Hi, I thought of buying an Apartment from DABC in OMR for their Acacia Project, which they market very nicely. But after read all the forum details, withdraw idea of buying their flat. But already give advance amount and dont know how to get back. Please help.

Please get back the money Mr.Bombaykum, Even if they deduct a penality. If you wish you can visit DABC Mithilam and Find out what is DABC's quality.

It seems that the roads to Sakthinagar where DABC Mithilam is situated are unapproved by the CMDA, they have got the approval some how in the local body and thats the reason for the roads not being relaid. the roads are private property belonging to induviduals who have not consented to sell or to be used as road. my driver knows these facts as he is a native of the Nolambur village. the panchayat cannot lay road in these lands. however the panchayat has chosen not to lay even the main roads in front of Nilgiris supermarket, TNHB phase-1, VGN Minerva roads etc.
It seems that bombaykum is misguided and confused by some vested interested persons. To the best of my knowledge DABC is known for their Honesty and Ethics in business. They are probably a very few builders who deliver in time and help to save the interest on the bank loan. I have pleasant experience of dealing with them with full satisfaction and it is always the full value for your money with DABC.
My experience with DABC was excellent. They work in a transparent system in which every minute details are discussed and informed before. Their professional systematic approach help their customers to understand the finite details on the flat. They are bound to serve only for which have paid. Considering the present scenario, we cannot expect the builder to do the maintenance of the flat indefinitely after handing over. I accept with swajana that they are the only builder in chennai to deliver the flat even before the committed time. Any inappropriate comments, will only spoil the gesture, honesty, ethics etc being practiced by them.

do not know why blame dabc for bad road and stp not operated properly by association. I smell something that a puposely some one is writing agaist dabc
even after one and half years they are listening to customer's complaint which is very rare.

ofcource flats are available for sale if you are prepared to pay Rs.4000 a sQ.ft. The mithilam price has appreciated 30% in one year. In fact mithilam is a wonderful project by DABC. They lost intrest in the project only because a group of people entered the owner's association with a sole idea to swindle money.

I am living in DABC Abhinayam 3. Just went through the comments by one 'YARRO'. Misguiding. I know dabc for a long time.

I thought this site is for making "complaints" against a product or service, but its surprising to note so many appreciation and boquets above? ? ? did they visit the site to make complaints, but finally made up their mind to appreciate DABC?
Please do not buy any flat from DABC as their attitude has changed now after seeing so much money. They will not solve any problem. Everyone will speak like a lawyer after you have taken hand over for your flat. BEWARE dont fall prey for the fake positive comments. Visit Gokulam Phase 2, see how the STP is working there and how it affects the whole area.
I have purchased 4 apartments from DABc. I have seen them from Aishwaryam, Gokulam, Abhinayam and Mithilam. They maintain the completed project for more than 6 months. Until such time eveything will be smooth. All the problems start only after they leave and the owners association takes over. It is clear from every project that the association is not handling the equipments as DABC do. Same is the case with Gokulam 2.
Otherwise without doubt DABC is the best builder in the city as on date having values and ethics. May be they deal with the customers who do not pay in time bit tough. Otherwise I do not find any major fault with dabc.

i accept with bhaskaran . i too have many falts in dabc. Some one is trying to tarnish the image of DABC in fake names like 'YARRO' 'KADANALI' etc. Dabc should take appropriate legal action on the person.
I had recently moved in a flat in abinayam 3. Initially there were few problems like water not in force toilet not flushing properly. Immediately they attended which are minor issues and solved it. They r strict and transparent telling everything upfront. Somebody simply tarnishing the image of dabc
I accept with the version of Wilsonn. I know DABC since 10 years and they are the only one builder who deliver the flat as agreed. A few of friends are suffering and undergoing mental agony after paying 90% (approx Rs 42 lacs) who booked with an other big builder. I was lucky that I booked in DABC and living happily. Thanks DABC!
This really seem to be a advertisment forum for DABC.These people have not only cheated its customers by just delivering sub standard apartments, but i guess they have also done a lot of other fraud with regards to the property documents. I came to know most of its apartments were built on government lands, the local body had helped in doing this fraud it seems. My driver is a local resident of Chinna nolambur says that part of the apartment building and its OSR are government lands, he also says the parts of the roads which are not paved with tar are all private lands.I tried to approach the person who marketed me the apartment and the one who promised me proper road will be laid by 2010, he just gives inappropriate answers.

Dear Ilites, Is there anyone out here who owns a flat in DABC Mithilam ?There seems to be problem with the land inside the gate which has been hidden by DABC to the residents.
The road inside the apartment is not our property it seems.It looks like it is o OSR road and has been gifted to Panchayat long back.DABC has hidden this fact till now and now has confirmed that it is PUBLIC ROAD.
Ladies, tell me whether this is true.This is worrying us a lot as we will no longer be a gated community and I do not know what will happen to the nice roads inside the compound.More importantly I am worried about the safety.
Shanthi(Shanvy), Do you have any insight on this?

naturally osr has to be gifted to the government in any project. pls dicuss with an advocate instead of a driver. Do not confuse others unnecessarily and make others worrying. I think DABC has given a completion certifcate issued by CMDA. this is not possible if they have done any mistake. Further they are highly reputed need not indulge in such acts. If you have anything personal with them pls go ask for justice with them. Do not confuse others for your selfishness.
