As per government rules i m apply for CPF through office. As per ANNEXURE-2C (Para-20) Accounts Officer (N.D.C.P.S.), Director of Pension & Provident Fund, Gandhinagar Alloted me Employee Pension Account Number(16 Digits) [protected] . As Per Rules salary From my account is Deducted Monthy From March-2014 to Till Today. my office other Employee had recived There Pran Kit despech From your Agency, But i heven't recived PRAN kit till today. so my office informed this to Director of pension & provident Fund Office, Gandhinagr and they reply that said employee PRAN No. is[protected] & They Dispatch Pran Kit to the said employee. So, i find that said Pran No. is not mine but it's my office other employee named MAYURBHAI MANJIBHAI VAGHELA'S (Employee Pension Account Number(16 Digits) [protected] ) as per his Pran Card.
In sort I request you to Plese enter my PPA No. [protected] and/or PRAN No.[protected] on Your Website/software and then compare with Employee name. so, you find out the Acctual Problem.
what can i do for recive pran kit?????????????
