[Resolved]  Credit Card + Standard Chartered Bank — against fair trade practice

I have two cards with them. [protected] and another. in one card there is credit balance since last six months. bank failed to renew the card and forced me to use only one. the credit amount in that card was not transferred to my current card. i was forced for recovery process on the card. morning 7am they threat me to pay. when asked the third party recovery agent says they are authorized by RBI to call at 7am and the card was deactivated on 7th day of statement. the card is 12 years old and never a single non payment happened. the credit towards card was not adjusted. when contacted they refuse to apologize. i want my credit amount with interest refund and compensation for harassment. please guide me how can you help. thanks.
