This is to inform you that I am Zamin Rizvi S/o Moh. Jamil Rizvi Address 33/8 Juhi Safed Colony, Kanpur I lost my Credit card folder in Rave 3 Shopping Complex. I was carrying couple of Credit card and ATM Card in my folder. When I talk to customer care executive of these banks they have given me the detail information mention below.
Two ofmy card HDFC Credit card ([protected]) and Barclays Credit card ([protected]) has been miss used by doing some shopping against Rs.18000/-
I visited this place where these purchasing have been done and at last from Reebok Showroom I got his Name Mr. Shoeb mob: [protected] from showroom executive.
When I made a call to this number he told his name Mr Shakil.
Next day when I call to this no again and asked for Mr. Shakil he told me that Mr.Shakil had sold this mob. to me and when I ask his name he cut the phone.
We would like to request you to take step against it.

6) 2599/- PPN Market Reebok showroom.
