Good Morning!!!
With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that the membership fees is not a deposit and non refundable as per the company policy & we have generated your membership post finalizing all the benefits as listed and duly signed by you the agreement, Alternatively the membership is transferable to any of your own contact, transfer can happen only once .
Please note that the membership fees is not a deposit and non refundable as per the company policy as duly stated in the agreement,
The following procedure to be followed for the Transfer of Membership :
1. A letter requesting the transfer from Existing member to a new member ( Mr./Ms/………….)
2. The new member has to give a letter of acceptance for Membership from Mr./Ms/………..to his/her name.
3. Existing member has to clear his Membership fee and Outstanding Dues if any.
4. New Member has to fill New Membership application/agreement along with required KYC (ID Proof / Address
Proof/photos etc)
5.Transfer fee Rs.3000/-DD In favor of Country Club Hospitality & Holidays Ltd. (Debit Notes not accepted)
For any further usage on the membership we request you to kindly log in to your members portal.
