[Resolved] Country Vacations — Fraud Gift voucher | |||
Hi, My name is Selwyn Johnstone. I recieved a gift voucher from Country Vacations and they said that I just have to pay Rs 4000 as tax charges for few destinations. I have been tried call all the customer service numbers and nobody picks up the call. I got this voucher from SAHARA MALL, GURGAON I went there and again they gave a new voucher and took my old voucher back saying that I just have to login to this website "www.countryclubworld.com/voucher and enter my voucher number and my phone number and I will be able to see if any rooms are available, that is also not working. I mailed it to there customer care department and did not get any reply. I highly recommend that this company is FRAUD and have the most SICK and PATHETIC customer service department. I also got the voucher from Country vacations and feel being cheated since there is no response to my requests.

Same here guys, i received this code from centre stage mall noida, been called to their office stating that i have been selected in a lucky draw to get 7 days holiday gift voucher. i have been to there office and wasted 1 hour to listen to there membership plan when i refuse to take membership they became rude and gave me the code to avail the offer, when i tried this code it says incorrect details.
so please be aware of these fraud from country club group.

I also had same experience. Country Club appears to be defrauding people.It is most shameful on their part.

I second u all guys...Same here from Kolkata...My wife was also selected for this free gift and all...after long membership plan show...i refused tp pay immediately..gave a voucher and ALAS...same story...FRAUD...no such gift..

hey guys same with me also they called me as u selected frm lucky draw u got the gift voucher of Rs. 25000 the places which r Goa, Kerla, Hyderabad, manali, Thailand and shrilanka.. and they said that I just have to pay Rs 4000 as tax charges and i shuld listen 1hr presentation which to take membership of club. when i refused to take membership. they took my photo on their pc and gave me a voucher which is fraud.. just dnt trust on them.. and dnt waste ur time..
i manpreet singh had the voucher no.2339907 from ansal plaza delhi.after going through all type of formalities very many times! i am unable to avail the same .therefore i too strongly recommend everyone that country club india is be fooling people and is fraud.
Hi. I got the similar issue, they are actually fraud, they ask you to get a big holiday package. They try to make you fool when you actuall get in there. I was told that I have won a lucky draw from Croma and they have a tie-up with Croma electronics. The cost of the package is borne by Croma only. They asked me to login after a day or two and then it will be activated. This should be reported, unfortunately we do not have such forum where we can go. Publically these people should be banned by the authorities for making fraud and play with the time and sentiments with public. If Croma electronics support them, then they should be penalised for such promotions.

I received a gift voucher code xxxx0640 dated 11.02.2011 although the print out was dated 22nd January 2011. When I logged on the Country cLub site with my mobile no. it said that this voucher had already been redeemed and holiday used. What Lies!!!
These guys are big time frauds. I don't know whether Mr. Reddy knows what is going on in his Company or whether he also is a part of this fraud.

hey guys really same thing went with me. And one more thing to disclose, one of their staff took Rs. 500 from me and said that after paying Rs. 1000 more I can get one extra one week holiday. Such a fraud. Mr. Reddy be alert and ready to close your company. You people can not survive like this.
I have their holiday membership and I don't think the same way. They have beautiful and absolute places to visit. I visited Manali last time and the resort is fabulous and I liked their services. You just need to plan well in advance before booking.

they are a crook of first number please do not stuck your money. Its useless, I can't understand what is their tariff that their taxes are so high. When I asked them what are your rack rates and what % of taxes you are applying, they were blank.

i suggest to all the members of CHEATER Country club who were victims of the fraud and paid their hard earned money to lodge police complaints in their respective police stations to enable the police to catch the culprits. just mentioning here on the net will not help. I was also given a voucher which can not be reedemed online.but i did not pay any money so i am saved but those who have been duped by this company must react and make sure the are booked by the law and try and seek refund with compatation.
