Dear sir/madam

Country vacations representative called family for new offer and they told a membership for 7 days tour every year that can be transfered and cancelled lot of oral picture shown to families.. For this they also offered complimentary 180 square yards plot.. We as midlle class people attacted and paid membership no (Cvhyd5club3sb197747) i have paid 334000 membership fee... After all documentation over. We recived some club + 3 yrs 2n3d blue u12 membership for 3 years which is waste not related to any commitment. Even i didnot used also..

After so much fight plot registration again they collected amount of 100000/- registered the plot..

Lady manager mrs. Preeti who cheated us in country club begumpet..
After this much fraud also every year they are calling and asking for amc of amount which we are not going to club and already cheated us still calling and expecting amount..

    I have taken 5years vacation + life time membership for 1, 10, 000/-.
    When approached for holiday booking they asked about the clearance of annual fees @ rs.20060.

    Here is my introspection
    First they took rs 1, 10, 000 as non refundable membership fees for the family membership plan. Then for 6 days stay they squirtcharges-
    Rs 20060 as maintenance fee

    Now calculated the amount i spent for 6 days vacation
    Rs 1, 10, 000 in bank yields an interest of rs 1000 minimum as p. M., thus rs12, 000 in a year
    + rs 20, 600, = rs 32, 600 /-

    + meals plan (Compulsory @rs 350 per head for break fast and rs 550 for lunch / dinner)

    Note :- in my contract this amount 1, 10, 000 is 5 yrs holiday + lifetime club membership. Including 5yrs amc. After clmpleting full payment. My full payment is done in 2015 now is 2018 they started follow up for amc. Continuously they people are calling for amc. Not able to book holidays.

    They claimed their properties are at the level of 5 star, but i experienced it's even worst than a lodge
    The linen quality was poor, bed was too old, no facility of laundry or iron, tasteless and low cost food
    Above all, the behaviour of over crowded staffb was rough and least bothered attitude to any concern.
    The identity of every occupant are in circulation among stafr. So they treat or illtreat accordingly.

    When i enquired for transfer of membership, they flately refused the provision and advised to gift the vacations (So that new people they get to trap). When i told about approaching consumer court, he politely replied 'it will be one more number in the existing over 15, 000 court cases against the company."

    Never ever opt for country vacations...
    Highly deceitful and disappointing.

      My self Bharat Agrawal have been taken membership from such a reputed organization on 07.04.2018 of Rs. 65000 for tens years from Aurangabad sales office, as we have heard a huge about yourself in market from lot of peoples about your esteemed organization, team, reputation, facilities & response. Thanks for offering me such a great opportunity & for joining with family. Country Vacations has been perfect family holiday provider since long & premier holiday ownership company in India also having worldwide good reputation.

      Unfortunately i have got reversed experience & want to say that yet we have not received membership documents, vouchers & cards, etc. after taking lot of follow ups also with your team. No one responding to our phone calls & text/what's up messages.

      Mr. Kush Kumar & Mr. Sachin have given us lot of wrong & fake commitments while taking membership as we are not convinced with the plan suggested so they have offered lot of things to us as per our requirement & wish, whatever we want they simply agreed to give as listed below.

      Commitment/facilities offered:

      1. Voucher of 10 years for 3 nights 4 days (Beach/hill cottages & resorts, 4/5 star hotels/properties) with flight tickets for all members means family (myself, wife & 2 children). We can use these voucher anytime/any day/any month in year for any place in India as per our convenience & time with complete flexibility. Booking can be done on phone or mail within 2-3 days after confirmation from our side. No hidden charges to be paid anywhere (flight, hotel, etc).

      2. We can club 2-3 vouchers in single long trip.

      3. We can book trip with multiple location in one voucher, arrangement will be done accordingly from you side.

      4. We can use voucher for family trips also by clubbing as per our choice means with our parents, friends, brother, sister, etc.

      5. We can carry forward multiple vouchers if not used in any of the year.

      6. With 10 vouchers for 10 years extra 2-3 complimentary free vouchers will also be provided for 3 nights & 4 days for family with flight tickets in India, can be book any time any where as per our convenience. Booking time 2-3 days.

      7. Two free foreign trips for family (myself, wife & 2 children) with flight tickets for 3 nights & 4 days, can be book any time as per our convenience. Places are Bangkok, Dubai, Switzerland.

      8. Associated/Collaborated Banquet hall & lawn at restaurant/hotel can be used anytime/any day/any month of a year for function/parties/events without any charges at any location in India wherever we live.

      9. Lifetime associated/collaborated club can be used free with all available facilities with trainer if required ( swimming pool, zumba, yoga, kick boxing, aerobic, tambola, steam bath, indoor & outdoor games, etc) at any location in India wherever we live but afterwards we found that only swimming pool can be used without trainer when we inquired in Aurangabad Health & Harmony club representative.

      10. Lifetime free entry pass/card for associated/collaborated Gym at any location in India wherever we live will be provided for whole family means myself, wife, children's, parents & brothers.

      11. Free VIP passes for events like Gulzar nights, etc

      12. We can sale/transfer/rent membership if not required at any moment.

      13. All facilities can be used free of charge in booked hotel/property like swimming pool, spa, gym, etc

      Also we came to know that this was not only happened to us, lot of other members also facing similar or other type of issue from your team, that's why sales office is permanently closed from Aurangabad location. This is very big loss to the company in terms of revenue as well as for market reputation also.

      Due to all above mentioned commitments we have taken membership & given complete payment through credit card, details attached herewith for your ready reference. Same is showing in your account also confirmed from Aurangabad office.

      Now we are so much frustrated due to arisen of this issue so we have decided to quit from your family.

      Request you to provide us refund for amount paid by us with interest urgently. Kindly mail to Aurangabad office for further processing on top priority.

      Or

      Fulfill all above commitment, we will be very happily to continue with the membership & to remain in family.

          I have taken 30 years membership for 1, 35, 000/-.
          When approached for holiday booking they asked about the clearance of annual fees @ rs 6500.
          After the payment of annual fee they asked, again approached for booking. That time they demanded utility charges extra as the place i opted does not belong to them, though it's cited in their website. Even though i was ready to pay utility charges extra, they asked again money for one extra bed charge amounting rs 1200+ per day as age of my daughter was 14 years. They told free occupancy of children allowed only upto 12 years. It was very upsetting approach from them. When their customer support was approached he lady attended my call was assured to resolve the issue if i m not opting for extra bed.
          But i didn't get back a call from customer support. Again i called and the lady was connected, her voice was annoying and firm, simply replied to pay the extra bed charges and conditions can not be changed.

          Here is my introspection

            I was convinced to become a member of countryclub in dubai by the false commitment that countryclub was associated with indian gymkhana cox town bangalore and as a countryclub member i can use the facilties of indian gymkhana bangalore. They even showed indian gymkhana on their website as associated club. My countryclub membership number is cvdxb130l33822.
            After making payment they said that indian gymkhana is not associated club and after rai sing my concerns regarding false commitments indian gymkhana was removed from countryclub website. This is a clear form of cheating as incorrect / false commitments were deliberately made to deceive a person in response to their specific query. This is not expected by any decent company management as they should instill confidence in members not shake their confidence. I need compensation for the wrong commitment made by countryclub based on which i decided to become a countryclub member.
            Another false commitment made was i could get foreign vacations in new york paris zurich through dae. This was totally incorrect as later when i checked dae could not provide any resorts at these international locations.
            Apart from this despite me trying to use countryclub vacations not getting bookings wherever require even in india. As a result i have been able to use only 1 vacation. For all my other vacations i hv spent my own money despite being a countryclub member. I have also checked countryclub in bangalore and found that they are not maintained well at all.

            Require countryclub management to consider my case positively and mutually agree compensation in the form of refund or waiving my future amc for me to continue as a member.

              I took the membership this year and booked vacation too.

              While taking membership they said they will sell my membership or sell my vacation if required.

              Even last time also i paid 6700 for booking one extra room and i paid the money to one member and they blocked me 2 rooms.

              Now i want to see the membership and went to check there is no office all employees resigned and there is no marketing in chennai.

              If there is no marketing how can i sell my membership now as promised?

              Even they said i will get 10 days of vacation something they will book in vouchers. Now that is also a lie.

              They said lot of story while selling the membership. (Rafi / prabhu) were the ones who sold the membership.

              Now i feel i got cheated.

              Can you please help me to sell my membership, am ready to give it for price fixed by company.

              Kindly help.

                I am mamatha. I am very poor girl. I am only one daughter for my parents, they are old at home.
                I don’t have job. I have lones with hdfc bank.
                One day country club vizag called for lottery. They said that all comfortable like events, food vouchers, cultural actives will provide free life time for me and my family. But they asked money with less emi. They didn’t allow me to check reviews on country club, document which was signed by me and forcing me to pay saying that “ it is luck draw for u, its last day available with less payment. “and also they said that “we will manage all just tell ok for every thing in the call. About 10000rs we will manage, that 10000 for management is for us, no worry we will manage the amount 10000rs just tell ok in the call”.
                As a poor girl i thought future facility about my parents and family. I don’t have money and credit card and also i have payment dues with hdfc bank. I took credit cards which was given to me from my hud bee i paid. After that by seeing about country club is fraud company.com/[protected]/hyderabad/28020755_1_ccs-fake-documents-central-crime-st...

                From this country club 55000 rs is very big amount to me. Really i don, t know any thing about this and also they didn’t allow me to read.
                Now totally my hdfc bank amount is to pay 132000-/rs. By this country club feck promises and forcing 55000-/rs in others credit card not me. No job, job searching and parents are not working very old. Situation is nearly to did to me. My entire family income is zero per month. We are living on others amount. Now this opportunity of living is gone to live.
                Please save me and families like me from the country club.

                  Country club vacations which sells holidays is totally a company deceiving investors and promises made during selling of membership are later denied. If any one wish to get back money even not a single service availed, they dont not refund money. Poor investors had to spend several thousand of rupees to get back money (Partial) thru consumer forum. As per rough estimate about 12000 consumer cases are pending at different district, state and national forum. It is strange that a company engage into mass cheating is flourishing and still cheating people pf india every day. Ministry of consumer affairs should strp in immediately and should take some action.

                    I had disagreed on 2nd october itself since it is the call off period. Amount paid is 141249. No response to mails nor to the calls

                      I would like to cancel my membership with account number member ship no cvbg2mpclub5lb257181. I opened this member ship on date sep 29th 2018 and as per agreement terms &conditions n0 27 i have 10days cool period to cancel agreement at any point of time. I no longer wish to have this membership and want to cancel membership /agrement and refund money 26.500 rs.

                      When i signed up for this agreement country vacation agent mr. Abdul given false promises, verbal commitments but when i read agreement those all are not covered and i was cheated by country club agent and your company,
                      I have visited last week only vacations office but decline to cancel the membership and no proper communication from them,

                        I satish kumar mor have taken a me membership from country club vacations in december 2017 (Membership no. Is cvhyd5club245708 by paying 56 thousand on one condition that they will send me dubai along with my wife if i take lifetime membership of country vacations. But after taking the membership they are not fulfilling the promise and the executive nusrath works in their head office in hyderabad begumpet office is not responding my calls and even not availaible in office and i dont know whom to contact regarding this issue. I just wanna request to country vacation is that i dont want any refund from u ppl i just want to visit dubai as promised by u ppl for 6 nights 7 days as i saved money for that purpose only wen i thought of going to dubai but my dream is unfulfilled and i have to save again for that and i dont wanna loose my hard earned money. So please its a request to do the needful and oblige me

                          I had been issued some food vouchers due to full maintenance paid by me and get one member added that too after long follow up.

                          I forgot to use the vouchers in time and i requested country club to replace it, - but they refuse to do it.

                          Its hard earned coupons by me and such refusal by management was not expected at all. The cc management is very poor and they try to extract what ever they can extract from people and even i talk to there manager mr. Reddy - even he also refuse bluntly - this is ridiculousness.

                          I advise all people to not to join the country vacations club its waste of money - i also wasted one lakh.

                            Their staffs given false statement and asking extra money in emi. Please cancel my membership id and give back my money,

                            They offers given are below, but they didnt do.

                            1. Rent option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents.
                            2. I can use the membership for 365 days a year (Season independent)
                            3. There is pickup / drop/ sightseeing free service
                            4. 20% and up to 40% allowance in the flight charges (Domestic and international)
                            5. Renewal the same plan after 10 years for life time and transferable to next generation with 5% of the initial charge (Initial charge - 100000)
                            6. Using the country club membership lifetime for free
                            7. Free rci membership by which we can use other resorts/hotel for 3000 (Domestic) and 12000 (International) – fixed charge
                            8. My package includes aall india + 5 asian + dubai
                            9. Free accommodation with free breakfast services
                            10. 20% discount on all the food in the country club restaurant or free cook services
                            11. No need to pay the maintenance charge for the year if the vacations are not used.
                            12. While renting the vacation using your agents there is no need to pay the yearly maintenance charge.
                            13. No other charge or fee in the country club membership for life time.
                            14. Collect the country club card for the kid in future for free.
                            15. If i per book the vacation trip before 2 weeks, i can get the free 7 days trip for that year and i can use that for rent or i can extend that to next coming year.
                            16. I can maximum accommodate up to 8 persons using my membership if i book before 2 weeks.
                            17. I can use the country club / country vacation cards for my friends or relations with some additional id proof.
                            18. Using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost (Including the electricity, decorations) for 5 times per year.
                            19. Free passes for the special events that are organized or happening in your clubs
                            20. Hdfc insurance that covers 5 lakhs (Not sure on the amount) and yearly medical insurance (Hospitalization) for lifetime with zero premium for me and spouse for 50k each.
                            21. If i didn't use the vacation for particular year, then i can move that days to next year without any charge.
                            22. If i am not satisfied at any time, i can write a compliant letter to the office where i take the membership and i can cancel the membership at any time.
                            23. If i don't want to cancel, i can transfer my membership. The agents in country club will do the same for me, they will collect only the processing fees
                            24. I will get rci membership and can book any resort/hotel through rci for fixed 3000 for domestic and 12000 for international
                            24. I can get food coupons worth 3000 (Appx) every year.

                            I was lured by country vacations Bangalore, and was told I will get 2 gold class movie tickets after I visit their office on sept 6 2018, till now noones has issued tickets its been more than a month..they cut my call and just avoid all calls...its been a month of torture...they should be fined for fraud.

                              I am vishnu from bangalore. I got a call from country vacations saying that i am selected in lucky draw and asked us to come to country vacations marathhali, bangalore to collect gift.

                              Me and my wife went to country vacations on 23-sep-2017. They told that before collecting gift they will give small presentation. We sat in a room and they started explaining their county vacations membership details. Marketing manager told that they will give member ship for only 40k. That is for life long. Also we can use country clubs across the india. It can be cancelled any time and blaw blaw. Finally he convinced us to take membership. I paid total 40k.

                              After coming home, i told about this to my friend. He told that one of his friend got membership from country club and services are very poor. He asked for cancellation but they didn't refunded.

                              I checked the agreement and could see a clause saying that we can cancel membership with in 10 days after purchase. So immediately i have sent a mail for cancellation ie on 27-sep-2017. From that day on wards, i am following them through phone calls and mails to customer care. Customer care people always say it is in process. They are postponing from last one year till today sep-2018. Finally i frustrated with these people and planning to file a criminal case and also a case in consumer court.

                              I think many people are cheated like this. So my idea is we will all together file a case so that case will be strong and we will get justice early. Please call to my number if any one want to join.

                                May 19th i gave my money rs.50, 000/- for membership through a debit card. The very next day may 20th i saw the reviews of country vacations and cancelled. They sent a mail stating that my amount will be refunded within 120 days. Till now they haven't refunded my amount. When i am trying to reach them they are ignoring my emails and call.

                                  I am the member of country club vide membership no. Cvvz2club[protected] from estd. 2012 but i did not use my membership due to sudden discontinue service of my job. I worked at mnc organization but unfortunately resigned from my service on october 2013 and after that i am facing financial problem with my family and my son studied at narayana college, visakhapatnam and now i can not effort his college fees rs.97, 000/-
                                  So, please help me so that i can survive my family from stringency of monetary problem.

                                    This is regarding the transaction of rs.30, 200.00 on 09/10/2017 at m/s www countryclubworld.

                                    I have cancelled the membership within cooling off period and as per their clause they should have refunded the amount within 120 days, however it's been more than 10 months now and the refund still not received.

                                    I have contact customer care multiple times and all they say is to wait as it's yet to be approve by accounts team, some times they will say delay due to fund issue etc. I have sent 100 s of email to them however no one is bothered to reply to that. Once or twice i received an update that they have forwarded it to the concerned team. But nothing seems to be happening.

                                    Need legal assistance on this.

                                      I, ashish kamtekar. Memabership no. (Ashish. [protected]@gmail.com). We have visited country club kandivali on 18th july.

                                      We have been assisted by mr. Prakash varma ([protected])

                                      He introduces us to offers and all benefits of the membership. First we were not convinced with the offers.

                                      Mr. Prakash gave us membership cost of rs.1, 60, 000/- for 10 years

                                      In india 3*/4*/5* free stay no tax to pay & international package dae 4*/5*+ tax.

                                      He also told us we don’t have to pay amc (Rs.10, 500/-) this year. You can pay the same next year in feb.

                                      He gave an offer of complimentary tour package of my family’s choice.

                                      He also gave an option for payment of the package as per my choice. Easy emi.

                                      He gave free access to country club andheri & kandivali also for any birthday party, wedding. We can use the club area free of cost subject to availability.

                                      After listening to such a promising all of his talk we decided to take the membership.

                                      We told him will pay in emi so we paid rs 25, 000/- by debit card on the spot.

                                      Rest we decided of the amount rs. 45, 000.35, 000by cheque and 10, 000 by cash and the rest of rs. 90, 0000/- in easy emi that i can pay in ten years. I won’t be called or harassed by country club.

                                      Total we paid rs 70, 000/ - till now. He gave us a complementary tour package to munnar and waynad for 6night/7days. Date was also fixed from our side i. E. 3rd sept - 11th sept 2018.

                                      This was agreed by him. After this day he never called for feedback or update. After few days, by calling upon him, mr. Prakash started giving us excuses for booking. He also mentioned to my wife on phone that because of some personal issues he couldn’t look after our case. Now we have lost our faith completely.

                                      After researching, we found out the package was only for rs.1, 50, 000/- so we asked about rs 10, 00/- which we paid in cash n of which we are not aware of where he would have used it for. By asking so, he started giving hundred different options and reasons and excuses. We have receipt of 10, 000 in writing on a letterhead of country club.

                                      28th july 2018 11.45 am

                                      All over sudden he called and said pay more rs.20.000/- and close this member ship with final amount of rs.90.000/- with the same the benefits of previous package. He forced us for this offer; luckily i was out of town so i couldn’t go for it.

                                      After so many days being delayed, we decided not to continue with the membership as we were not happy n lost our faith completely. We called him to cancel it and give us a refund.

                                      So again he came up with new offer.in which, he gave rs.60.000/- for 5 years package with all same benefits, 3night 4 days package to amrita palace hyderabad only stay. I have proof of email send by mr. Prakash along with other benefits.

                                      All above detail discussion when i had with customer care hyderabad, they have different story to tell. Now here who do i trust is the question.

                                      So i need my refund.

                                        I, yogesh kumar, joined country vacations erroneously on 04 jan 18 and submitted unwillingness to continue within the legal period i. E. 10 days (On 09jan 18) by e-mail. They replied that amount will be refunded within 120 days.

                                        But as on 16 aug, nothing is refunded, not picking calls in customer care.
