Sir, I have taken a PL from ICICI BANK paying the instalments properly for the past 36 months. I have left with another 12 months only to repay and get the full & final statement for the loan which I got it from them. Right now, due to unforeseen circumstances, I am unable to pay the money as EMI. and the Bankers are started harassing me by coming to our office and home, which has already been warned by RBI regulatory Board, is a wrong manner. The bankers behaviour has really disturbed my health condition and now I am undergoing sever stress related disorders and heart problems. Is it correct in any way...?????

How I am a defaulter, when settled ABN AMRO credit card payment

I am shocked to hear from the Banks (GE countrywide, ICICI Bank, HSBC Bank) that is my names listed in the Defaulter List of CIBIL.
I have paid and settled all my dues till date and have the settlement letters from the concerned financial Institutions & Bank on their letter head that the full & final settlement has been done and there are no dues pending from my end.

This is utmost unfair for a customer who is sincere and has settled all the dues and has never defaulted in any way.
I seek justice to get my name removed from the defaulter list with an immediate effect.We are ready to give all the proof and settlement letters issued by the concerned Financial Institutions provioded we are given the details of the same.

im m.logaprabu recently applied for car loan . but my loan is rejected due to Rs.2150/- is due on 2007 in consumer loan with out mentioning bank name.
as for as me consern all my loan are paid clearly and no cheque bounce in my account.
appart from this no one is come to claim for this money from me also

City Bank — NAME NOT REMOVED FROM CIBIL LIST

My name is Abdul khader I am applyin for loan for banks but due to dibil rating is low no bank is providing personal loan for me.
So i want city bank to remove my name from cibil list.

Kindly help how to remove my name from cibil list

I have setteled my 4 credit cards in 2010
I had lost my job in 2008 due to that I had bad finacial face . but immediately after I improved my financcila situation I sattled all my pending payments one by one. but recenlty I have fount thta this sattle ment is showing in my cibil recort due to what I cannot avail any loans.

I, Dr. R.K. Srivastava, too have discovered this type of irresponsible reporting by CIBIL when I applied for home loan. Citi Bank and Standard Chartered bank both tried to extract money from me even after full and final payment on credit card. At the end I filed criminal cases against these banks and the cases are under process in Delhi court. Mr. Vikram Pundit CEO, CITI Bank has been summoned in my case. While the cases are in court and all dues have been paid of which I have proofs in Banks' own admission CIBIL has defamed me in its report. I have submitted another application in court against CIBIL and made it party with the banks in their fradulant acts. I have written to the banking umbudsman of RBI too about this irresponsible act of CIBIL with request of appropriate action against CIBIL. I appeal to all affected to unite and fight against this coccus of banks and CIBIL. I plan to file a defamation suite against the agency. I may be contacted at [protected]@bol.net.in

Hi,

My name is Bhanu Prakash. Had applied for a city bank credit card but i got reply saying card cannot not be granted due to low CIBIL score. Later is got my CIBIL report through https://www.cibil.com/ by making online payment of Rs 142/-.

Now the problem is there is no CIBIL score in my CIBIL report and i am not able to know what exactly the problem in my CIBIL. I even tried calling the CIBIL customer care but now they saying to take one more report by paying Rs 450/- to know the score. Is this the correct procedure?

Please help me out to get the issue resolve as i am not able to get any loans nor credit cards.
I dont have any pending payments or late payments. Credit payments are made with in the due date.

I TOOK THE LOAN FROM THE SBI AND REPAID IN BACK TO SBI WELL IN TIME BUT MY NAME STILL THERE AS I AM ALREADY HAVING NO DUES CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY SBI OFFICIALS WITH SEAL AND SIGNATURES BUT MY NAME NOT REMOVED FROM CIBIL HOWEVER WHY INDIAN GOVT. IS GIVNG THAT OF CREDIT TO A FOREIGN COMPANY WHO IS A MONEY MAKING CO. AND CHEATING BY MISGUIDING THE PEOPLE AND BANKS AND OTHER AUTHORITY AT LARGE WILL YOU PLEASE BAN IT.

ICICI Bank — False information to CIBIL

In the CIBIL report, a sum of Rs.87,187 was shown as outstanding towards personal loan a/c of ICICI no:lpche [protected] with opening date as 2/12/06 and last payment as 5/5/07. In this connection, I wish to state that no such loan is pending as on date. The loan was already closed by pre-closure and there will not be any balance. Therefore, the case may be taken up with ICICI for rectification and intimation to me. My details are as below:

HSBC Credit Card — Settlement, clearing and closure

Before leaving Bangalore, we did visited MG Road branch for settlement, clearence and closure of Credit Card A/c '[protected]'. We had no due payments. All of sudden, we got a call saying, you need to pay Rs7158/- as settlement of this A/c. This is not at all fair. I asked the guy from colletion to tell me contacdt number or bracnch that I can visit and I want to meet personally, no reply. How can this happen with a global bank. He mentioned that I was suppose to pay Rs38/- in year 2006, which today has become Rs7158/-, its not fair. There was no intimation sent to my permanent address at Chandigarh, bank is suppose to inform customer in such case. What's the best way to address this, any suggestions. Please help
