[Resolved] Croma - A Tata Enterprise — Problem in Sony Bravia S LCD 32" TV

Sir, I purchase a Sony Bravia LCD TV in 2008 with one year company warranty + 2 year Extende warranty by Croma for which I paid Rs.2,000/- extra.
I lodge complaint for "No Video in TV" on 18/10/2010 on[protected] which is extended warranty call centre vide complaint no.5163.
At that time I was told that it will be attended within 48 hours.
Even after 10 reminders and personnel visit to Croma Himalaya Mall nobody has come to rescue.
It is most hopeless Shop on earth.
