I had booked my last cylinder on 27august. It has been more than 1 month and yet my booking is not being taken. Every time while booking we are being harassed by the dealer(Nataraj Gas Depot, Market Yard, Pune). We are given rude and irrelevant response. Its my sincere request to please take some firm action so that procedure is carried out smoothly and we don't have to face these problems every time....

My parents were having Indane gas connection for past 25 years. In 2005 they met with an accident and passed away in USA. Till today, the cylinder is lying in their flat. I contacted Bhasyam agency at Kodambakkam to surrender this connection. But since there is no trasaction for the past 4 years, the address is not appearing in their system. What is the procedure to surrender this cylinder?...

My HP gas connection application was sanctioned and gas cylinder came to the agency (agency address given below) but they are not delivering the cylinder to my wife becuase connection approved in my name. Please do the needful to deliver the cylinder to my wife because i am in UAE now and will go on annual leave after one month. If they are not releasing the same please hold the delivery until my arrival there.
