[Resolved] cylinder — Bharat Gas Complaint | |
This is a complaint against one of Bharat Gas agency or maybe the company itself. I wanted a new connection for my home and I visited BK Enterprises SHOP NO. 4, BALAJI PALACE, KHARADI MUNDHWA BYPASS ROAD, KHARADI in Chandan Nagar, pune, Maharashtra There I was asked for Rs. 4450.00 for new connection which included a two burner stowe. I asked them to allot me only cylinder as I have one good quality sealed packed BRANDED PRESTIGE model burner with BILL and WARRANTY that I am willing to show. It was purchased from reputed store with ALL ORIGINAL tags and stamps. I was refused to get it. THEY MADE IT COMPULSORY to get the burner, as they said that Bharat Gas Company has made compulsory to sell burner with cylinder. BK Enterprises Agency owner don't want to issue anyone a cylinder without burner. Despite being frustrated, I agreed to spend extra money and get burner. NOW WHAT IS THIS? Now this has made me sick. I needed cylinder connection worth Rs. 1250.00 and had to pay Rs. 4550 in total for the things. Now this is a request to you to look into it and act. There was a lady sitting on managers chair. IN BADDI (PONGDAM GAS AGENCY ) PROVIDE ME TRANSFER ORDER IN THE FAVOUR OF NOIDA AND TOLD ME YOU CAN TAKE THE CYLINDER AT NOIDA AND BHARAT GAS AGENCY AT NOIDA WILL BE PROVIDE YOU CONNECTION OF GAS BUT IN NOIDA ( MANGLAM GAS AGENCY) PERSON TOLD THIS DOCUMENT IS NOT OK. SO I AM TOTALLY DISTRUB FROM BHART GAS AGENCY FROM LAST 2 MONTHS. SO PLEASE CLEAR THIS ISSUE ON TOP PRIORITYcylinder — Bad service
Dear Sir,I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Blue Flame Indane service, Koperkhairane and my consumer number is K13427. I have booked for a refile on 17th august over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in 2 -3 days . But after 4 days when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. they are dealing with the customers very bad.We have only one cylinder .there is no office in Vashi area. Please take necessary action.

cylinder — Non booking and non Supply
Sir,This is in regard to the Siddhalingeshwar Enterprises who are authorised dealers for INDANE gas . I have booked a cylinder on feb. 3rd 2010 qand my w/l no.was 29 and till date inspite of me calling them several times they will not answer their phone and neither have taken any proactive steps to supply the same to us till date and the delivery boys who come to deliver the cylinder will demand a tip of 50 rupees saying that the booking lady demands it.

This happened to me too. BK enterprises are basically CHOR people. They extort money. I pointed out to their board INSIDE the shop where it says buying a stove burner is not compulsory. They took 200rs from me for checking my existing gas stove. I had complained to Bharat Gas about this behavior but nothing happened. I had to buy a low quality gas stove for an exorbitant price alongwith a frying pan (as a punishment for my complaint. I spoke to a guy named Mahesh Jangam). This is the height of corruption and I think Bharatgas is also involved in this corruption because none of the reqd links work on ebharatgas website.
