We are using your Manhattan credit Card,My credit Card No. is [protected].
for the month of June 2012,I have received your bill on 9th June 2012,and the Due date was 8th June.
Hence we paid that bill immediately after receiving your bill.
Yet you have charged the Late payment Charges on my next bill which is due on 9th July 2012.
Just want to specify if we have not received your bill on time how can 1 pay the bill.If you want you can check out the disburse Date with your staff.If this is the thing is going forward we want to cancels your this service.
and for the formality of your bill payment i will pay the minimum amount of your late charges,so want you to check out on this and revert my amount as soon as possible.You can respond me on [protected]@gmail.com.

i mr gokul krishnan have already complained once before. i have not recieved any response on that.
please check and respond soon.
extra charges have been taken from me. i had already payed the amount before the due date. still i have been fined. i payed the fine and then the official from the delhi barclays bank office said i have to pay some other charge so next time all the money will be returned in the next cycle. i have done that but no response yet.
please do the needful.

      Credit Card — non receipt of credit card

      I received a sms to my mobile no. [protected] that you have delivered my credit card through expressit courier AWB [protected] on 4/02/2008. On 06/02/08 i track from the expressit site that it was received by them on 05/02/08 and then i contact to expressit office for my courier. But they donot delivery my courier till date i.e. 13/02/08 at 7.00 pm.
      I'm requesting you to please look up at the matter.

      I had applied a credit card at Spencers, Malad(W), Mumbai. I received the Ref Number as[protected] on 29.05.2008 and received several verification calls from Chennai. Finally I received a message on my mobile on 10.06.2008 that my credit card has been approved and dispatched.But till date I have not received the same. Please inform me of the status as the documents taken from me can be misused. Further I expect a high quality of service from HSBC.

      I haven't receieved any Card from Barcley's Bank till todate and as per the bank i haven't cleared the dues from last two months. which is not at all acceptable from side. I tried a lot to contact the Barcley Bank but all my efforts are went vain as the toll free no. i got is not in use[protected] &[protected] I am receiving threating messages from the bank that they will send this case CIBIL.       I have applied for a home loan with Axis Bank. As per the statement received from CIBIL an amount of Rs.15, 230/- as on 30-06-09 is stands Dr. on my name as over due amount pertaining to Barcley's Bank card No.[protected]. As far as am concern am no where concerened to this. I haven't received the above mentioned card till date and am not using the same. Due to this my loan application was kept a side and the bankers are insisting me to clear the CIBIL report.       The HDFC Bank sent my Credit card through Blue Dart courier AWB# [protected] on 17.03.10 from chenni to Gurgaon. But, neither i get any information or reveived my card on today i.e. 22.03.10.

      For that i am facing very hard.

      Do the needful action aginst this courier services.

        I have a credit card of Axis Bank.My Credit Card no is [protected]. I have not used the card for any purpose. I have paid the processing charge of the card. Even after that I have received a bill amounting to Rs. 800/-(Eight hundred only). It is a serious discrepancy from bank. Moreover I would like to surrender my Credit Card as I have not to use it any more.

        Please do help me out about the process of surrendering the card at the earliest.

              Your bank is showing some outstanding against my credit card no [protected].
              This matter has been prolonging for a very long time and all my letters
              /replies(enclosed herewith) have not been responded.
              I believe the bank does not believe in making some one pay the amount which is not
              logically & legally due from him.
              I am giving the complete facts of the matter with the request to get the matter
              looked into and provide remedy. In this regard I have to inform as under:-
              1) I have never received or used the said card.
              2) I do recall that at the time of availing HDFC car Loan I was offered a free
              credit card for which I might have given my consent.
              3) You may check at your end including the dispatch section that the said card was
              never delivered to me or my family member.
              4) That since the card was free offer and I have never received / used the card ,
              there is no questions of any outstanding against me.
              5) I also like to mention that due to this aforesaid matter the NOC of my car is
              also blocked by the bank .

              I am very confident that after approaching your goodself the matter will find a
              logical solution.

                I Ramendra Mishra S/o Mr Pashupati Nath Mishra (Pan no : APKPM2926E) (DOB : 01.03.1983) (MOB : [protected]) would like certain clarifications on my CIBIL report, There are a lot of Credit Cards that are reflecting under my name, I would like to reiterate that I have never ever used any credit card of any bank in the past nor am I using one right now. I would like to know the details of the banks whose credit cards I apparently hold, so that I can take up this matter with concerned banks.

                I am deeply concerned as the reflection of these credit cards is affecting my credit history and rating which in turn is affecting my financial standing. Would request you to reply at the earliest with details of all the credit cards that I am holding.

                  About a month back few peoples are campaigning on behalf on your bank at Cerebrum IT park, Ground floor at Kalyaninagar pune.

                  I am working there at Redknee and on request I agreed to make your bank credit card.

                  A person name Tushar([protected]) has collected all document from me(Salary slips, PAN card, Index 2 of Housing agreement, Driving license copy, bank 3 months statements) and I got 2-3 calls from Standard chartered team.

                  But even after submitting all documents am not getting any response regarding credit card status whether it was accepted or rejected.

                  Other than credit card I am more concerns about my valuable documents that your bank has taken from me and subject to fraud in case of misuse.

                  So I humbly request you people to kindly track my document and return me ASAP.

                    This is regarding credit card complain. I have submitted my all required documents for credit card that you required for the same as on dated 5th April 2008 and your agent (Marketing executive i.e. Prashant [protected]) submit my documents. As per him we have received golden credit card with in 20 days it means 25th is last date.
                    TAT is over But till date we have not received my credit card inspite of this your executive not able to pick the calls not call back I am getting fed up for regular follow up.

                    After this 14th May we have received SMS from Axis bank (your credit card application VISA Silver with ref # 1368338 has been decline)

                    After received SMS I have make a calls N number of time to prashant but he is handicapped for find the reason.

                    I got the call from your DSA on 21 st May for the credit card Then your ececutive came on 23 may 2008 and collect the concern Document .( salary slip, passport copy, bank statement, pan card, photo ) .they ensure to me that i will got the varification call fro the bank but after 30 days there is no single call from the bank . my application no. was 2986742. and call from miss.                     i was a victim of internet domine www, match.com
                    they regularly debited or account sums to the range 250 to 350. we had not authorised them to debit that amunt as regular suscribtion.
                    after accepting the the debit acount amount from us the conseller advised us to block the credit card, and that was done.
                    what was expected was a issue of a new credit card to us, which was not done till date.
                    could the same be done afresh

                    It is atrocious behavior on the part of credit card fellows in chennai.Bacause I take a car loan from HDFC, somebody from chennai call me and ask sir please take our credit card.One guy come to our footstep begging for PAN card copy.After few days one letter comes saying that this cant be processed.What you guys think.Its ridiculous. Please dont insult people.I am writing this to head office.This is the way people serve is it?

                    my fatehr nepalsingh chaudhary is expired in 1998, and he never apply for any credit card form HSBC bank, but bank issue credit card in 2006 with star bazar, and satr bazar is open after his death, nut know bank send bill in his name, i was demand copy of oreginal applicaion behalf of my father, because my name is also attached in this credit card, they also issue another credit card on my mother's name, she never apply any credit card in his life, i was mail hsbc bank, contact bank persons, but till today they not take any action, one more thing is very intresting bank issue credit card in 2006, and they never send any lette, credit card, bill etc. after 3 years they send me bill on my fatehr's name, when i contact bank, they need signe cancellation copy, i don't know where i got singe of my expired father, and after this letter bank will be close credit card,

                    Total purchase 26 thousand.
                    After one year i have pay near about 32 thousand in stallement wise .=24 thousand recipt i have,4500rs seal my salary account.

                    I even called HDFC customer care to explain this and the person on the other end acknowledged the same and confirmed that I could make the lump payment for two months by End ofnov. & dec 2009. Today, I received a call from HDFC Customer care bank who was utmost rude on call my home and demanded the payment today itself .I also told her that I would not be able to make the payment today and shall arrange the payment by tomorrow and walk-in-to the branch and make the cash payment of the said amount.She did not listen and was very harsh to me. I also told her that I would be complaining to customer care if he continues to talk this way and she was least bothered about it. She said " I don't care, you could complain to anyone you wish to" (these were the exact words used by her). I'm totally taken aback by the way these people from the bank treat their customers.stability.
