I have a credit card ending in 8188 named for Yogita rao. I had an emi account and paid all the emi on time every month since 5 years. At times, they charged me late fee and I questioned why they said you did not pay on time. I asked them this why my due date. They change my die dates without prior notification every now n then. Hence, I cannot even setup auto pay on account. This last emi of mine was late due to date confusion only.
Upon sending multiple emails n having calls over cx support. They said, the date keeps on changing but, you don't check your statement on email why. I do not have access to email of mine. Nd the sc application does not show anything. Not even details of my emi paid nd not paid amounts properly.
I had raised this concern multiple time n the challenges that I face due to poor application n information n not sending sms to me prior. I had even asked not to change my due dates but no luck. I'm done with them.
I want to take this matter legally now cuz I can't pay more. I am not at fault. I have paid all the payments n this late fee I can't take it. It hits my credit score. I can't take it.
Not adding email that I have sent as I have nit received a single response. I do habe a call recording of todays conversation where she said, you have to pay as the bank changes the dates n charges are valid. I'm not payin n I can't pay. I can't send that recording if required.
