I have applied SBI credit card through your sales executive .He has taken my all documents along with my application.but still i ma not recived my new card or satus.Please give me a feeed back as early as possible.

Credit Card — Finance charges charged for bank or vendors fault

In June I get a bill for a transaction of 27/11/07. Which I have the bank to investigate as I do not recollect the transaction. Till now the investigation is not done. In July i get a bill for the Finance charges and Services tax & cess levied for the amount. Which is ridiculos on behalf of the bank.
First, to entertain a vendor for asking payment in the month of june for november transaction.
Second, to cancel our card and issue new card
Third, without investigation ask the client to pay the amount + finance charge + service tax + cess.
I think the bank is having enough customers and do not need to retain the existing customers.

Credit Card — Cancellation of all dues

Dear Sir/ Madam,

Subject : Cancellation of all dues as payment made without any direction through credit card no. [protected].

Respected Sir,

This is to inform you that a credit card has been issued by the bank in my name which is not been used by me ever since. A payment towards an insurance policy in ICICI prudential has been made through the credit card without any direction given from my side on[protected] by the bank as the customer file Sr.No. 11482003.

The payment towards the same policy has been made by me through a cheque of State Bank of India dated[protected] cheque no. 66503 in the name of ICICI Prudential amounting to Rs. 6938/- (Details enclosed herewith). All dues on the above policy is paid by me through cheques/cash since[protected]. (Copies attached)

As payment was made without my directions kindly cancel all dues in my name and issued credit card. As it is causing me mental harassment and hampering my official work. Looking forward towards a favorable replay. If you could not help in this matter then I am meet with Ombudsman.

Credit Card — Debit to my account without authorisation

On 1st June 2008 an amount of Rs. 478.68 has been withdrawn by Paradise Filling Station, Bhubaneswar, thrice without any authorisation from me. My card was swiped at the Filling Station Machine for three times for one single filling of fuel valued at Rs. 476.68 as no printout was coming and the LCD was displaying Void.As no prinout was generated the vendor insisted for payment through alternate means and subsequently I had to pay thro other card to avoid embarrasment. This charge of three times to my account came to my knowledge after receipt of your card statement dated June 19 2008 received by me around the 30th of June.
Pl. look into the matter and arrange for reversal of Rs.1436.04 (478.68x3) at the earliest.

As when i had applied for a personnel loan the banker told me the loan was denied due to non payment of money against this card.
Well i do not know how to assertain or know which one when i am not using any credit cards for the past 3 years.

SCOPE INTERNATIONAL — YET NOT GET PAN CARD

I HAVE APPLED FOR MY PAN WHILE I AM WORKING WITH SCOPE INTERNATIONAL 6 MONTHS BEFORE. BUT STILL I HAVE NOT YET GET MY PAN CARD. CAN YOU CONFIRM THAT SHALL I APPLY IT AGAIN OR I HAVE TO WAIT FOR SOME MORE DAYS.

Credit Card — Charging of Late Payment Fee

My Credit Card # [protected]. I had made a payment of Rs.500/- by Ch.No.383319 on 11.07.2008. I could not find the credit of this amount in the statement Jul 26, 2008. Instead of the credit, you have charged late fee Rs.400/-in the Sttmt. I received the Sttmt. Jul 26, 2008 on 30.07.2008 mentioning to pay Rs.1, 390/- immediately. When I have paid in July, how is that the late payment could be charged and ask me to pay July Sttmt.amount immediately? Pls.check the account and reverse the late payment fee of Rs.400/- in the next Sttmt. Thanks.

Sir, i contact mr. Nitin Saini at SCO 151-152, 2nd Floor, Sector-9-C, Chandigarh and riging several time at[protected] at last 30th July, 2008 some body pick the phone and ask me the number is changed and no body Nitin Saini here and ask me you contact at[protected] but no body pick the phone. But sir ICICI bank collections department causing me mental harassment and hampering my official work and also threat my parents at my residential number and ask me abousing words. I don't no why ask these language. If sir you are not helping me then sorry sir i going in Consumer Court. Because i am very upset. I dont use credit card and your department give me these things. Sorry sir but i never faith in ICICI bank in future.

Credit Card — PLease Remove charges against policy

Dear Sir/Madam,
I really disappointed on your customer care department to solve an issues since last one year. hsbc had offered me a "TATA AIG" Insurance Policy on behalf of my HSBC silver card no.([protected]) and i had declined your offer. After that When i got HSBC statement with the charged of that policy i had spoke with your customer care to remove this charges but they told me that you have had to talk TATA AIG First to cancel this policy. Then i have requested to TATA AIG to cancel this policy and after so many time when i given a notice to TATA AIG then they have canceled my policy No: (BTM[protected]).

After that HSBC have been charging me again and again to against this policy, i have talked so many times (in 1 year) to you customer but they did not solved it yet. now they telling me that you have to talk this or that person and its really a time pass joband i really disappointed on this type of HSBC service.

So I would like to inform you that Please solve this case shortly Otherwise i will take a leagal action against this painfull harashment.

I have applied for a SBI credit card a month back, but still i didn't received any response regarding the same. when i checked online it says the application has been rejected. there was no reason mentioned for it.Also the customer care is not ready to tell any reason. Is this what right to information act all about. they took all my necessary documents and now they are not ready to even tell me the reason of my application rejection.
