECTED THE LINE. PLS HELP ME.

AIRTEL : I submitted all the required documents at one of the airtel outlet in White house begumper, hyderabad, for ownership transfer from My name to My own younger brother's name. It is almost25 days compliting and no resolution till now. Instead I get every day a calls from AIRTEL customer care saying that i complained two days ago for owner ship change and didnot submit any documents. Its pathatic situation with AIRTEL customer care.
I have acknoledgement for submition of all the required documents. And also it is for sure that no executive will accept the appliccation form without supporting documents. Now Iam planning to go to consumer court for the resolution and releif from the customer care executives for disturbing several times and asking same old question for confirmation.

Hi Team,

My wife is working with corporation bank Aligarh branch as a clerk position. Her transfer had done at 2008, but Manager didn’t relieve her due to short of employee. After that she has taken a Maternity leave for 9 month with preapplied leave. During this period, Management has canceled her transfer without any intimation. And when she re join the bank, they peruse for relieving, then management told that you transfer has canceled due to some administrative reason. He has right as such.
Please suggest what I can do.I need for this transfer.

My name is Debojit Das. I booked two tickets on 16th may 2010 for myself and for my friend from Delhi to Guwahati in IDIGO AIRLINES, flight no - 6E221, with booking reference number K54HBI(tis is only my ticket's reference). When we reached the airport, i got to know from the airport authorities that my ticket was cancelled on 19th may 2010, and as per their comments, i called on that day and cancelled my ticket after verifying all the information. However, my friend's ticket was not cancelled. As I had an emergency so i bought a ticket in the same flight at Rs.14000/- and reached Guwahati. But I never called to cancel the ticket. On the other hand, we had our return flight from Guwahati to New Delhi on 24th May 2010 INDIGO flight number 6E222, (booking ref no - F5Z2CH, this was a common ref for both the tickets for me and my friend)and when i checked, i found that this is also being cancelled by someone on 20th May 2010. This guy called on 20th and verified himself as me and verified all other information and cancelled the tickets. This is really a very strange and risky matter of identity theft. All these tickets were booked through a travel agent and when i had contacted him, he had no clue about the cancellation. He also checked with the airlines and got to know that I called up to cancel the tickets, whereas I never did so.

This is completely unacceptable and a great loophole on the part of the airlines. Is it so easy to cancel a ticket on someone's behalf? I called up INDIGO customer care and requested them to provide the recording of the calls which were made to cancel the tickets, but they refused. I threatened them that if not provided i will go to the consumer court and also circulate this to all leading news channels that how INDIGO works and how weak their verification system is. Then they assured me to get back to me whether the recording can be provided or not.

Hence, please suggest what can I do to know who has done all these on my behalf and also how can i compensate myself for the loss i had to incur for booking the fresh ticket at the last moment.

CONSUMER COURT — corruption

the Consumer court for us consumers, is, itself corrupt. otherwise our complaints would not be stagnating here since years.
no response no acknowledgement nothing.

i want to know why have a consumer court at all, when the complaints of the consumers are not addressed?
