Now, DABC have agreed to return the corpus fund fully. Eco care has agreed to run the plant without any alterations and prove its credential.



What else we are going to demand DABC?



It appears both DABC and Ecocare are clean and proved itself trust-worthy.



…….But something is stinking in our cupboard………………….



Ultimately, we have spoiled our relationship with the builder for ever.

Who is benefited because of this act?

People before booking a flat in DABC just visit Mithilam, Also Please look the walls of Gokulam from Mithilam Main gate, Outer wall cracks are very much visible.
Some people talk about appreciation of flat, It is due to reality boom and It doesnot do anything with builder and Eventually if you have bought a plain plot at nolambur by that time, It would have got double by now.

One thing is very clear. Dabc is the only builder delivering flats.That's why there are comments for and against them. I have seen my friends not getting their flats even after 4 years of delay. No solution at site. We should be happy that Dabc has delivered before time. Small issue are commom. We can solve by ourselves with small money.
Not good to antagonize the builder because we may need documents from them even after long time.

Hi Folks,
Today in Mithilam the roof of a car shed in Block 5 fall off and Fortunately no kids were playing there or Car was parked and This shows how poor DABC Quality is. Seems they have compromised the Quality to deliver on time. People who are in process of planning a flat with DABC, Please visit before Mithilam Site before booking. Especially before the roof damage is covered up, Because same occurred when the flat was with DABC maintenance and they cleaned up in a hurry and plastered and painted(Not even allowed cement to dry) in 1 hour not letting people to now about.

Also please look at Gokulam walls from the gates of mithilam, You can see the building cracks in the external walls.

I THINK ITS THE RIGHT TIME ALL THE DABC FLAT OWNERS ASSOCIATION MAKE A LIST OF SHORT COMINGS FROM DABC AND MAKE A LEGAL CLAIM TO RECTIFY ALL THE MISTAKES COMMITTED DURING THE PAST THREE YEARS SO THAT GOING FORWARD THEY CARE ABOUT QUALITY RATHER THAN FAST COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT.

I am Planning to buy a flat in Orchid project by DABC Off-OMR, Navallur, please advice. If the building quality and the materials used are up to the standards or not. I have visited Acacia project and seems like a poor constructed compared to the standards of other builders. Can anyone help me here

The quality is very inferior and to top it their attitude is very very bad and arrogant. I will nit recommend even to my worst enemy.

I am living in Acacia. we are a happy lot. We rnjoy best cooperation from DABC. The e quality is best. I think one George and military is publishing unwanted and dubious news for some reason. Please talk truth only here, as many people will be losing benifit of dabc.There no such person living here.

Hi Chinto, read your grievance. I booked a flat near to dabc almost 5 years before. I have paid almost 90% cost. I am unable to get my flat. We really envy dabc people. I have heard that DABC are very strict in adhering to agreements. Be happy you live in your own flat unlike me. Small issues could be there. Dabc is the only reliable promoter in the present market condition. Good luck.

I have booked in Begonia DABC. We are very happy. They are opening a shop shortly near begonia with a branch in acacia. Dabc is the only straight forward builder though they are stringent. They go by words. They do not cheat. It is not worthy to fight with them for petty reasons. Chinto should be happy for getting the flat for living. I am also seeing in this ares no apartment is completed and handed over except DABC and AKSHAYA.

To MILITARY MAN, I think you're one of the Employee of DABC posing as DABC flat owner. To all, Some of them may have good experience and some of them may have had bad experience. So my advice is to put forth you're experiences and leave it there. We dont have the right to judge anybody and this is not the form to issue judgements like MILITARY MAN did. This forum is to share experience about DABC whether Good or Bad. To all supporters of DABC, if i prove that the DABC is at fault, will you come forward and pay me the punitive damages on their behalf. Dont think, so so please refrain you're judgements.

Hi all, His projects on Sri Ram Nagar Main road, doesn't have proper approach road !. the supporters of above discussion can answer for this?. 2 private owners claiming Sri Ram Nagar Main road. DABC shown in all his brochures this road as access to his projects. By bribing ex panchayat President and his team, he has got CMDA approval for his projects. ( He has cheated CMDA itself). Now more than 1700 his buyers suffering by travelling in non motorable roads as this road under litigation. Above supporters have plesant bummby ride in our Sri Ram Nagar Main Road and continue your support.
DABC now arrogant with his customers and do not know how to treta his customers. Please Do Not Buy any of his projects near OMR, which is also having already some disputes!!

CMDA cannot be cheated by anyone that easily. Try to build a single house by omitting one document required for approval, CMDA would make you run around them for granting the permission. but to say DABC has built 1700 flats by cheating CMDA is attrocious. the truth is that CMDA was aware of the road problem, and their officials were properly rewarded by DABC/FOMRA Housing to grant them permission. This is not a small mistake or bribe issue, but it is a SCAM ! ! !. If the present government or officials of the CMDA conduct an enquiry into this matter, then the DABC's cheating of its buyers would be exposed. In Nolambur itself, VGN had sacrificed a sizeable portion of their property and laid a wide road (4'th Main Road) in that property in order to meet the approach road requirements for their Minerva project. Altough the roads to Minerva are in a bad condition now, they would be improved once the corporation takes up the works. Whereas DABC has cheated us by selling flats without roads and now has washed their hands off once they have sold the apartments
