As per call from country vacations office we were inform that we selected i a lucky draw and invited to collect four prizes so yesterday we to collect that prizes i visited country vacations office at impress mall nagpur i attend a presentation where companies sales persons told about country vacation and said that today is cmpanies 25 th anniversary they are offering membership and told about the facilities of the membership we found that its a nice offer we ready for paid amount as they first said 235000/- then ready to reduced amount at 207000/- they said for pay immidiate 55000/- at the time of signing the agreement but we dont have that much cash and we forgt our debit card so we paid 5000/ cash and promise to paid remaining amount next day. Then we were given our gift vouchers we find that there is a set of six cup rs 50 /- and a tour package voucher where we have to paid 5500/- as we use it at vacations and a shopping voucher for take 10 percent discount on toys shopping as seeing this we start feeling that we must be cheated it may be a fake company. I searched about this company on net we found that many people are cheated. We dicide to cancelled the agreement i inform thier sales manager miss krishna to cancell she told for paid remaining 5000 rs and get a trial for this year because they would not refund amount of 5000/- i feel that lets try she told to call me next day for my dicision but she never call me. I want my mony back

    I have already paid 1.75lakhs but till date iam unable to even avail my free voucher. You people are only concerned about your amc and further payment but couldn't even provide a mere 2 days free vacation to chanakyapuri. My voucher will expire soon and if you don't provide me with a two days free vacation in chanakyapuri for 2 days then i need to seek legal advice against you as its very annoying now. This is nothing but one kind of fraud business and why do u speak vague things.
    Lastly on note i repeat again do provide me the free service to chanakyapuri on 16th to 18th june or 22nd to 24th june or else this might extend devastatingly.

      I am a member of the country vacation.
      At the time of counselling. Mr muzumdar and ms priya promised to get a complementary tour of mauritius for 4 person. Number of times i have contacted them but they are not fulfilling the promises it is a usual practice. I have appl8 for cancellation and to refund the amount as earliest

        We are cheated by country vacation membership jp nagar branch, had presentation of one hour with syed (manager) said to pay starting amount how much ever is affordable and we will provide membership card immediately, once we paid that 12k he said like tommorw card will be sent to given address, but as weeks passed there was no call or any message, later we called his number once he received and sent some number saying its membership number as a text message, which is never considered anywhere. And till now not they called to pay extra amount or they receiving call, it's been call forwarded

          I have bought country vacations membership on 23rd may, 2018. On the next day only i have sent mail to center customer care of country vacations to cancel my membership and refund my money as per the agreement but i haven't got reply from their end. When i called them they told that within 2 days they will reply but as expected no reply from them.
          My membership id is cvbg1sclub5lb252671

            As conviced by your mr. Gautam paul, sr. Executive of city centre 2 kol unit/ mr. Arindam banervisited for enhancement of the membership (With club facilities) to 30 years with lot of committed facilities, i paid rs.36, 200/- against rect. No.[protected] dt. 22.03.18. I regret more than 2 months have elapsed but i have not received new membership cards.

              On 21st april 2018, i was offered a membership of country vacations. I paid rs 15000 for it and got 3 tours but now booking is not available and then i came to know that i hv been cheated by these frauds. Later i check about the company on net, than i was shocked that company doing it for a decade. Executive who made me member, now not in company. My no. [protected]

                Mujhe or mere pati ko gifts ke bahane country vacations nagpur branch ke express mall jaha unki dukan h shop no.211 or212 hame 2ghante tk hame roka or hamara brain wash hme unki scheme lene pr majboor kr. Iske liye hamse 80000 liye geye. Scheme batate waqt they said ki bas hame 80000 paid krna hoga vacations ke liye 1 week ka 10500 iske alava of kuch pay krna nhi padega baki sab ghumna khana free rhega of 25000 ka samsung phone on 5gram ka gold coin gift milega. Kaise cutte kamine h ye country vacations wale. Hamare 80000 kha gye haramjade. Narak me bhi jagah nhi milegi tum cutto ok. Chullu bhr pani me dubh maro kisi ki hay le rhe ho. Tum logo ki family bhi aise hi tadpe mare sade. Styanash ho jaye tum logo ka kide pad jaye tum logo.                   Adarsh sunkara (Cvbg2club245196), i requested for cancellation of my membership within a week of purchase of the membership.

                  I requested for refund, which they said it will take 120 days, now the time has passed 150 days, they are yet to refund the amount.

                  I saw so many have become victims of this fraud country club.

                  How is this company still surviving with so many negative reviews against them, my phone was not working when i paid the money to them, else i would be cautious i had read the reviews.

                  Such a # company.

                    Its been 2 months we got call from country vacation i. E on feb 2 2018, saying about gift vouchers and they said no need to pay anything, just attend session, but as we entered they gave 45min of session and made us to take decision on spot saying that we should pay 75000 later it got decreased and they asked to pay 54000, as there was shortage we said we are not affordable to pay that much on spot, so they asked to pay how much ever we have, and they give membership id as soon as initial payment is done, but there was no response even after 2 weeks, later they sent some number like cvbg2club... Etc which we don't even know whether its ours or someone else's.

                    We requested them to refund money back, there is no response, now the person who contacted us has made his call forwarded, how can we trust if person does like this type of things which is unfair.

                    Please take this as serious complaint and help us in getting our money back.

                      After 3 months of paying for membership now i got to know of your site.

                      My story is no different from others. Same i paid 160000/- ₹ on 7 th jan 2018. I got call by ur customer care on 12th stating my details. And surprisingly some new points came to know of my package for e. G. 1) big point amc charges 12500/-₹ yearly of which we dont pay will not be able to enjoy benefit of clubing and holiday. Of which i was not inform accordingly...2) 15 weeks holiday any time of which i was told from your manager here in dis call i came to know only 10 yrs holiday that to some 10 week...3)... About ur club der is nothing special benefit for member... Which again falsely commited by your aundh branch.

                      I have done my formality to cancel within a day after your call center confirmation call of membership was done. But same reply o[censored]r company policy cant refund or cancel was told.

                      Now i dont know how this website work for customer complaints, but add me and check my details.

                      Last but not the least if my matter is considered for solving and refunding my money. I will provide many recording and video of your branch and manager of their false promises which i have as proof to prove my point.

                        I purchase 5 yr membershi in pune office on 14 Nov, 2017 and send an email and post a letter to cancellation membership agreement on 15 Nov 2017 on 24 march 2018 120 days completed and now 15 days more completed but yet refund is pending ...when i called to central customercare they cant give satisfy answer ...So plz do something,
                        If they cant solve my problem I wish to use legal way like consumer forum or fraud case againsy coutry Vacation...

                          Dear sir
                          I am member of country club of india i have taken member ship in 2005 now whenever i want to book my holiday the staff is not booking the holiday without meal voucher for which they charge 1000 per day per person this is cheating they are doing by making it to compulsory buy the product without which i cant book my own holiday which i purchased for 30 years @3.5 lac.

                          Another thing they charge amc which i paid till 2019 despite that they have not updated into the system so i cant book. Whenever i am calling for booking the staff says you have to call amc dept which they dont know the contact numbers also.
                          I am facing bothe the problems pls resovlve as ap.

                            On 11.03.2018 we were offered to purchase country club international holiday club membership with the facility for enjoying some benefits which includes 7 days and 6 nights vacations at their 4000 resorts spread over domestic and international destinations every year free of cost for 10 years,
                            The representatives of country club made misleading statements and showed some fake pictures of resorts and clubs and lured us with the idea of having to avail the facilities free of cost on a one time investment of rs.1, 10, 000 and made me sign several documents without giving enough time to go through the terms and conditions or do a through research about the company to decide if i wanted to purchase the membership.

                            It is noteworthy to mention that the country club representative assured me that i could revoke the agreement within 10 days “cooling off” period since country club is a member of airda. On believing the representatives of country club i signed the documents and paid the amount under the pretext that i would have 10 days time to revoke the offer. However, after a through research about the company i came to know about the fraudulent practices of the company and hence immediately emailed country club on 12.03.2016 that i wish to revoke the offer and requested a refund of of the paid amount.

                            Having detected the offers as per clause 39 and 44 it is stated that the offer made was a bogus offer since the representative gave an entirely different picture of the offer and mislead me with alluring offers and statements. The representative never informed us of the hidden costs, including the payments to be made at the properties when availing the holidays.

                            Even though i was assured by the salesperson that the membership can be cancelled within the 10 day cooling off period, i received the following response from country club after sending them the cancellation email the very next day after buying the membership:

                            "we would like to inform you that the membership fees is not a deposit and non refundable as per the company policy & we have generated your membership post finalizing all the benefits as listed and duly signed by you the agreement."

                            This is a direct violation of airda regulations, and directly proves that the assurances made by the salesperson were all bogus. I would like to cancel the membership and get my refund as soon as possible.
