EMI facility not activated.

I made a purchase of 19000 Rs. on 11th Aug, 08. For the same purchase i already requested for EMI option but it is still not activated. At the same time there are finance and other extra charges reflacted on my credit card stament...

I am following the request status from last 2 months but still it is not solve.. Pl do the needful (activate EMI option) as earliest...

house holds. And again they told to pay some 361-00 as due and we have paid that also by cheque for Rs. 400-00 for this amount we cleared every thing.
