[Resolved] Crossroads Car Helpline — false commitments & no service | |
Dear sir I sanjay goyal had a bike breakdown today at 28/7/09 12:30 pm.I called up cross roads and it was said that the person will come in 30-40min as per thier commitments. but till 3 pm i was guided wrong and there was no one who came. Moreover they even did not had a senior office who could assist and the phone ws constantly engaged i am thier member from the past 5 years and at the time of need their was no service a wastage of money at last had to take a rickshaw to take my bike to the service station kindly assist Was this information helpful? | |

I OWN A SANTRO DL4C4385 golden color santro. Membership number being 90037476 and identity number[protected]. I had paid for 3 years membership, date being 2oth feb.2009 to 20th feb.2012. The receipt number is 2088 and additional sum of rs.650 was paid. Still my card has not been activated and the helpline executives are very rude and asked me to seek redressal in consumer court.Kindly help whoever can.

I should have gone through this complaint of yours before availing their service. I have just taken their service and felt that they are worst. Absolutely pathetic service.
