cc02236426 Non-delivery of credit card duly
Hi,
Complaint no cc02236426. My credit card is being sent through Blue dart in Mumbai. I am devank shukla, working in TCS, Godrej and Boyce complex, Plat no 12, Gate no 12, LBS marg, Vikhroli West, Mumbai 400079.
Problem:
1. My office does not allow any body to enter the premises as per the sevurity policy. The HDFC terms of delivery does not permit delivery at the office gate but inside the premises. Thus, I cannot take the delivery for the shipment no [protected]
2. The home address has been correctly given as C-71, Ashirwad, CIBA Co-operative housing society, Amrutnagar, Ghatkopar (w).
However, the data entry operator has entered as B-71 instead of C-71 thus, making the delivery impossible at my residence.
It would be great if anyways it can be resolved. my contact number is [protected] and email id is devank.[protected]@gmail.com & devank.[protected]@tcs.com

Missed Calls
Calls from Citibank DSA,
I am writing this from Ahmedabad . I am getting Missed Calls since last week. I am getting the call from[protected]/900. First of all two days i got a call at 3 pm in afternoon and then from next day onwards at 2-20pm. First of all he calls me up at [protected] and then i dint pick up the call then he called me on my landline number[protected]. Plz see to this that who calls this way. We are mentally harassed by such missed calls.the guy who calls us cuts the call and everyday he calls us around 3 in the afternoon. Plz let us know who does all this.

My name is Milind Varadkar having credit card no- [protected]. I have settled my Credit Card Account on 12th February 2007 and have also got the settlement letter for the same. My concern is that I require a No Dues Certificate for the Card Account I settled, for which I called up the Customer Service department of HSBC Bank several times in the past few days. They always direct me to the Collections department at Umang Bldg., Intelenet...

inet txn failed but amount in other bank debited, due date has come already

Im really happy and appreciate your immediate action taken on my complaint.Im very much glad to be a customer of ICICI BANK. I also like to reconcile my another txn that i have done on 7-3-09. I have transferred Rs.2150/- & Rs.100/- as two different txns through IDBI INET BANKING for making my payment towards ICICI CREDIT CARD .After the completion of that transaction i received a failure confirmation in the net despite of successful debit in IDBI A/C. I could have made that payment again thru cash deposit, but two reasons have stopped me doing that. i.e:
1. Charges will be levied for cash deposit
2. Charges will also be leveied if Payment is more than a EMI amount
Another obstacle in this payment is, if my net transfer is not successful then late payment fees will be levied on my credit card account since the due date is 8-3-09. So far the amount in the IDBI ACCOUNT is not reversed, hence i kindly request you to send me an email confirmation about the successful status of my txn. Also im prepared to pay the total outstanding dues i.e.Rs.4235.13/- and to continue using the goodservice of ICICI credit card.Now i kindly request you to guide me whether I should pay the balance amount out of total outstanding i.e. Rs.1985.13(4235.13/[protected] or my amount in failure txn (i.e2150+100) will be reversed in IDBI ACCOUNT, so that i can make full payment of Rs.4235.13/- to settle my credit card account. Pls let me make the final payment in a smooth manner and without burning my finger.

Non receipt of monthly statement for 02/2009. of Credit Card No. 4477466538937011.
I have not received monthly statement for 02/2009 and informed to customer care service, Delhi ten days back. They told that the same has been delivered to some one.
You customer care office has send the duplicate statement which is also not received by me till today i.e. 18/02/09. and next statement is also due today.
It is to be informed that there is no change in my residential address.
You know that the credit card statement is a secret and yourself (ICICI Bank) is paying the courier service charges and the courier is not being delivered to the proper place/person which to be viewed seriously. And no further relaxation to be given to courier agency.
Hopping for the best services and early reply for action taken.

reversal of payment
i am using the cridet card no [protected] in this card i have taken alone of rs 12400 for one year . i have recevd a chque from you on dt.02 01 09. accoding to me i have to pay processing fee in the month of feb 2009 . and my emi starts from the month of march but i have recive the statement which shows that my emi starts from the month of dec.2008 pl. see the matter and make the right my detils are mobile no [protected] e mail i .d. request for reversal of extra charges
I am inviting your attention to the following matter to be treated as most urgent
I have been a customer of icici credit card since last seven years. I am sure there is no due in my past or present for payment of bill.Unfortunately in my last statement it is seen a cheque No. 039508 is returned and levied extra charges for this. Today I have enquired about this in Calicut branch and they informed that the cheque is returned due to wrongspelt of the year. Due to my oversight I have entered
6.1.2008 instead of 6.1.2009. I have not received any information regarding this from calicut branch and I have entered the card and Mobile No in the back of cheque. This may be excused.
I request you to reverse all the extra charges from my statement. I am sure such incident will be avoided in future. Expecting a favourable reply.

Harashment & Dominating treatment from SBI credit card cell
Dear sir,
PLEASE GO THROUGH MY SO LONG STORY.
I accepted the personal loan proposal received from SBI. I took Rs. 52200/- loan from SBI bank. I agreed the terms which told me that time by SBI representative. I asked so many questions to SBI representative.
I got that loan by cheque.
After around one month I submitted some amount around Rs.40000/-. That amount was not deducted from my loan. When I asked about it, SBI representative told me that I must call to customer care & request that kindly credit this amount against my personal loan. I called cust care. That guy told me that u must submit total amount to forth close the loan.
POINT no 1. No one told me about this formality.
I asked about the figure of total outstanding amount. The representative told me some amount. I submitted that amount. Again the loan amount was reflected in next statement. I called cust care, That representative told me that due some mistake, earlier calculations r wrong. Now u has to pay Rs 1800/- to forth close the loan. Again I paid some amount (more than 1800/-).
Point no 2. Due to the mistake of SBI representative interest of one month was charged. Who is responsible for that amount?
Again after some days when I called customer care, & came to know that still the loan was not settled. I called again to customer care. That representative told me that "your request of forth closer was not forwarded that time Now I forwarded it & the loan will forth close within next two days"
I saw the statement dated 2 oct 2008. & I am confused. still the loan not forth closed due to the annual subscription charges charged. Actually the said card is life time free from annual subscription charges. & I need to fight to wave off these charges. These charges were reversed after few days, but who is responsible for the interest charged due to this mistake.
Point no 3: who is responsible for the interest charged due to this mistake.
I mailed this story to cust care. I called cust care during oct 2008 regarding this story.
I told cust care that I wish to know that “how much amount u recover by me against the historical loan of rs.52200/-? I[censored] failed to send the details about the said loan, I am not going to any further payments, charges, late payment charges to u.
There is no any positive response from SBI side to settle this matter.
I wish to know that how much total amount I paid or SBI recover by me against the loan of Rs.52200/- including interest, finance charges, processing fees, forth closing charges to SBI.
No one is ready to inform me about the said details.
I answered more than 400 calls during last three months. I need to tell all above history to every ph call of SBI & still the outcome is zero. I am very much depressed due to the phone calls of SBI credit card. The recovery agency was so rude & now I too due to all these complications. They don’t have sense about "how to talk with cardholders". SBI & their representative are continuously doing harassment to me. The treatment given by SBI is very much dominating & feels insulting to me.
So I beg u that please find some solution & help me to resolve the matter as early as possible. Please stop the calls from SBI side regarding this subject.

SBI Credit Card — Harashment on payment
I had one SBI Credit card.On 1st week of Feb'2007 I purchased on mobile cost around Rs.11250.Then the SBI people called me many time to make it installment basis for easy payment.I refused many time.At last before my statement date I agree for it but my condition was it should reflect in my current month statement.They promised for that.But my statement of that month show me to pay the full amount.So I paid the full amount.On next month they send me the installment statement .When I inquered about that and ask to cancel it, they refused me and said you have to pay it.And I don't know whether they registered my complain or not.Then every month they send me the same statement with some new intersts.when I complained for it agian they reduced that amount to around Rs.2000.But I didn't feel to pay it.After 2to 3 months some one call me and said to pay the amount .when I asked what was my fault, he told You had some cheque bounced on 2005.That amount you have to pay not the recent one.when I said that the bounced cheque amount I had paid to your boy who came to my resident.But he didn't agree on that.Then I told him to give phone to his senior.I asked the senior if somebody bounced on cheque and didn't pay it on next month then till what period you will not block the card.He told me maximum 2 months.Then I said if I bounced one cheque on 2005 and not paid, how could you allow me to use the card till 2007.He didn't have any answer.He told me he will see to the matter personally.After that nobody called me for along time.I thought the matter closed.But now again they are calling to my residence and harasing me.please see to the matter.

Three weeks back I got a call from SBI Credit Card executive asking for the interest in taking SBI Credit Card.First I was not agreed because I am already having one HDFC credit card.But after lot of calls from the executive I agreed to take the card. And Igiven the documents for proof like Passport Copy, Pan Card copy, Phone bill, HDFC Credit card Statement and copy of the HDFC credit Card. I got a message from SBI card to my mobile saying that your application for the card is under process and given given me the application number. And this week I got a message saying that they are unable to accept my request as it doesn't meet their internal policy. After this I called the SBI credit card customer care and asked the reason why my application rejected. They are not ready to tell the reason.
This is a common incident now when I checked with my friends, they also had the same problem with SBI. We are giving all relevant documents to them and after this they will tell they will not be able to accept our request. After getting lot of request from the exeutive, then only most o[censored]s are giving application for credit card.
So any one receiving call from SBI card be careful before accepting the offer, because we are giving xerox copies of our valuable documents.

I am writing this mail out o[censored]tmost harassment done to me by SBI card. I was holding an SBI card # [protected]. The outstanding which I had for Rs.25, 000/- I cleared it in 5 shots & eventually I got the settlement letter from SBI card bearing the tracer no.GGN[protected] dt. 18.04.08.The settlemet was done through some Mr. Mannat Singh of the New Delhi office.
I was told from Mr. Mannat Singh that the SBI card will not call me for outstanding dues since I have cleared up all the dues. But to my biggest surprise I was getting calling frequently even on odd timings of Sundays as well for payment of my outstanding dues.
Every time I tell the SBI Card people over phone that I have made the payment they reply very carelessly that there is a mistake somewhere in their updation system. Even I got a call on dt. 22.09.09 that it was the last & final call for settlement confirmation.
But, today morning I got the same call for clearing the dues on the SBI card i was holding.
Sir, please let me know that how faulty the system of a Credit Card Company can be that it takes them nearly more than 1.5 years to update their system on outstanding payment of their customer.
Needless to mention that I am regularly getting SMS & email alert on outstanding payment.
Kindly help me out in this matter at the earliest if possible on your part. Also I am filing a complaint in the consumer court of Guwahati.

missing cheque encashed

ICICI bank credit card division
Dear Sir,
I had deposited Cheque no 448770 for Rs4, 945/- at Langford bank branch on[protected]. I received my monthly statement in last week of Nov. To my suprise I was billed and fined for non payment of dues.This was brought to the notice of the concerned personnel in your bank. Subsequently I asked for cancellation of my credit card and issued a cheque for Rs16, 499.30 ( this outstanding amount included the balance amount of Rs4945+ non payment fine for Nov).
Today I receive a statement from ICICI bank that my missing cheque for Rs4, 945/deposited in Nov has been conveniently encashed by your bank on[protected].
SinceI have already deposited the said amount when I cancelled my card, as your bank claimed to have no knowledge about the existence/whereabouts of the deposited cheque I request you to refund Rs 4, 945/- and also demand an explanation for the same at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
I had deposited Cheque no 448770 for Rs4, 945/- at Langford bank branch on[protected]. I received my monthly statement in last week of Nov. To my suprise I was billed and fined for non payment of dues.This was brought to the notice of the concerned personnel in your bank. Subsequently I asked for cancellation of my credit card and issued a cheque for Rs16, 499.30 ( this outstanding amount included the balance amount of Rs4945+ non payment fine for Nov).
Today I receive a statement from ICICI bank that my missing cheque for Rs4, 945/deposited in Nov has been conveniently encashed by your bank on[protected].
SinceI have already deposited the said amount when I cancelled my card, as your bank claimed to have no knowledge about the existence/whereabouts of the deposited cheque I request you to refund Rs 4, 945/- and also demand an explanation for the same at the earliest.

insurance debited on card

Card “C” is a loan account and hence no monthly transactions on it.
I have been holding SCB card for more than 16 years. Till date if you could have a look at my accounts, you can understand the credit worthiness of me. I am one customer who used to pay the entire amount due every month on the due date. I was not having any problem till October 2007.
In October 2007 statement an amount of about Rs 1200 was noticed towards insurance charges on card “A”. On enquiry I was informed that I have taken some insurance. I have neither taken any policy nor signed any document for any policy nor received any policy from your side. But to my surprise I was debited. I preferred the complaint over phone and settled the amount excluding the insurance amount for which no consent was accorded by me. It was informed to your people and I was told that I would not get the debit in future. But the surprising element is the amount was not withdrawn from my account. None of your people have given any reply for this till date. So whenever I received the statement I started paying only for the purchases leaving the interest arbitrarily charged by debiting my account without my consent. This continued for about 5 months and then I stopped using the card “A”. Your machine can naturally not understand the customer grievance and it was sincerely debiting interest and service charges on the erroneous debit made by your people. But the surprising fact is that none of your people could understand the customer complaint.
My natural doubt on this
How can you debit my card account without my written consent?
If a wrong debit is noticed or found out it is expected to be revised by you but it was surprising that no action has been taken at your end.
Whether you have any system of monitoring a customer complaint?
OR everything is being handled by your BPO operators?
Why no responsible man from your side was sent to have a listening to customer complaint in spite of repeated request?
It is not fair to expect human relations from an organisation like you.
Problem II
Please have a look at your statement dated 15th September 2008.
Total amount payable Rs 10, 368.17
Amount payable on Card “A” Rs 3, 253.85
Amount payable on other cards Rs 7, 114.32
I settled with a cheque for Rs 7, 115.
The problem started when I received the statement of 15th October 2008.

For the card “B” I was charged
• Late fee Rs 350.
• Interest 437.67
• ST on late fee and interest to the extent of 100.87
• A sum of 888.54 was overcharged on card “B”
• An amount of Rs 301 was debited to card “B” and given credit to card “A”
• Total excess debit is 1, 189.54
For the card “C” I was charged
• Late fee Rs 350.
• Interest Rs 43.26
• A sum of 393.26 was overcharged on card “B”
Total excess debit amounted to 1, 698.87
Total amount payable (including excess debit of 1.698.97) Rs 24, 695.69
Amount payable on Card “A” Rs 3, 057.51
Amount payable on other cards Rs 21, 638.18
I settled with a cheque of Rs 21, 639. The apportionment of the amount was clearly written at the back of the cheque.
So, there is no question of interest for short payment
Debiting a card and crediting a disputed card is highly arbitrary. I politely preferred complaint to you authorities and they requested to make the payment in full and the adjustment will be done in the next statement. For your mistake I paid excess than what should be paid for which you bankers are not going to pay any interest. You know the habit of taking the interest and not paying.
In the meantime, I misplaced my card “B” and requested for a replacement. Accordingly I was provided with a card in lieu of card “B” bearing the number “[protected]”
Drama in[protected] statement (INTERVEL SCENE)
I was given credit only for interest, late fee and the service Tax thereof but not for the arbitrarily transferred amount of Rs 301 from my card “B” and card “C”
Your data entry operator failed to apportion the amount between card “B” and “C” for my payment towards the statement dated[protected]. He has credited the entire amount to card “B”. That means overpayment has been made into the “B” card account. It is high time for you to have a check at your credit card software. Only your software writer could perhaps explain the methodology of calculation of interest on your credit card. Your software has charged an interest of Rs 675.53 on my card “B” when the statement shows more payment than due. Wonderful! I will be extremely happy if any of your personal could explain the methodology.
Most wonderful is the way your software has calculated the ST. 12.36% of 675.53 is Rs 83.50. Your system has calculated Rs 87.59 as ST. I presume this excess amount of ST may be on the fuel charges. The Services charges if shown separately may be more helpful.
Excess charges in card “B”
• Interest Rs 675.53
• ST Rs 83.50
• Excess Rs 759.03
Since the entire payment for the statement dated[protected] was credited to card “B”, the following excess debits were made in card “C”.
For the card “C” I was charged

• I will continue to make the payment only for my purchases as shown in your statement till 31st January 2009.
• If my grievance is not attended to by 31st January I shall stop using your card “D”.
• So there may not be question of payment.
• You will be losing one of your most trusted customers.
• If your person visits me for the amount as shown in the statement, he will face the music. You will be seeing my power then.

i have sbi card in this card i dont take any insurance plane when i use my card fist time i got my first statement in which i saw a charge of insurance premiom i pay the amount which i use in purchase and diduct the insurance premioum since last two year i have received a statement and phone call by the bank and the late charges and interest goes up to 8000 & more so i request u to do needful in aboove

I was carrying couple of Credit card and ATM Card in my folder. When I talk to customer care executive of these banks they have given me the detail information mention below.
Two ofmy card HDFC Credit card ([protected]) and Barclays Credit card ([protected]) has been miss used by doing some shopping against Rs.18000/-
1) 100/- Petrol from star Auto mobile
2) 2932/- Cloths from Canary Apparel P.t Ltd
3) 2932/- Cloths from Canary Apparel P.t Ltd
4) 6338/- Cloths from Canary Apparel P.t Ltd
5) 2000/- Shetal Naven Market
6) 2599/- PPN Market Reebok showroom.
I visited this place where these purchasing have been done and at last from Reebok Showroom I got his Name Mr. Shoeb mob: [protected] from showroom executive.
When I made a call to this number he told his name Mr Shakil.
Next day when I call to this no again and asked for Mr. Shakil he told me that Mr.Shakil had sold this mob. to me and when I ask his name he cut the phone.
We would like to request you to take step against it.

LIC payment without intimation
Dear sir,
ICICI credit card cheating services,
See the below exchange of mails with ICICI credit card division. At the time of online registration for
utility payment of LIC premiums, they refused to accept, replied a mail of not accepting the new registration. Hence, I paid my premium before the due date. But surprised to notice, Icici also remitted the same premium without my knowledge. When they did not accept my request, why do they pay my premium & debit my card account. When I requested for the reverse the debit, they replied that it is not possible, instead I have to approach LIC for reversal. How ridiculous !
Their reply is just like cheating & irresponsible.
Please render a justice to this.

ICICI credit card cheating services,
See the below exchange of mails with ICICI credit card division. At the time of online registration for
utility payment of LIC premiums, they refused to accept, replied a mail of not accepting the new registration. Hence, I paid my premium before the due date. But surprised to notice, Icici also remitted the same premium without my knowledge. When they did not accept my request, why do they pay my premium & debit my card account. When I requested for the reverse the debit, they replied that it is not possible, instead I have to approach LIC for reversal. How ridiculous !
Their reply is just like cheating & irresponsible.
Please render a justice to this.

See the below reply of your officer on 12/11/08. When you do not accept the registration of my LIC policies, why did you pay the amount?
As a proof, where(which office of the LIC) I sould show the credit card bill to get the refund. Why should I go..?? IT is your fault..??
I am going to the consumer forum to render justice on my part. Your bank will face the legal proceedings in this regard. As per your reply on 12/11, you should not have paid my policy without prior notice to me. It is your duty to refund the amount imm...
I know how to deal the case. Till the refund is not done, I will not pay you any EMI. MY lawyer will speak to this.

after paying by due date bank charge late payment charges

My Barclays Bank Credit card No. [protected]
In the month of April 08, i was deposited Barclays bank Total due pmt the cheque on 19, 2008 with my other sbi & abn amro credit card payment (due date was 22 April 2008) which amount higher than Barclaycard bank that cheques, clear from bank my on 26 april 2008 & upto 29 April 2008 Barclay bank cheque was uncleared so i call htem & was saying they receive my payment on 30 april 2008. After paying by on time How i will accept late pmt charges so i request them for reversal of late pmt charges they said we can't reverse your late payment charges, that is not acceptable for me so i was surrender there there credit card with a letter regarding the same they send me acknowldege letter for the same.Now they calling me on my mobile 10 times in day & giving me blank calls.
On 27 Sept 2008 they call me & say you pay Rs. 120 we will assure you that we will reverse all late pmt charges charged by us to from April -08 to till date. I was paid the same on 28 Sept-08 & have receipt of the same. Then many times i call them & inform about the same but they are nothing doing anything not
respeonding me. & sending me sms daily that they will sent my name to CIBIL to block my future loans. Also Customer care says that we not offer you to pay Rs. 120 & we will reverse late pmt charges our collection dept. promise you so ask them to pay all your late pmt fee. so please suggest me.
So please do needful & suggest for the same.

I received a call on my mobile ([protected]) from your executive on
30-9-08 at 11.32 a.m from the telephone no.[protected]. I have the recorded telephonic talk of your executive and can produce the cd if required to you. The executive informed me about some offer but after the call I told him that I have to think over it and I didn’t give any confirmation to the same. He assured me that he will not debit any amount to my account without my confirmation. He also told me that I would be receiveing a letter from Barclay Card priority circle within 14 days and after reading all the terms and conditions I have to give a call as a confirmation to the offer then only it will be debited to my account. But till now I have not received any such letters from your bank.
I received a sms on 7-10-08 at 1.15 p.m stating that
“WELCOME TO BARCLAY CARD PRIORITY CIRCLE A CLUB FOR SELECTED MEMBER LIKE YOU SPECIAL BENEFITS LIKE CASH BACK, HOLIDAYS, A WELCOME LETTER ON ITS WAY.PLEASE CALL ON[protected] IF YOU DON’T RECEIVE THE WELCOME LETTER IN THE NEXT 7 DAYS”
On[protected]Saturday) I was shocked to receive a sms stating that an amount of Rs.60741 (Rs.6000+ service tax741) has been debited to my account
On 12.10.08 (Sunday) I was not in station to give a complaint regading this
After seeing this I had given a call on[protected]Monday) to the call centre & asked how it was debited to my account t without my consent and lodged a complaint .They told me that they will forward it to the concerned department.
I received a STATEMENT ON 22-10-08 and saw that Rs.6000 with servicetax 741 has been debited to my account with the dated 30-9-08.(It is very clear that it was the same day which your executive has talked with me and it is the same day that it has been debited to my account).Again I had given a call on 23-10-08 lodged a conplain and received a reference no-154987 from the call centre. I have given a call to Chennai Barclay Card priority Centre (ph[protected] stating to cancel the same amount.I also checked with your call centre people on the same day whether I should make any payment since my due date falls on 28-10-08 . But your people told me that you should make the minimum amount payment of Rs.340/- to avoid late payment charges.I once again confirmed to them that by paying the minimum amount you should not take that I am confirming the offer to you( of Rs.6000/-).Your people told me that they will not do so and that that amount will be reversed in the next statement.and so I pad the amount of rs 340- /- by way of cheq no 424872 dated 23.10.08 at canara bank panapally nagar branch
At drop box phothans video libery . they told me to call them after 72 hours
Again after 72 hours on 29-10-08 I lodged a complain to your Mumbai office (ph_[protected] I called up Chennai office also ).They asked me to call after 3 days The Mumbai office people told me call on Saturday (after 3 working days).When I called on 1-11-08 to your Mumbai office and found shocking to hear that they cannot wave out this payment
I am mentally veryupset with your banks behaviour with me .Kindly take this matter very seroious and urgent and wave of my amount of Rs.6000/- with the service tax
Otherwise I have to take up this matter to the court of law and.Also I will report the matter to the RBI credit card complaint wing, and report to the editor to all the newspapers.

Unexpected Charges and Misbehaving of Customer Care executives
Hi, I am not totally statified with the service I am getting from you people. I am a regular paying members of your
credit card no. [protected].Please find the detail reasons below:
1. Unnecessary charges have been made from your bank without my notice.
2. I have made a balance transfer 4 months back, for that reason I have been told that I can use the rest
of my credit amount during my repayement of this amount. But when I used it, you have made some finance charges. I regularly
use it for every transaction during a month. If I would have known that I should not have asked for a balance transfer.
3. I am also concerned about the money recovery departement. You should appoint some educated perosns there who can talk
to a perosn by knowing the reasons of not making the payment. Today (01.12.2008), I have recieved a call from Mumbai
at 1.52 PM and the executive doesn, t even know how to talk to a customer. How she has been placed in that concerned
department where you need to maintain the relationship with the customer and to get the money as well from him/her,
because it hampers your brand name in the market. The person can utilise his mind and skills to convince the customer
for the payment as its not about recovering the money, it, s about keeping relationship with them also. As a International
legal Consultant cum advisor I know all the rules and regulations that can be taken against the bank and the executive for
this ridiculous activity.I need a proper answer for this. I want you take necessary action against that executive. I had
already clarified the problems with the customer care and they have confirmed me that the extra charges made in my account
will be credited and will be reflected in my next statement and I have told them that I will be making my payment after
receiving my next statement only. After explaining all these things to the executive also she had told me so many rude things
which I never accept. I know, I have used the amount means I need to pay, but in a legal way. That doesnt mean whatever you
tell me I will pay that. This is my biggest concern to take necessary action regarding this.
4. Customer is the king, i beleive this as I am into consulting also. So, please appoint some well and educated people in the
recovery departenment who must know how to talk to people by going through their profile and credit history. I think, thats
why I have provided my total details to you.
I will definitely be happy if you call me and expalin me about my concerns. Yes, One more thing, I dont want a single call
from you pople regarding my payment to the bank. As a valued customer of your bank I know that I need to make the payment.
You can check my credit history with your bank. After that I also dont want to use your credit card and I will close my
account. Yes, of course I will pay the total money then I will close my account. Please do the needful accordingly.
Otherwise, I will file a case against the bank and the executive who had called me. I haev all the proofs with me.

non receipt of card
pl revert fate of my application reference no [protected] immediately.

Dear sir/madam,
two of your representatives took an order to give me credit card and filled up the form. they have been given a traced and xerox copy of my another credit card of ICICI bank for the records. after that, a confirmation call from your office has been recieved by me. since, the 4 months have been passed but you have never send me the said credit card.
Kindly look into the matter why the card has not been dispatched yet?

I have been allotted sbi credit card No.[protected]. But till now I have not received the card. However I have been provided with a loan of Rs.7, 500/- and I have received a statement for it. If I donot make the payment again I need to pay interest and late payment charges, therefore, I dropped a cheque for Rs.7, 724/-. Surprisingly, I have received a statement dt.15th December, 2008 asking me to pay a sum of Rs.75.81 Ps. I donot know the reason what for that I have to pay.
Kindly see that I shall be provided with a card and secondly, I should know the reason what for I need to pay Rs.75.81 Ps when I am not in receipt of the credit card. What are those charges

i just dun want to add another brick in the wall by saying that express it is the worst courier service i have ever seen in my life. i know writing all this and saying that all the customer committments they make fails will not going to add any shame on express it as they already have gained such an reputation that they can never be improved upon.

Credit Card not received
Dear sir,
I had applied for credit card during last month. It has been approved by your bank and even despatched the card to my home address, but during verification itself I have clarified to your verifying officer to send me the card to my official address, but your bank has despatched the card to my home address. But i could not be delivered to me because of sudden change of residence. However, I had contacted the customer care for change of address and redespatch of the credit card for my new communication address.
I have received a confirmation letter of change of address from your bank today, but till now I did'nt receive the credit card till date.
Please look into this matter and confirm me about my status of credit card via my e-mail address

I received an SMS saying that my application was under process with reference number as #FMA9435TVV01. Till date I have not received any communication from the bank on the credit card. i have a complaint that you have made a credit card against golden customer selection, i was not ready to make that card but i had received a phone call from your office who gave me this facility & told me this facility is totally free, you have not pay single panny, then i said ok, now i received that card one month ago, i did not use that card, now i had received a bill from your sideon dated 20-05-09 that your payment is due to submit & amount is 2, 530.67, why i will pay this amount that i did not use that card even a single time, then i talked to Mr. Puneet Attri from your local branch, he came to me & i explained each & every thing, he assure me that i will look after in this case but nobody is help out, i dont want to take this card & you please cancel this, i am not going to pay any payment against this card as i did not use this, kindly close this issue immidiatly.

As per your bank agent who visit our company MEDI ASSIST INDIA PVT LTD.told me that this credit card facilities only for DOCTOR .Accordingly to his instruction I submits my documents, but my credit card (reference no[protected] has not approved.
As per status my documents are invalid, I want to Kong about your scheme which start for DOCTORS .
As per my knowledge I submit my REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE which proof that I am doctor, then why my card is not approved.
Please do needful & revert back .

Hi Sir/Madam,
I Rahul Sehgal, Advocate (Rgistered Under State Bar Council of the Madhya Pradesh Registration No. 3039/2006) Salaried Account Holder [protected] of your bank in your branch code 0539(pune, Maharashtra) want to just inform you this is the second time(4th August 2008, My Application No.CC[protected] i have applied for the Platinum Card firstly, i have applied in the month of November 2007 through your agent Parvesh Phone No.[protected] but after repeatedly inquirying about my status of the credit card i have not got the healthy response and this is the second time i think by applying to ur institution i have made a blunder mistake .So now i am not in a mood to take ur Card. So please now i want my all the documents back because i think u can misuse with my documents. My documents which i have given to ur agent are PAN Card, My 6 months salary slip, My two passport size photo and my office identity card.

EMI facility not activated.
I made a purchase of 19000 Rs. on 11th Aug, 08. For the same purchase i already requested for EMI option but it is still not activated. At the same time there are finance and other extra charges reflacted on my credit card stament...

house holds. And again they told to pay some 361-00 as due and we have paid that also by cheque for Rs. 400-00 for this amount we cleared every thing. False transaction through my Credit Card
I am Neeraj Verma. My Credit Card No. is - [protected] I would like to inform you about my problem ------- 1.ICICI Bank paid the amount against airtel bill in mumbai without asking me even I dont know that to whom airtel bill account has been paid without asking me.2.after complaint in customer care amount got credited in my account.3.now again since june same account has be debited from my account.4.I am not getting any help from customer care.5. I have not asked bank to pay the bill how BANK can pay this amount. 6.Bank should check the number of the airtel cell on which behalf amount has been paid that definately does not belong to me. The bill sent by you against card number [protected](reference no [protected])is highly inflatted bill because interest charged in the bill is not legitimate.How can on a due payment of around 800 rupees till date 500 rupees can be charged as interest?First of all Barclays did not send the bill in time.Further the bill has been sent in this week only by you.That too the interest charged in the bill received on 23/9/08 is high and not correct.The grace period is to be taken into account and only for one and halfmonths interest is to be charged which comes out to around two hundred only.
Therefore the bill correction to be done at your end and because of this highly wrong bill I am not interested in your credit card and please disable the card.
Please also i9nform me your jurisiction as per consumer court point of view.
please reply to me urgently in return e-mail.
I have already spoken to your executive in telephone NO[protected] on 23rd evenning and he assured me to reduce the bill by correction.
PLEASE TREAT THE MATTER AS IMMEDIATE.

I too was offered this offer. You mush have received a call from some agent of Barclay, They would confuse you by sayinng it is free. While explaining all information they will silently put in this clause that it has one time payment of 5000/- and then you can enjoy this vacation. they will meanwhile be recording all that you have been rounded off to say.
Barclay is the worst bank I have ever come across. No amount of words can be enough to tell its trecherous acts of fraud. it is also running a racket of trapping customers with false gifts, there are two Mr. Umag Shah and Mr. Chirag who approached me with an offer to give Wrist Watch from Barclays in case I take this card. I was not alone. There are 250/- such cases I know. And no one got watch. Barclays says no such offer exists. And then, they don't even consider it important to investigate and they know everything about it. I would recommend RBI to send this bank packing to where it belongs.
I do believe it is principal supplier of capital to terrorist organisation. And so does it is staying in such competitive market. Otherwise it would have been shut long back.

Barclaycard — Wrong Billing
I am holding a credit card which is Barclaycard from Barclays Bank. One fine day I got a call from somebody on behalf of Barclay bank. He quoted me as i am their Privileged customer and explained about some scheme for 10 mins which is linked with the bank. Finally he asked my willingness to become member.I asked him to send some brochure / pamphlet about the scheme as i was not able to understand the features of the scheme. I wanted to know whether the scheme is worthy / useful for me or not. That is why i have asked him to send me the details of the scheme. He didn't send any information about it.
But my next month bill includes the charges for the scheme plus service tax.
The scheme is: Le Membership
The Charge is for: Le Membership Fee
Amount: Rs.5000/-
Service Tax: About 13%
My credit limit is only Rs.24000/-. I have got the card just because of my emergency purpose. I am not such a person to become so and so membership for enjoyment.
The Bank swiped my card without my authorization and sent me a wrong statement. Immediately after getting the bill, i have contacted the customer care and asked them to remove the amount. They didn't do. But still I have not paid the amount.
I will never pay and i will never use the card hereafter.
I am getting call from the bank daily to make the payment for he outstanding. They are irritating me by making calls daily atleast 3-4 times.
Now I am thinking how to take legal action against the bank.

barclays card — excess and wrong billing
7/4/2010I have a credit card of Barclaycard co. no. xxxxxxxxxxxx3227
The Credit card bill bill of Barclayscard-Timescard for March 2010 posted by them on 9/3/2010 was delivered on 6/4/2010 after around 26 or 27 days.
I did not receive the bill by e-mail also.
Also for APRIL 2010 I received SMS that the amount due was Rs.2076/23. 2010.
They have charged a late payment fee of Rs. 600/- servicetax of Rs. 61/80. Also finance charges of Rs. 60/92 and service tax of Rs. 67/19.
A bill of Rs.1657/64 was inflated by Rs.949/59 under different heads. The bill for March 2010 was not received at all before the due date.
Earlier they had in January, 2010 billed twice Rs. 531/- for a single and same transaction in Big Bazar. They also put on me the onus of proving that the transaction was done only once.
I had to go to Big Bazar to get proof that the amount was credited to Axis Bank only once. Axis bank gave the certificate in 1 day. In fact they should pay me service charges. This billing seems to bedeliberate as no electronic transaction takes place automatically and signature was given only once for the slip and also Axis Bank has confirmed the transaction as once only.
They have fooled me around further by charging Rs. 100/- twice with service tax as charge slip retrieval.(whereas I had to run about).
Such a thing never happened in my other credit cards.
