Dear All,

My name is Sagar Salvi i am a customer to ICICI BANK. Since last many days i have been receiving a threatning calls from[protected] &[protected] & [protected] name call atul & shah.They report to MR Krishnan as told by them who sit at RPG TOWER.Their executive today visited my residence at around 12.35 & was not ready to leave my place until and unless the payment was made, also they tried to talk very Harsh to my family who was alone at that time.Is this the way ICICI the pioneer to private Banking recover the money from customer. He was for more then 40 minutes making arguments with my family when i was not at home that time.My family was into tears after he left the place.Mr Atul told me that "AGAR TERA PAYMENT NAI MILEGA TOH MERA LADKA UDHAR SE NAI NIKLEGA". I need a settlement which i am approaching from myside from last 6 months. I was cheated from ICICI BANK Agency Called OMEGA who comitted to give me a settlement letter of 30k for which i was told to make a immediate payment of 6500 and rest in 3 installment but after payment they never turned up.Also i had made a compliant against them Sr no is SR[protected]. I agree i used the service provided and i also agree to pay back. But the way this people approach was very disgusting specially to my family i my absence.I hope for a quick revert for PROBLEMS i am facing.

Sir/ Madam,
This is Prem shankar gupta a
customer of HDFC bank who has a savings and credit a/c for a very
long time.
I am i so upset, worried and
tortured by your debt (collection) dept. Reason i happened to know
that my
amount was blocked in my savings
a/c i was told to get in touch with collection dept, i did so and to
my
surprise they told that the amount
which is Rs 30, 000/, was blocked as i have dues on my credit card and
when i told them that i have a
settlement for my credit cards they had no clue, first they told that
i was lying
then they demanded for the letter i
was so surprise to know that the very people had no updates on my
credit
a/c which shows the incapability or
lack of work interest which spoils the brand name like HDFC. So i
order
prove myself that i was telling the
truth i requested them to have a visit at my place at their convinient
time as i
had no time to make it at their
office they simply denied in a very rude manner and this happened when
the customer was coporating in all
possible manner so i went to the debt management office and showed
them the letter. They agreed that i
did have a settlement but the payment was not made full that is why
the
settlement is not valid one i told
them that i was suppose to pay the settlement in two instalments i
paid the
first one in month of march and my
second instalment was suppose to be paid in april, i was in my home
town
in april for some urgent issue so i
called up and explained about the situation to the employee who was
handling my credit card a/c so he told
me to pay minimum Rs 1200/ i said that i dont have my banking info so
he gave me my credit card number and asked me to pay and the rest as
soon as i am back in pune i agreed. i
just want make a point that i acted as i
was told by the employee. When i came back to pune and up to pay the
remaining amount they said that have not recieved the Rs 1200/ payment
and they demanded the full amount of the second instalment i said that
not possible i have made the payment and i gave them a copy of receipt
of the payment made on the a/c.They took the receipt and said that
they would get back after rectifying the mistake. They never did so i
called as many times as i could but everything was in vain. It was
this month that i found out myself why my credit a/c dont show the
payment of Rs 1200/ as the credit card number given to me was wrong.
I told this to the dept people of Hdfc they told me that i was lying
and why will the employee give me wrong credit card number i told it
might be a mistake. And they asked me to proof it i said first you
never believed about the settlement letter and now when i have proved
you are asking me to prove again something that you people should have
look into first. Ok i said it can be proved if you people pull up
calling database conversation of the particular dates. But they said
all we can do is take the payment and nothing else is what you will
get or can do here and aske me to leave.

I want some severe action on the employee
who was so rude and insulting to me as her action was not satisfactory
after giving the info, she should have had a word with the employee
who was handling my a/c first she told me that she has already done
that and she got the feed back that the settlement is null and void if
this feed back was really given by the delhi branch as this a/c is a
delhi a/c and the the employee is Mr gaurav sharma even he should be
dealt in a severe manner, you will find his details below as you read
the mail not only this the pune debt dept employee first asked me to
come to the office and then told that i was not called by her it was
me who came one fine day. As per terms and policy a customer is
suppose to know all possible aspect of the a/c as if why his a/c was
blocked what payment have the bank of credit dept not recieved what
payment he is suppose to pay she told me that she was not obliged to
do so and told me that it's my mess and i should have the updates of
the a/c all she had was a piece of paper and nothings else and this
action was done by somebody who has a designation of asst- manager.
This shows her incapability or lack of work interest as she was
suppose to come pu with optoin and solution you will know details as
you read the mail and my credit card a/c to be settled and my amount
to be unblocked as soon as possible if this doesn't happen, i will
take the appropriate action on HDFC bank and i will see that none of
my friends, relatives and family have any a/cs of HDFC . I am giving
you the detail of the employee who is handling my credit a/c now. Her
name is Susma Vichare, designation- Asst- manager, her he extention
number is 8071. It the pune branch in swargate, the building name is
cybernex the office is on 3rd flr. My banking details are as follows-
[protected]- hdfc credit card number.
0150223- the Ref no of the settlement letter
Rs 7150- the settlement amount to be settle in two go which is 3575 each.

The HDFC employee who provided me the settlement letter
and was handling my a/c was Mr Gaurav sharma, employee Id-40387 and
the other guy was Mr Ravi.

a/c and the date is 27/04/2007 and the the branch is HDFC of boring
road, it's branch code is-235 if i am correct. I have the receipt. I
also wanted to know regarding the complain that i have made and what
action have you people taken.

I WRITE TO INFORM YOU THAT I WAS HAVING CREDIT CARD NO.[protected] WHICH WAS NOW DESTROYED BY ME TOWARDS MARK OF NOT ABILITY TO OPERATE ANY CREDIT CARD DUE TO CURTAIL OF LIABILITIES.

THIS IS BECAUSE I HAD ASKED MY STATEMENTS WHICH WAS NOT IN RECEIPT BY ME FOR LAST 10 MONTHS INSPITE I WAS PAYING TILL FEB, 2009 WITOUT ANY DISPUTE. NOW ACCIDENTLY I WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY SINCE MAR, 2009 DUE TO HEAVY LOSS IN CAPITAL MARKET DUE TO WHICH I HAD MORTGAGED MY HOME AND PAID THE CREDITORS.

AS YOU CAN SEE MY EARLIER RECORDS WHICH WAS VERY REGULAR WITHOUT ANY DEFAULT FOR SINGLE MONTH. MY TRACK RECORD WAS EXCELLENT BECAUSE I HAD MANAGED MY FUNDS FOR PAYING TIME TO TIME INSTALMENTS. BUT NOW MY LIMIT EXUASTED AND NOW NOT ABLE TO RUN MY DAILY AFFAIRS.

I WOULD REQUEST MY ABN AMRO BANK TO WAIVE OFF MY OUTSTANDING ON THE BASIS OF EARLIER TRACK RECORD IN WHICH WAS PAID NEARLY 10TIMES OF MY OUTSTANDING.

I HUMBLY REQUEST THE BANK TO LOOK INTO MATTER AND STOP HARRASING ME OR MY FAMILY MEMBERS HENCE FORTH, BECAUSE NOTHING CAN BE DONE AT THIS STAGE OF TIME BECAUSE OF CRUNCH OF FINANCE.

I had a credit card No. [protected] and it got misused on 3/1/09 & 4/01/09 and I informed to customer care to block the card & gave the complete with your complint formate. After wards i have not received any result & i paid the balance which only my usage. afterwards i received the new card i informed the settle my complint, after two months it got blocked.

after wards simply bank is sending the statement & i have getting the calls from some agencies.
last week one person called me for settlement & he affered Rs. 2500/- for settlement. He commited once you paid to 2500/- with in 24 hours your card will be activating and your balance with be writing off.


As per his commitement I deposted to bank Rs. 2500/- after that i have not geting responce from that person I need to know he is from bank of any agency Ph no.[protected].

I need to solve the complete & i want to use the cards. please send the clarity.
The Settlement is over but HSBC bank is still sending bills for credit card no. [protected]. Even after the settlement ammount had been given.

    Removal of name from Satyam Base (RBI default list)
    Hi,

    This is regarding a credit card i had from ABN AMRO Bank, SBI, HSBC Bank, due to some unavoidable situation i couldn't make few payments to this bank against my credit card.

    However when i was contacted by the collection department of the bank I made full payment at one go for the settlement amount asked by the bank, but still after six months of making the payment I am fail to build up any financial relationship with any other bank instead of having very good track record with all other bank since ABN AMRO, SBI, HSBC has not removed my name from the Satyam Defaulter List.

    Please help me get out of this problem as it has already caused me a lot of trouble. Also let me know why I am in defauler list if I have paid the amount through mutual understanding with bank.

        statement of feb.2008 timly I have given a cheque and and recieved a call from barclay that

        the cheque was returened from my bank as per our talk by phone that time they told me to

        give fresh cheque and also promised not to charge late payment, so immedialtly I have given

        a fresh cheque,
        in the next statement again late payment was charged of the last statement and also late

        payment was charged in the next statementas I have given pament timly I have requested by

        phone for reversal of charges, but not got any responce, again in the next statement they

        charged late payment, several times tried to contact by phone due to some problem of barclay

        phone could not contaacted, so send them a request by e-mail, Last statement in the april

        Total dues shows Rs9987.48 and transaction amount was 7300.00 not getting any proper

        responce regarding settelement so O have given a cheque of Rs 7300.00 on 30.4.2008 and for

        balance of 2687.48 requested by email to settle this problem and every week send them

        reminders after 30/45 recived areplythat it will not reverse since last 30 days several

        times requested by phone and emails to settle the problem.recived only reply by email that
        as per last stament total amount was 9987.48 and was paid only 7300.00 so therefore no revarsal.
        Again I have requested by phone and emails the amount which are gunine I can pay, every times got reply to pay full amount, which are not gunine, why I will the late payment charges as I have given payment timly, the promlem was created from feb.2008 statement due to return of cheque and after promise they not given revesal so I can pay that amount only, sending e mails regularly and not getting any reply, they are increasing amounts every month with late payment and interest, and after april 2008 I have not recived any statement. On every emails Also requested to send the adress where O can return your credit card but not given theor adress to return the credit card, so I have damages the card and send them after scan with e mai attachement.I would request you to please help and advise me to solve the problem, Barclay bank service is very poor, and not solving this problem their plan are only to increse the amounts every month.

        I am Axis Bank Credit Card Holder this month without sending the monthly statement ( by post nor by email) u people sent a sms dated on 04-10-08 at 8.45 pm to pay the amount. I dont know how many days before u send the statement to the customer pls let me know immediately. if we make the payment late u collect late fee so what to do for this.

          Standard Chartered Bank had provide me Credit Card No.[protected] in 2004 and due to i feel non comfort i had ask for settlement to the authority who is collecting cash from me every month. He asked me that he has to discuss what bank consult aurthorities.After discussed with bank authorities on phone and also take the authorities on phone Its come to full and final settlement on 8000/-. I had paid the same and get receipts of the same. They ensurred that letter of settlement will be provide me shortly but they had not provided the same.Credit card had destroyed by the authority in front of me which was expired in 2005 and after 5 years i recd a call from bank in march 2010 that you have to pay 41000/-dues labiled on you.I meet with Bank officer at Bank and asked for provided the details of dues when i had given the payment of Final settlement but they refused to provide the same and also instructed me that my name is reflected in Defaulter list and I can't get any loan from any bank in furture.No statements of dues recd from Bank or no bank authority informed me for dues in passed 5 years period. It is clear that bank is generating his own rules and regulation and able to cheat with customers. In this regard i want your to help to stop the cheating and hardly action on the bank and i also request to withdraw my name from defaulter list immediately.

            We have not received credit card statement for the period of 03/03/2007 to 02/04/2007 on credit card no. [protected]. I have complained on telephone more than 20 times and through e-mail on e-mail id [protected]@hsbc.co.in. But sorry to say i have not received the statement and every time, you charged financial charges + service tax and so many other charges. I am tired to complain to your people. I hope you will look into this matter and send me the staement for this above period to make the payment from my side. Otherwise, in future, i will not make any payment to you for old outstanding plus other charges.

              This is to inform you about a Recovery Agent ( Name as told to me : Mr. Rashid and Phone no :[protected] of HDFC Bank making harassment and threatening calls using abusive and foul language to me on my personal and official numbers and was treating me that he would come to my office too, despite knowing the fact that I am not the required and concerned person whom he should be calling for his unpaid dues. The person whom he was referring to was Prabhakar Ganpat Shelke which is genuinely not my identity. The correct information for myself is as given above.

              I am unaware of where he got my phone details and my office details ( Address, Phone numbers ) which should not be shared with anyone since I am not an account holder with you .If I get the same calls from him again either on my phone or my office numbers, then I would like to inform you that I will take necessary actions against all the inconvenience caused to me from your bank by informing the police.

I do not owe this piece of paper and please do not try to contact/send any more statements like these. A letter from court would be reaching you in regards to the same shortly.

              On top of it, whenever a customer calls for any query/help there's no response from your customer service. You end up calling 10times and get to submit a complaint online like this, which even i m not sure would be taken care off or not.

They have added interest and unknown charged inspite of me calling for cancellation and explaining the situation. Now some guys are calling me and harrassing me for money and disturbing me mentally.               Hello,

              I am swetha, some ICICI people called about past dues of a credit card which they say i had in 2005. To my knowledge all the the dues were cleared way back n 2007/2008. I even was give the settlement notice. Now from no where some ICICI representative calls me and my other extended family and talk all non sense.

              They say I have a due of around 24, 000 rupees. After 7 years. some one calls, infact they call my cousins and torture them .

              I dont know what ethics and process ICICI follows. But I would sincerely appreciate if you can come with details of all the payments we made and talk to me directly and not my sisters/cousins.

                I introduce my self Mr M Senthilkumar residing at Tiruchirapalli and have ICICI Credit Card No. [protected] since Jan 2005.

                I have a credit card for past 5 years, used promptly and make the payment perfectly in time. After that I am gradually stop the credit card transactions and maintain nil balance. In Nov 2009, I am received continuous calls from ICICI Credit Card Call centre regarding ICICI Lombard Insurance. Initially I refused again and again they make a call and pressurize me to put ICICI Insurance through Credit Card. They told me for just Rs.250/- per monthly. After 6th call only I accept this insurance scheme and make the payment regularly. In March & April 2010 I went to Mumbai for SAP Training, during that time I cannot pay 2 months payment in time. After return to Tamilnadu I contact ICICI Credit Card Helpline and explain my situation and request them to reverse the late payment charges, the phone banking officers also accept it and agreed to reverse the late payment charges in subsequent bill, then I pay a sum of Rs.554/- for two month dues in one short. But it was not reversed in the subsequent bills. So I get alarming and insist request them to close the credit card immediately, they accept my request and ask to pay Rs.1200/-. After that I am paid Rs.1200/- in July 10. Now the ICICI Credit Card was de-activated, but the bill was raised in my name again and again upto till date.

                In this issue we wish to bring to your kind notice the followings points:-

                1. First of all I am not ask any quires to them regarding Insurance schemes.
                2. My monthly due is Rs.277/- but they are charged late payment charges of 144% of my due amount + Interest + Due amount per month.(i.e.Rs.277 + 400 + 23 = 700/-).
                3. I have received only one policy document with premium amount of Rs. …….. but my outstanding amount is three times of this premium amount.
                4. One day I received the call from their call centre, one woman ask me regarding credit card payment and threatening me very hoarsely. She was blackmail me to put a complaint to Credit Information Bureau India Ltd (CIBIL).
                5. The credit card validity period was from Jan 2005 to Jan 2009. The validity period was also expired 19 months.

                I request to Reserve Bank of India Officer, to short out this issue and give the further guidance to me in this regard.

                  Just to share some facts regarding some transactions with my credit card ([protected]) of ICICI bank:
                  a) As per the statement dated 3/11/2009 outstanding showed was Rs 6367.57
                  b) Accordingly a cheque (Cheque No: 253442 HDFC BANK dated 16/11/2009) was issued by me favoring ICICI Bank Credit Card [protected].
                  c) On 26/11/2009,I was informed by your credit card department that the above cheque drawn by me was a stale cheque and requested me to issue a fresh cheque .I was informed accordingly that a person will be coming to me the very next day to collect the cheque for which no late payment fees will be charged. I asked repeatedly the credit card department the reason for considering the cheque as stale cheque, but failed to get any reply. Accordingly I requested the department to return me back the cheque which was not done till date. I enquired HDFC bank about such happening but they told that they don’t have such feedback against the said cheque. Without wasting a moment I handed over a fresh cheque (Cheque No: 253443 HDFC BANK amounting to Rs 6368) to the bank person.
                  d) As per the statement dated 3/12/2009 fine charged for above transaction was Rs 769.90 that was paid immediately on 18/12/2009.
                  e) As per statement dated 3/2/2010,I was charged cheque pick up fee of Rs100 along with service tax.
                  Cheque was collected from me on 27/11/2009 and cheque pick up charges were levied on Feb’10. If it had been a genuine fee it would have been reflected in the statement dated 3/12/2009 where I had been charged a lot of fees for the above transaction. I feel that your credit card department is trying to generate new ways and means to collect money from me for which I am not ready to pay.

                    I could not understand your bank policy. Once you settle the account & on other hand you issue un lawful letter.

                      I H ave closed my icici credit card no [protected] in the month of november 2008 vide ref. no HYD/054/[protected] DT 03/11/2008 . I HAVE SETTLED MY DUES THRU CHEQUE NO 091673 HDFC BANK FOR AN AMT.19000. But ironically i have been getting amount due bills till now for which i have raised a complaint at ur hyderabad office many times and i was assured that those people will rectify the mistake.

                        As per him, some dues of approx Rs. 16000/-are pending in my name since 2007. When I tell him to give the details in writing, he plainly refuses and tells me to go the bank and contact them he harrased me so much. My only question to him was if such a amount was pending in my name since last 3years, why was I not told about the same in writing earlier. But he fails to answer the same and keeps on harassing me and telling me to pay the amount

                          Dear Sir,

                          I Birendra Kr. Sipani would like to inform you that since last eight months i am not getting the statement of my credit card no. [protected].I had received too many calls from your collection department & everytime i had requested them to send me the statement of my actual(principle) dues so that i can remit the payment.But sorry to inform that more the eight months have been passed & i am still waiting for the statement.Two times your collection department had collected the minimum payment from me by assuring me that i will get my actual due statement from the bank within a day or two & the minimum payment which i had paid to them will get adjusted with my principle dues.But that never happened.Last time just before January month end i got a call from jija gupta (your employee located at 2,Sambhu Nath Pandit lane.Kolkata)for the same.I told her the entire thing again & then she told me that pl. pay the minimum payment of Rs310/- & she will try to settle my a/c within a day or two & asked me to meet her in her office & she will adjust this payment against my principle dues.On 8th Feb, i went to ICICI Credit card off. & met with her(jija gupta).At that time she misbehaved with me & told me that she can not do anything & i have to pay the entire amt.or else we will debit the amount from my bank a/c.I told her that i want to meet her Boss but she did not allow me to meet with the incharge of that office & threatened me that she will call the security officer if i do not leave the premises.
                          While coming back,when i checked the balance of my saving bank a/c[protected], i found that an amount of Rs.4000/- has been blocked in my a/c without my permission which is very insulting on my part because i was never a defaulter.

                          I therefore request you to look into the matter & take stern action against Jija Gupta who is defaming the name of your organization & send the statement of principle due so that i can square up the a/c & REVERSE the Rs.4000/- which has been blocked in my a/c asap.

                                Dear Sir,

                                I have been using SBI Credit Card form last 4 months. My Credit card no is [protected] & valid till 11/11. My first bill was Rs. 2355 & that had been paid by HDFC check No.599089 & I have got the receipt for that Recpt. No. is 186148 of Jumbo Courier Co. Pvt Ltd. But this check has not been presented in the bank & check has been lost. Next bill had been generated & all the late fine, finance charges & all the thing had been charged, & when i complaned to the customer care for the charges of latefine & all the have promised me that sir, kindly make one thousend payment & this charges will be diducted from your bill. Thereafter I given a another cheq of Rs. 1000 No. is 599091 of HDFC bank but on 03/03/2008 I got a call from the customer care that your check has return due to insuficiant fund. When i call the customer care of HDFC Bank they are saying "599091 no of check has not been presented for payment." And I also visit the bank for the confurmation the same, but according to the Bank statement, that cheq has not been presented to my bank.
                                This time I am geting a lote of diffurent types of calles. Kindly help me to shortout of this problem.

                                I have madea transaction of Rs.7083/- last month. and June, 6th was my due date. I deposited the payment cheque(#631180, ICICI) at your drop box located at Community centre, New Friends Colony, NewDelhi on 4th of June. But i received a few calls from ur side on the next few days asking for payment and i given the details. But even after that, yesterday, i got a message from your bank that the payment was overdue and i have to pay Rs.360/- immediately. Moreover, the money has been deducted from my account, yesterday.
                                I am using credit cards for a pretty long time and this is the first experience i got from a bank. This is the first time, I am using your card. So pls reply with your decision on this, so as i may decide on the future usage of the said one. Waiting for your positive response.
                                Kindly look into the matter, urgently and waive off the fine charges considering the fact that, i have made the payment in time and the delay was from your part only.

                                i have already paid my december month payment for card no.[protected]. Normally i have paid three payment cheques for 2 cards of mine and one card of my friend Mr.Kumaswamy .S. Last month due to shortage of cheque leafs i have sent the payment Rs.8361 for card No [protected] seperately and payment Rs.1873 for card Nos.[protected] & [protected]. i have contacted so many times to your customer care office but i could not get the line to customer care people. Is there any direct number to contact the customer care peoples? Now i find that you have credited the amount Rs.1873 for [protected] agaist Rs.194. I dont know who is at fault. i may be wrong, why you have not informed me? How you have credited the the total amount to one card payment? ok, due to some deposit problem you can credited like that then why you have not informed me in advance? This would have been informed earlier means i can sent another one cheque to the same card. I thought i have paid on time, but now i have find i am at fault. This is the second time i am facing the problem with you. If it is continued like this then i will surrender all my cards. I will never pay any late fee to this account. Now i am going to pay only two month payments(Dec and Jan) without late fee for the card no. [protected]. Kindly accept it and do the needfull.

                                I am a Credit Card holder of your Bank since Dec’06.Recently, when I go through my card statements, I have been surprised to observed that your bank has taken additional money from me in forms of Interest & Late payment charge. I am attaching herewith my transaction detail for your convenience.

                                It clearly reflects that you have taken Rs.2865.62 as Interest & Rs.3000.00 as late payment charges.

                                In this context, I have decided to pay Rs.4000.00 against my total purchase of Rs.3873.00 in the previous cycle to settle the entire due amount, while I would request you to reverse back Rs.1353.67 (Balance due showing against total due) carried as additional cumulative charge in form of late payment & Interest etc.

                                Awaiting for your early response on the subject issue.

                                I would like to bring some facts before your self :
                                1. I got a SMS Massage on 02.03.09 that LIC Primium will be paid on 27.03.09 if paid contact 7 days before or inform us not to pay the same.
                                2. I spoke to coustomer care Madam Nasia on 19.03.09 at 2.15 PM informing that I have already paid the primium and you need not pay the same.
                                3. I recieved a SMS Massage on 24.03.09 tha Rs. 10001/- has been paid through credit card.
                                4. Again contacted coustomer care on 24.03.09 at 7.00 PM Spoke to Mr.Ranjay and Mr. Ravi and briefed them of the same, My complaint was registered vide SR NO.[protected].
                                Sir from above it is amply clear that since I have already paid the primium and informed coustomer care about the same in the stipulated time frame, the transection made by you is totally unjustified and uncalled for. The same may kindly be reversed and should not be debited to my account.An early action may kindly be taken under intimation to me.

                                    I am using a credit card [protected] from last 5yrs and has also taken a loan on behalf of it. In the year 2007 when the loan emi started it was mentioned as rs.6500/- and was charged Rs.6600/- instead. I made a complaint but nothing happened. In the year 2009 in the month of March when the payment was made then the cheques were misplaced from atm outside the branch in South Extn, New Delhi and was charged late payment and cash payment charges later. I registered a complaint with the customer care division and the charges were reversed on card payment and were not taken care of on the loan repayment.
                                    Two months later the cheques were again misplaced and then separate cheques were issued after cancelling the previous cheques and later 4 cheques were presented in the month of August'09 in my bank account in the same month(2 for card payment and 2 for loan payment). I have again made a complaint with the customer care and there were cheque bouncing charges reflecting in September statement and on asking clarification, I was told that the cheques were bounced in the month of February'09. Hence, bouncing charges were also levied in my card and loan repayment statement.
                                    I also started recieving collections call and for 3 consecutive months Mr. Rajesh([protected]) mentioned that he will resolve the concern. Since there was no result, the payment was discontinued in Sept'09 and again I rec a call from Mr. Rajesh that he has escalated the same and the statement next month will reflect all changes. From next month onwards there were no changes in the statement , however, a nem collection agent calls each time and states that he is forwarding a request and nothing has changed soo far...thus I have stopped making any further payments towards the loan.
                                    On 16.01.10 , I rec a sms that my Credit card has been deactivated and when I called back the customer care, I was informed that even if I make the comp payment of 48k, my card will not be activated(Ever since I have started using this card, there is no late payment on my card account).I am not sure that rest of the card payment should be made or not?
                                    Sorry to say, that all complaints are not reqd, no reference number is given and no solution even when thw customer is ready to make payments.

                                      Hi,

                                      Recently I have applied for a home loan recently.

                                      I was shocked to hear from SBI that my name has been listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL.

                                      I have been provided a number to check the same with CIBIL as to which bank has reported for the overdue of Rs 12000 from the year 2006.
                                      From 2006 till date I have never been called for any overdue.
                                      The no. is[protected].And I am finding no place in the website to input the no.

                                      I have paid and settled all my dues till date and have the settlement letters from the concerned financial Institutions & Bank on their letter head that the full & final settlement has been done and there are no dues pending from our end.

                                      I do not know which Financial Institution has reported my name in the defaulter list.

                                      This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.

                                      I have never received any information from CIBIL asking for a confirmation if the name of a customer is listed in defaulter list whether is it correct?

                                      I seek justice to get my name removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect as I have not heard from any bank as I am a defaulter.

                                      Please help me.

                                          I am Ashokraj S.I have used Credit card of Centurion Bank Of Punjab (CBOP) , card # : [protected] , Credit Card payments are taken over by ICICI bank because of Centurion Bank Of Punjab has been take over and ICICI Bank issued their card # : [protected]. I have purchased for Rs 18000 in the month of Feb 09. I have given request for EMI conversion, first they are rejected due to system conversion process not fully transfer from CBOP to ICICI , Statement generated for the total amount of Rs 18000.After 5 days from the statement date(04.03.2009). ICICI bank customer care executive called and told that conversion from CBOP to ICICI has been over and they offered EMI scheme. I converted for 24 months tenure. They told to pay minimum amount RS 900 and it will tallied with processing fee Rs 360 + Services Tax 37.08 = Rs 397.08 next month. The payment details as follows :

                                          The above mentioned reversals are only done after my request made through my mobile approximately Rs 130 to Rs 160 wasted for making request for reversal(wrongly debited interest)

                                          A simple thing to check is interest debited in spite of excess payment paid in the previous monthI have paid three months advance payment in the month of September 2009 itself ( Refer above mentioned table). Issue raised by customer care executives on december 15th as follows.

                                          They want proper training to check the Statements

                                          On December 15th I have called to customer care for reversal of (wrongly debited interest) in December Month statement. I have spoken with more than two customer care executives on the same day but they are refused for reversal (wrongly debited interest). Finally I have explained regarding the issue to the Another executive i have spoken with. He has taken the request for reversal of interest (wrongly debited). So I decide to pre close the EMI and given request. They told me to pay RS 980.22 before due date ( 21.12.09). But as per december month statement generated. My due amount is 672.78 after the reversal of
                                          Rs 670.77 (wrongly debited interest). Due amount will be Rs 2.01 ( Refer above mentioned table).

                                          My 8th month due generated on December 2009.

                                          Their request to pay for pre closer :

                                          Due amount: 980.22 –

                                          They told 9th month due (January 2010) generated on 16.12.2009 itself (that is 8th and 9th EMI are generated in the same month (December 2009) between 14 days time)

                                          Outstanding Principle : 12228.04
                                          4 % Preclosure Fee : 489.12
                                          Service Tax(10.30%) : 50.30
                                          Interested for the feb 2010 : 244 .47 (how can I pay the interest amount for Feb 2010)
                                          Service Tax(10.30%) : 25.18
                                          Total : 14017.33


                                          But as per my statement I have paid this month

                                          Outstanding Principle : 12921
                                          4 % Preclosure Fee : 516.84

                                            Sub:- Regarding frauding of my ICICI Bank credit card.

                                            Sir,
                                            I would like to inform you that earlier on Nov. 6th, 2009 that lost of my broken ICICI Bank credit card ([protected]) which was misused by someone on 5/11/09& the complaint no is SR[protected].

                                            One thing which I like to bring under your notice that on 04/11/09 I got a call on my mobile no. [protected] from someone in ICICI credit card marketing department, he told me about my credit card details and asked me to apply for new upgraded credit card as on my old card,which has a low credit limit. Again he called me on my mobile on 05/11/09 and send a guy at my residence at around 5 pm, at that time I gave him my photograph & copy of PAN card and show him my broken credit card. But I can't remember whether I took back the card or not and that's why I just complained for missing card.
                                            During these days I was very busy with my work & and some predetermined assignment. But from last one week I have been trying to contact that person on his all two numbers ([protected] & [protected]) from which he made call on my phone. I am not getting from that side,even my documents are not submitted as I didn't get any receiving from ICICI bank. Now I'm sure that the guy who came at my residence for documents, somehow managed to take away the credit card & used it.
                                            I have lodging the complaints in police station which i have sent to you earlier,now police investigation going on,but icicibank send him mail that these disput is in bank favour. i want to you that if these purchesing was done by me?,kindly see that silp&give him details of ATM withdraw.
                                            kindly resolve this case as soon as possible
                                            I will be highly thankful for that.

                                              Dear Sir,

                                              My card no. is [protected]. I have been using HDFC card for the past 3 years. During the 3 years, I was in Assam. Now we have shifted to Delhi. During our shifting there was a Credit card statement of 22000rs. due. So through some relatives we paid the amount in your collection box on the last day as per the statement. But the payment was in cheque. Just this month we have come to know that an amount of 2000rs. has been penalised on us since that month. Moreover all your communications have been going to Assam. We were totally unaware about this.

                                              Sir, I request you to consider our issue and wave the fine put on the bill. It seems our credit card has been deactivated so none of the call center people are ready to register our complaint.

                                                i taken the credit card loan amount of Rs 60,800 on 31.3.2008 and paying periodicaly due amout as on the payment date. So far i paid 18 months up to date and also i received statement date on 28.9.2009. the ballane total amount to be paid Rs-33,210/- 19 installment pending.i would like to Close the ballance out standing amount in one payment by cheque.kindly give me the detais for pre closing the out standing amount and also mention how to pay the amount by cheque dropping in to ATM or through Bank payment.based on the above Complient your employes are not giving proper guidlines to me.and also i made call to call centre to several times but no responses to that side that why i raise the complient.
                                                I hope to see the reply asap.

                                                I have no credit card in my name so far, but today when I want to apply for a loan from the bank, they have informed me that I have a credit card loan for Rs.30,000/- since 2009, but I do not have any credit card in my name at all.How they have given my name in the CIBIL list without any credit card. Kindly persue the matter and issue a NOC early.

                                                  Acctual my innsurance amount is Rs 8039.00 per year,but this month debited Rs 8039.00 and before 11months i was already given by EMI

                                                    Late Payment Fees & Interest Charges.
                                                    1. August Rs 7568/- Paid
                                                    2. September Card Used Rs 1500/- Amount Due 2219/-(Diff 719/-)
                                                    400+41.2+253+26. Paid Rs 1500/-
                                                    3. October Card Used Rs 8936/- Amount Due 9410/- (474/-)
                                                    4. November Card Used Rs 2900/- Amount Due 3967/-(1067/-)
                                                    5. December Card Used Rs 4125/- Amount Due 4880/-(755/-)
                                                    Every month the cheque is put in drop box 1 day in advance if you have problem
                                                    in collection or if it saturday the payment will be credited on Tuesday. You charge
                                                    late payment & interest. Everymonth call you customer care get reversal for no
                                                    fault o[censored]s.
                                                    Now the difference of Rs 755/- is to be reversed. I am not happpy with
                                                    your customer care reply. I you want me to continue using the card please
                                                    cancal the charges & send or we will pay the amount & send you the card
                                                    back for cancellation.

                                                      I had a Citibank Credit Card No. [protected] I had surrendered this card and asked citibank to settle the account -- I received an offer from citibank for an amount of rs. 8200.00 vide their letter dated 10th sept.2008 -- accordingly i cleared this amount in one instalment vide cheque no. 158867 dated 24.9.2008 and the agent handed a receipt as token of clearance -- to my surprise they have again come for a payment for the entire 1 year interest for non payment of credit card --

                                                      I am very much confused and handed over the copy of respective letters to the agent -- I request your offices to please go through the same and give me a clean chit as soon as possible failing which i shall take legal action --

                                                        i have given a request to settle my credit card dues by waiving all charges and allowing maximum concessions.my card no [protected].inspite of my acute finanacial position i am paying the minimum amount by barrowing money from other lenders.now it has reached a stage that i find difficult even to pay the minimum amount.so i want to settle the credit card dues once for all.this will be possible only if i barrow again from others. so please give me maximum concessions and allow me to make the payment in five instalments starting from january 2010.my earlier request in this respect was disallowed by you.i sincerly want to settle the account.i dont want to escape from payment.please onsideerthis as a genuine request and give me maximum concession and settle my credit ard dues.

                                                          With reference the credit card statement on Nov 9,2009 you had mentioned Rs.500/- as over-limit fee. We had already request you to not to allow over limit facility to our credit card through letter,again we would like to request you to not to allow over-limit facility to my credit card . We request you to reverse this amount. If you charge like this, we have no option we dont want this credit card facility.
